Worst UPS store i ever work with! Not only they lost my Package 5 times and they never honor losing my packages. I end up taking photo of my package everytime i took and some never got it they still claimed i picked it up. Talking about having UPS box at the store, they raise price every 6 months! compare to other ups store they do not! They charge way expensive than other ups store near by! Customer service is really bad bad! specially CLIFTON! also his worker i forgot her name! Tall girl very unhappy with her job and always rude with customer! I suggest to take a look at other UPS store to do business with than Northridge location, they always loose box and most customer CSUN always complain losing packages! read more

Had to go there today to print out my resume because my printer was actin a fool. I got help from Ernie who let me print with my own resume paper. It was almost closing time but he was still really patient with me. I say patient because after I had all ten copies printed and was ready to pay, I realized I had misspelled my own email address. He helped me edit it through the pdf and reprint all those pages. He saved my hide because I need them for tomorrow. So thanks, Ernie! Other than that, the place seemed nice. They only had a couple of self-service copiers and one computer. And they have plenty of parking spaces in the back. read more

Today I left my wallet in the store (stupid me). Kind, thoughtful and circumspect Eva carefully kept my wallet and returned it immediately when I ran back into the store. Thank you Eva! It's very much appreciated and I wish everyone could obtain a chance to meet Eva in this store. ---- Well organized store and friendly, helpful staff. Provides packaging suggestion and Internet access. There's a computer helps you print shipping labels out and they will remind you to log out all your account before you leave, which is quite thoughtful. If you don't mind, they even give used supplies for free, bubble wrap, etc. It was the first time I sent books to Amazon FBA as new bee when I went to this store. A lady who's on the same shift with Eva has experience in selling books on Amazon and helped me a lot (sorry I didn't keep her name on note). She made the whole process simple and straightforward, and gave me lots of useful packaging suggestion. Then sweet Eva packaged and double-checked everything for me. Ernie was the most amazing and helpful employee I have ever encountered. I had many needs/requests and was all around confused when first stepping into UPS. Ernie was so patient, walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and even took the liberty to call the UPS help desk to double check if my item was deliverable to a certain address since he wanted to ensure my documents certainly got to the location and in time. Super unreliable and the opposite of help. Came in to print a picture on computer paper. I Was going to be charged 35$ to print a picture to a 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper. No follow up questions, no attempt to help figure it out. Just a rude and unrelenting repeat of 35$. Truly sounds like he didn't want to be bothered. This man doesn't deserve good peoples business. He takes advantage of people in need, and didn't bother to help figure it out. read more

New ownership here is TERRIBLE. I'd put zero stars if I could. This store use to be awesome under the previous owners. Since December they have been under new ownership and the service is absolutely horrible. The new owner barely has enough staff. The wait time during non-peak times is ridiculously long, and they charge you to tape up small boxes now. Cliff and the previous staff never did that. They taped up anything you needed (within reason) and never tried to push you to buy the product they had for sale there. I watched the new owner make an elderly lady take her package home to tape it. The previous owners would have never done that. I unfortunately have to keep my box a few months more because of the dumb contract, but I will be cancel my service as soon as I can. Don't support this business anymore. IT IS NOT THE SAME PEOPLE RUNNING IT AS BEFORE. IT IS A FRICKEN TRAIN WRECK AT THIS PLACE. I've had packages arrive and haven't received a email that it did like before. I went to pick up 1 package and had 5 that I wasn't aware had arrived. Absolutely ridiculous. This place went from great "mom and pop" shop, to a "nickel and dime you to death" store. Super friendly staff. Even when I have a bunch of returns in multiple boxes they don't give me attitude or ugly stares. Actually they even offer to provide a cart to minimize lifting/carrying. This place always is marvelous, which is something you seldom hear about anywhere involving shipping. They are my go-to spot for when I need to mail stuff since they always immediately help me out (unlike the post office... woof), and so yesterday I decided to try them out for printing. I had been searching for a local spot to print at because I'd rather support a small business, but unfortunately some of the other places I checked out were SUPER expensive. I needed to print about 500 pages front/back for a grad school project (a fat binder of articles, more or less), and I remembered that the UPS Store in Northridge had multiple large printers. I called ahead and the owner, Clifton, helped me out. He was SO nice and accommodating! Not only did he show me how to set everything up, he also was very understanding about me being a student and having limited funds. After I printed out what was basically a textbook, he helped me determine if a student discount or AAA discount would get me a better price. I swear, the people who work here go above and beyond the call of duty to help their customers. They truly care about helping others, and I often have nice little conversations with them while they help me. It is also cool that this place is run by a local family. Way to go! That is so rad. I highly recommend this place for printing, in addition to your mail/shipping needs. Go in person, because e-mailing them is a little bit extra. The service makes it totally worthwhile. Note about discounts: Student discount is 10% off, whereas a AAA discount is 15% off. They also often have coupons on their website, which is listed on this yelp page. read more

Clifton is the man! He has been the most common sense, great customer service person I have dealt with in a long time. I had a 2 seemingly complicated shipments that I didn't pack myself and he handled everything really well. He also managed to help other customers while taking care of me in a way that didn't ignore me or them, I am still impressed. I have word on my packages and everything went smoothly. Thanks a lot. This is an amazing location. I had a bad experience at the UPS Store in Monterey Park where the manager was rude & refused to accept my package, so I came all the way here. The younger guy with glasses (the manager?) was very knowledgable & helpful even though I had a complicated package, a bill to sender package to Finland. He helped me go over all the forms to make sure they were correct, gave me price quotes, and even flagged me down when I left some documents behind as I left. Wow! This UPS Store is completely different from any other ones I've been to. Clean, organized, and above all, friendly and excellent service. If you ever tried to print an Amazon return label at a UPS Store, they don't give you any help because they're not making money off you. Not this one. I was immediately helped printing my label off their PC, then offered free packing tape and label tape. If only all UPS Stores were like this! It's a privately owned store so please give them a try and support them if they treat you as well as they did me. read more

I wish I got their names; I came in on a Thursday evening at the reseda location next to CSUN and the habit burger, (3/29/2018). The younger kid was very attentive and helpful, and the more experienced gentlemen hooked me up! I needed a poster, copies, etc. I was high maintenance, but I felt like he cared and I loved it.
