I stopped by the UPS Store to send a fax and get some copies made. I was there right at 8:00 am and they had just opened. The young lady, Giselle, greeted me and was very personable. horrible place to go to i do shipping all the time would not give me two envelopes so that i can ship out with prepaid ups items....cheap!!!! edit: i never wanted, asked, or mentioned to use free next day service just the envelope to use with my pre-paid ground label! Always first class service, every day. I have two UPS boxes and am in often to check for mail, pick up packages and return items. I can sometimes be a pain in the butt if I'm in a hurry but the employees here are always in a positive mood and ready to help the minute they see a customer. I come in during slow times as well as busy times and the service is always the same, very prompt. I came in today and after receiving my package and overhearing their end of a brief phone conversation, I stopped and told Lori and Liz that I really appreciated their great customer service. In today's busy, multitasking world, it's easy to forget the things that always go smoothly, we almost take them for granted. Many people are quick to spread a negative experience (especially if they were already having a bad day before that experience), but not so many will take the time to share the positive ones! read more

I had a chance to meet and interact with Hector when I ordered a custom product. He showed superb customer service skills by following through on pricing, due date, etc. with a personal phone call!!! (extra effort required). It is rare to find such "caring concern" in young people nowadays but Hector's attitude lit the way and made the process much easier when it could have been time-consuming. I am very impressed. I will now take all my packages to this UPS store instead of the USPS and hope that Hector is working the day I bring them in! I would hire him in a heartbeat for my business! Five star quality. Actually way, way better. Reliable. Knowledgeable. Fast. Very competitive pricing for large orders. Great customer service. I've been going to this store for years. The other day I had for me a large printing need. 50+ reports. 2,940 pages. 33.10 lbs of paper, all in. All collated, sorted by person, report type, then stapled, and boxed within hours of my call. I didn't even ask for a "rush" job and was ready in just a few hours after my call. I was amazed at the efficiency and professionalism. All done with a smile and "happy to help" attitude. I've had a mailbox here for 4 years and used the store for shipping prior to that. It's always been a great experience until the past year. A new woman works there who is so condescending and idiotic. If there's an issue she'll just say, "I'm sorry we can't help you. You're wrong." Then you have to push her to do her job and then the problem is resolved after she realizes she that she messed up. There is no apology and no customer service but a condescending "Ok sweetie" B.S. attitude. I will soon be changing my mail place which is inconvenient but worth the change due to one person's ignorance. read more

I came in to ship a package and they wanted to charge me $1.00 to put tape on the top of the box. Really? This was a medium sized box. There would have been no reason to charge $1.00. They can write off supplies with IRS, so charging their customers to tape a box closed was "nickel and diming". I've always gone to a Postal Annex in the past and never had this issue. I picked up my package and took it to Postal Annex where they DO NOT charge for taping a box closed to ship. I have no time for this type of "unfriendly business". Never again! read more

The store opened 15 minutes late ("no key, no apology"). I had a 3.5 lb. package to ship cheapest way. They quoted me about $22 via USPS. I left and went to USPS where there was no wait (Sat AM) and the same service cost $12.09. It's easy to consider UPS as an inexpensive way to ship packages but I will not go back there under any circumstances. Take a few more minutes and use the US Postal Service. read more

Terrible service. The staff, specifically Izabely, is as incompetent as any can be. I have mailed CERTIFIED/RETURN receipt items for years for my business. I have used this location since February. NEVER have I had to explain to an employee anywhere how to do their job relating to processing mail items. Then, to have the employee tell me I was wrong, there is no way to have the certified tracking number print out on the receipt. I told her I could produce 20+ receipts from this specific store and show where it prints on the receipt. All she had to do was use the barcode scanner. Again, she argued with me. Then, se tells me I only paid for 1st class mail. Ummm, the standard #10 envelope HAS the CERTIFIED MAIL sticker(w/barcode) attached to it, the RETURN RECEIPT form on the back and the postage is $6.47. Me thinks she needs in-depth training. My printer was down so I went to the closest spot to get a document printed, I got their email and sent it over and stopped in. The lady helping me out was nice, not too savvy with the computer but she faced the screen my way and let me pull up what I needed. I get it printed out and go up to pay, rings me up $3.15 for a single black and white document.... whoa Office Depot three minuets down the street charges less than .30 for this same service. I don't review companies often but I have to with this store. This UPS Store has the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. They have a complete disregard for anything related to a customer that's already paid. Even after having to pay for their mistake they still neglected us to no end. We finally filed a formal complaint with the franchise company but their turn around was 48 hours so the package that was stuck at the store that was shipped originally 3 weeks ago wouldn't get there before Christmas. So we went to the trusty USPS and they handled it great. I will never do business with this store again. read more

I had a PO box here for over 10 years because it was conveniently located, but had continual problems with checks from clients arriving late, or obviously arriving after being placed in someone else's box. Many times I got other folks' mail. But I gritted my teeth and put up with it because of the location. Then in May I relocated my company and asked about having my mail forwarded. They told me that all I needed to do was file a forwarding order with the PO. Two weeks later, I noticed my mail was not being forwarded, so I wrote them a letter asking them to forward my mail, and got no reply. Today, after emailing a complaint to the store, they told me I should have signed up (and paid) for their forwarding service! They should have offered this back in May, before 5 client checks went missing! read more

Today I went in to mail some documents but noticed I needed to get a notary done for those documents. I didn't even realize that this store did Notaries until the sales associate named Liz told me. She was very professional and informative. She handled my notary and mailing process quickly but efficiently. I've had horrible experiences in the past with rude employees at other mailing places so it was refreshing to experience amazing costumer service. I am surprised by all the negative reviews. I have had box here for several years. The service is great. The employees are friendly, courteous & professional. In all the years, I had one item that miss-delivered to the wrong box. They were very apologetic and I have never had another problem.
