Great personal service from all of the staff! I have had several times where they have gone above and beyond to help me. Even in the mad rush of Christmas shipping they are personable and friendly. Last week, my wife who is disabled purchased a couple of boxes at this store. Seeing she would have trouble carrying the boxes to her car, one of the store associates immediately offered to help my wife by carrying the box to her car. First rate service! read more

So upset with this store. I dropped off my book rental that was due that exact Friday on June 3 and wasn't scanned until Tuesday the 7th... I arrived when the store opened, and there was a line. The young girl just looked at what I had and said "oh that's it? Thanks" and took the next customer and placed it down without scanning it. I sent a package through UPS today, The lady that helped me was extremely rude, and noisy about the contents of my package. I felt her anxiety for the customers to get out of the store. I cannot believe what bad service you receive from this store. My mother regularly ships from here and she DREADS coming here because of this same lady. Now I know what she meant. I hope that lady is not the owner because it is the worst service I have received from an owner and her attitude of entitlement makes me believe that she was. I was told I would be charged $18 for my package to be delivered the cheapest way possible. When I got to the store they tried to charge me $26. It's a box the size of a football that weighs less than 5 pounds. $26 for a slow delivery? Are you kidding me! Ridiculous! read more

If you have a problem with your shipment, they would have no clue and will not offer any help or any explenation at all. The owner have no explanation and will not care to even offer to check on a backage I have sent and it has 18 days to the virgin island and never got there. The minumum can offer the carrier name so I can call them and check on my item, I am not sure if they have sent it or not? She said I was never purchased a traking number, this is the first time I have ever heard of such a thing. I know for a fact the traking number always available without any cost, believe me I would have purchased it if they would have told me so, now I am out of $250 for the fuel pump I purched for my cousin and mailed it to him. read more

This has been the worse experience. I have been trying to send my tv in for repairs. I set everything up to have the tv pick up between set hours and had it in email. The driver came by before the earliest time and the drama began. I have been trying for the past two days for someone to pick up my tv and the driver won't honor any request. I've been told to leave it at the leasing office or outside my apartment door. Why do you think I am having it get picked up!?! Now I am forced to get help to drop it off at the store because I am just getting empty promises and no customer service. If the warranty didn't cover the label and stuff for the tv repair, I'd go elsewhere. I will never use UPS ever again. read more

I needed a notary and found this place on Yelp. The past reviews were not so great, so I was a little nervous about the service I was going to receive. It may have the power of past bad reviews (I don't know), but the service was excellent. As stated earlier I was there for their notary service, and my document needed two witnesses. The UPS manger came from the back and said she would be one, and when a regular customer entered she asked him to assist. The customer did assist, so I did not have to call someone there or leave and come back. I was impressed with the assistance the UPS manger offered, and the fact that she saved me time was greatly appreciated. So if this was the new attitude of the Pflugerville UPS Store location please give them another chance, looks like they have turned over a new leaf. read more

This place just charged me $3 to put a piece of tape on my box. They can forget ever getting any of my business again. I used to own a mail center and we never charged customers for tape, much less one piece over the top of my box. It's not like I went in there with just a drop off box. I paid $6 for just some foam peanuts to put at the top of my box! This place is a rip off. Stay far away! Go to the Parcel Post by Walmart or any other UPS store but this one! read more

My Mother always used this UPS center to mail homemade cookies to my brother and family members. The owner, Devina Goswami, always helped her during the busy hoilday season in December. My Mother has since passed away, but I had to let the owner know how much my Mother appreciated her help. Many times during the Christmas holidays, this center is very busy since it is easy to get to and next to a HEB. There is plenty of parking. Mrs. Goswami is always polite and pleasant, even when the line is long. I use this center and would refer any co-workers or family members to experience truly excellant customer service. I've used this location many times BUT, today UPS ask for over $110. to ship Ground from Pflugerville, TX to Limestone, ME. Additional Insurance not included, just the Oversize Charge. Took that same package to USPS, Pflugerville, TX. They measured the box for the Oversize Charge and shipped it Regular Mail for $57.74 including the Oversize Charge. read more

