Extremely bad attitude and service. Worst ups I've ever went. Re "business owner" The thing is the package which you claim doesn't scan is the UPS amazon package, UPS is supposed to pack and ship and also print the label for the customer(stated clearly on amazon return website) and you ask me to go home and print another label. How ridiculous is it?! Moreover you never address the attitude issue of the store, look, how many bad reviews about rude, demanding and bad customer service here on yelp?! First time shipping anything (besides an amazon package) from a UPS store... usually I go to USPS but was a little lazy today so I decided to just pop into the UPS store near my house. In the same plaza as Burger King, Tasty Pot, Sprouts, i-Tea and is next door to a Subway that always smells so delicious when i walk by.... parking is never really an issue in this plaza, the place is huge! Walked in a little confused about how UPS works or why it's different from USPS, but the employee was so friendly and helpful with packaging my documents up for me and finding the packaging that would best fit and protect my paperwork. Prices here for yellow envelopes and boxes seem a little steep, but it makes sense since that's how they would make a profit lol. Personally I don't really mind, if the prices really bothered me, I could totally have gone to Walmart or went home to package before coming back just to mail. Very happy with the service I received here :)! After inputting the address and info on the packaging slip, the cashier asked me to verify that the address was correct multiple times to ensure that my package would arrive safely and in a timely manner! I really appreciated that, since the documents are time sensitive. Will definitely be back if I ever had any other shipping needs! read more

Not the best UPS store but it's convenient since it's close to work. I usually just come in here to drop off my Amazon packages. The Indian guy that always works when I come in is kinda rude. I like getting my drop off receipts just in case they mess up so I have proof. He assumes I don't need it and acknowledges me by saying "okay thank you, bye". After he gives me the receipt, he tells me to drop the box off at the front. I never had to do that with any other UPS stores, so it was weird but I got used to it since I come pretty often. Like everyone has been posting, he seems lazy because he makes his customers do the work for him. He's never been super rude to me but I have seen him be really rude to another customer. read more

There are many negatives reviews on this location but that didn't steer me away from them...they're the closest UPS from me so I didn't really have a choice. I've been here quite a few times. Every time I'm here, it's to drop off a box with a prepaid label. There's only one person working here so if they're busy, it'll take a while. Whenever it's my turn, the employee would just scan the barcode on the label, hand me a receipt and tell me to drop off the box by the door. I've had my husband help me drop off a few boxes here before and he thought the procedure was stupid (dropping off your own box by the door) but that didn't bother me. I'm already heading that way anyways. The employee here has never smiled to me or even made friendly talks but as long as my box gets from point A to point B, I'm good. read more

I have been using this store for many years . The staff is amazing and super helpful. They are always ready to help with a smile . Mr Patel also went above and beyond, to help with my Visa applications, he helped with reviewing the papers and providing suggestions of what I could do. DONT GO HERE... I never see such as rude actitud like this guy has, maybe he has house problems or he hates his job, at the moment I take my phone to show him the code to return something he ask me to screen shot everything that I want to return next time, he told me you see you are making people wait, it make me feel very bad because I was there for only 2-3 minutes, it's his job he need to be patient or quick his job because I can see he is not enjoying it now im scared to return something from amazon, today I try to screenshot everything I get there he was mad again, he was rushing me at the end he mix the returns and now I'm not getting my refund back from amazon I don't know where he put the label from my package. read more

These guys are very rude and won't even dispose of the tickets used to provide them the Amazon return data! They try to be funny instead of being professional and have sent an elderly man to the end of the block to dispose of a few pieces of paper they could have easily disposed of. Not good business! ... This guy repeatedly rips off customers. He uses a scale behind the counter to weigh packages instead of the regular ups scale on the front counter. He charged me $25 for a package that should have cost $11. This guy is a scam artist. Be ready to pay double coming into this store. Bad business! USPS (Smart Post) is suppose to be a cheaper slower service. Tell me why I got charged $25 for a package 4lbs, 12 x 9 x 4 going to the middle of the US. This package on UPS website costs $16 for ground. read more

I walked in with one bulk item (a 44" tall device unpackaged), a couple items shipping internationally (also unpackaged), and several other small boxes. They were very helpful and efficient in fulfilling all of my needs! Several customers were starting to line up behind me, but the staff remained helping me from start to finish, and the other staff worked fast helping the other customers as well. I would definitely come back for their fast, reliable service and knowledgeable staff. As a plus, their sense of humor made my day. read more

Himanshu has it so hard! So many people come in to drop off their return packages and don't actually do business with him, yet expect five-star service. I've been going there for years to print stuff, mail stuff, notary, get an envelope and, ah-hem, drop off my return packages without buying anything..... The experience is perfectly fine because I am polite and wait my turn. The bad reviews aren't deserved. When he is working with a client, he wants to work with that client and then give the next client the same level of attention. I respect that. Wait your turn and you will get a nice, professional experience with someone that wants to help you. read more

The guy here was super rude. I walked in and was getting my stuff ready and he said NEXT. And I didn't realize he was talking to me as I was standing to the side and again he goes MAM NEXT. I said one moment I'm getting my stuff together. So then I walk up and on Amazon it specifically says they package and ship for free for you just with a QR code. I go up (as I have with other ups stores) and he said I can't take it it needs to be packaged. I said it says right here it doesn't need to be. And he said no it needs to be packaged. So I say that's ok I'll go to another ups and as I'm leaving he's yelling saying MAM COME HERE. Worst experience read more

So let me start off by saying I work in essential retail and we bend over backwards for our customers every day. So I get it's not easy. I go to my local UPS store to drop off an Amazon return in an untaped box.....now go back to the first picture on this yelp page... See the guy? That guy is the owner. He doesn't know the first thing about going the extra mile. At least not without an argument. Funny because he has another girl working there that is super nice. I need two pieces of tape. Totaling possibly 18 inches or 2 feet. I would have gladly paid a fair price like a dollar. But he wants me to pay five dollars for an entire roll of tape. Basically refusing to help me. So I leave go back to my job and find tape there for free. Five minutes later I am back at the UPS store and being told he will not accept my box to which I become upset. We argue for a second. I tell him he sucks. Then he proceeds to tower over me, raise his voice and tell me how hard he has it like he is the only one. That I "must" listen to him because he had to listen to me. Try some empathy. This time of year in this situation has been hard on all of us. Get some help if you are overworked. Or, if you don't like working with Amazon stop doing it. Clearly you need some help. Then he says because he remembers me he's going to go ahead and help me? What a dick move Mr.....? Act like crap, treat me like crap, make excuses and then go ahead and take my package anyways?Your workload is going to get a bit easier cause you won't have to help me any longer and hopefully others will follow. I work across the parking lot. If you shop there I will still be nice to you. Yes I was pissed. You just don't treat people like that here... In this country we work together.
