I'm in here a few times a month dropping off packages for clients and am always greeted by Mr. Himanshu Patel. Anytime I have questions or need help with extra tape for a package or assistance with printing, he's very patient and helpful. When I go to other shipping stores, I usually feel rushed and the person helping me usually appears annoyed and ready to move on. This, to me, is understandable due to the high volume of people coming through with all their needs, issues, and requests. Customer service can be so stressful. None-the-less, when I come to this UPS store, Mr. Patel always maintains a calm and cheerful demeanor. Always. I don't go anywhere else anymore. He's my go-to guy for fast and professional service. I dont believe you would have brought me the receipt to my car considering you dont even give people a piece of tape to close off their packages. Dont try to get out of a bad review for the shit you put out there cause you get what you give. Ive been there without my kids in the car and you still inconvenience me every single time. The customer service here is beyond horrible. I had three packages to drop off to be picked up and mailed out. When I walked in the guy working cane out from the back, didn't say one word, and then moved his head to tell me to set the boxes down. He scanned them and then pointed to a bunch of boxes. I said I'm sorry do you want me to take the boxes over there? He nodded again. The guy never said one damn word. Like hello?! Who does that?! Is he mute? If so that's one things but I doubt that he was. Just a simple hello, place your boxes here, would have been just fine. But clearly he couldn't be bothered to do that. Lame. read more

Buy Insurance / Declared Value if you're shipping something over $100. I shipped an Apple product out of here and it got lost (-1 star for losing my package). The rest of the stars are for Heeman. Heeman worked with me to try to locate the package and eventually filled out and submitted the claim information. Throughout the whole process he called me daily to give status updates or needed more information. Cool guy. Would do business here again despite my package getting lost. Also, if you don't pay the extra to declare the package value, UPS only pays up to a $100 dollars if a package is lost. read more

This UPS store is much closer to my house than the one in Charter Squares plaza, but I usually avoid going there, since the owner (man) is not only rude, actually down right nasty. Every time I go over, he is either yelling at the customer and just ignoring them. The woman who occasionally works there is very very nice. It is a pity people don't have a choice but to endure this kind of customer service. I tried not to take his rudeness personally as he does it to everyone, but this is not how you should treat the customers. The owner of the store yelled at me in front of everyone and said "next time you come into my store, hurry up". Rude, dismissive, obnoxious, cold service. Twice I went to this place. The first time I went there to ask if they had a mail drop. The man working there scuffed and used his head pointing dismissively to a "not very obvious" box to which was the mail drop. Then later asking if he can sell me a stamp for a christmas card to send overseas. He seemed quite annoyed and said in an exaccerbated tone, "Well, this is gonna cost you 5 dollars." I exclaimed "5 dollars for a card?!" He scoffed and said in a dismissive and condescending tone, "well, that's how much it is. You can always take it somewhere else." And i did - i went to the USPS and it was $1.00. 3 months later i had no choice but to go to this place again and I drop off a package for a pick up. I walked to the counter, same man as before. He stood there with a snotty look on his face, no reaction no greeting. Not sure why he's just starring at me and standing there without a word, I quickly spoke asking him for his help and said, "Hi, can you help me with my package?" he starred at me as if i bothered him- pointed to the counter (indicating to leave it there). Not saying a word. So i left the package and walked out. Then i came back because i realized i didn't even get a receipt. I walked back to the store and asked kindly "excuse me, could i get the receipt for the package." He didn't say a word, tore off the receipt and THREW/FLICKED it onto the counter at me. Turned his back and walked away.... I was utterly confused and i will never return to this awful place again. If you decide to go there, don't expect a smile. read more

I've been coming here for years and never had any problems. It's a business, you walk in, pay for postage and drop your box wherever the guy asks you to. I'm getting a little tired of negative Yelp reviews because the clerk wouldn't help me carry my heavy box or he was rude. There's always parking here and usually no waiting. Went to drop off a package to this store. I get off of work at 630, so I'm thinking ok I have 30 min to get there. I race over after work and when I get there the hours on the door are different and they closed at 630! This was the only time I had free this week and I needed this packaged returned ASAP! I was not the only person who went to the door either, when I was driving off someone else went to the door and turned around as well. This is ridiculous!