I have been doing business with this location for over a year. Never had a problem. Have shipped, faxed, deposited to my bank (Yes you can make USAA deposits here), send over night pkg. Owner has been wonderful offering great advice for least expensive options etc. I will continue to do business here. I have used this business as my local ship center for over 9 years and I also have a permanent mailing box at this location. I love going in there to pick up my mail, Devina and her employees are always welcoming and very helpful. They also go out of their way to help me. Due to a technical glitch, I don't receive automated e-mails or text messages when packages arrive. Instead, Devine has made it a policy that I am notified by a phone call every time I get a package. This level of customer service is why I keep coming back and extend my box rental every year. For the reviews that complain about pricing, I have found that if I ask a few questions of the employees when shipping a package, I am offered more options than the original pricing. They offer pricing based on what you tell them, if you don't ask questions about other options like USPS vs UPS costs, then you won't get the best deal. They are trying to be efficient, not over charge you. Just ask questions and they will tell you all the options. They are always happy to help customers. For the reviews where package contents were questioned, that is a security and insurance policy. It is standard for all shipments to have a description of contents. If you go to a place that doesn't ask these questions, they are not doing their job. It isn't personal, my package contents get questioned too and they have known me by name for over 9 years. read more

I googled to find the hours on this business today, and read the review on Yelp that said "Stay Away!". I was surprised to read about the 2010 incident where the poster dropped off his item and it was delivered empty. I had this exact thing happen after dropping off at this place about a month ago...one year later. I dropped off a return of some jewelry and the company logo was printed on the outside of the box. The owner that I'm sure the other reviewer referred to took my box and then the box was delivered to the company empty. The company called to ask me if it was possible that I just didn't get it into the box, and I told them I was sure that I had shipped it back to them. I was really lucky that the company refunded me anyway, but people need to be aware of this. It makes me wonder how many other people have had this happen and just thought it was a random incident. I recently moved to Pflugerville and am so disappointed that my local drop off place is not to be trusted. I'll drive to RR just to make sure I'm not ripped off in the future. read more

I wish you could grant less than a star! I hate that this is my only local UPS store within 25 minutes of my house. It's unfortunate that this is "a neighborhood store" but they treat the neighborhood customers like total crap. They are capable of very little customer service and I have experienced that every single time I've walked into the store. Don't bother needing anything from them because they will not be able to supply it unless it is for an extra charge. If you would like a little extra piece of tape to secure your package, don't worry you can have it but it will cost you. If you have your tracking number but couldn't print the label, they can't even print the label for you! I think it's ridiculous that they nickel and dime you when you don't have an option of going anywhere else for UPS. But I guess that's how some businesses are!I'd rather go to USPS or the Pflugerville mail center in front of Walmart than go here any day of the week. Unortunately my company ships exclusively with UPS, but I'm certain that would end tomorrow is if they had to come here just once! read more

This UPS store is a mile from my house and frequently visited by my wife and I, both. Unfortunately, the owner is very greedy and over charges for simple inexpensive services. My suggestion is to find another UPS location that will not only give you better service but will save you lots of money. An example, was yesterday when I though I could give this location another try and they tried charging me $16.50 for a 20x12x10 box. I came to the UPS store location off Parmer and received the EXACT same "pack and promise" service for $7.50. I will no longer use location. read more

Davinder Goswami, the owner, is beyond rude. She lectured me about how much money she'd be losing if everyone borrowed a piece of 5 cent tape from her. Bring your own packing materials, because her prices are outrageous. She gives UPS a bad name. I will definitely not go back there again. Had to practically beg for a tracking receipt. The employees at this store are friendly and efficient. I select UPS over the Pflugerville post office any day! The difference is the attitude and behavior between government employees who are rude and feel entitled as opposed to the private sector who realize its incumbent for their business to provide awesome service. read more

I was assured by Dana that my packages would arrive by a certain date. When my packages did not arrive to their intended locations I called the store for assistance in finding out where they may be. The owner was incredible rude and stated "I hear this all the time, we always get blamed but the post office does their own thing". I stated I understood that but knowing that the post office is fickle, her employees should not make assurances that her store could not stand behind. She was unapologetic and told me something very different that the girl in the store. It seems they are only interested in talking over customers and are uninterested in receiving honest feedback about employee performance. I went into this store to ship an item. It was first shipped to the incorrect address. It was then corrected and shipped to correct address. I paid for signature required. The person I was shipping this to stated it was left at a neighbors door, not the ship to address, and no signature was taken. The neighbor witnessed the package being thrown at the door and the driver putting a signature on the pad. When I contacted UPS they said I had to go through this store for resolution. I just wanted my money back for the signature required I paid for. When I contacted the store - the owner was very rude and stated she believed the driver that it was delivered to the correct place and signed for by the customer. I appreciated they way they handled the packaging for my shipment at the Pflugerville store #4028. First of all, the nice lady re-taped my package that was not sufficient with the silver tape we used. She also was nice enough to inform me that the pre-shipping label we went with was $6.00 higher than if we had shipped through them. I thought her information to be very helpful for the next time.
