    Stopped in here to drop off a 60 pound package which was to be returned to Amazon. It was good quick In-N-Out friendly service. However, they made me carry it all the way to the back room. Other services include mailboxes, copying machines and packaging for purchase. I definitely use this business again.

    UPDATE!!! In response to the response of the owner: THAT IS A LIE! The associate did NOT look at my phone because I never even got close enough to the register to do so. I said I was leaving and the associate didn't bother to help beyond that. Also, you weren't even there so you can't say what YOU did or what happened. Another reason for me to take my business somewhere else. Try again, but don't try me! Super pissed that they wanted to charge me $4.30 to print ONE LABEL for amazon when the option on my phone says $0 (I'll add a picture)!!! I come to this location frequently and also use it for my at home business but seriously? Over $4 when my amazon app clearly says $0?! There was even a $1 option and I could've sworn Amazon worked with UPS. I will never be back and neither will I use this location for my business anymore. She didn't even try to work with me or look at my phone to verify! I'm super pissed! You businesses forget that it's the customers that pay the bills and your employees! I'll gladly bring my money elsewhere!

    Mrs. Devina & Mrs. Andrea are the dynamic duo of this store. Both are ALWAYS pleasant, efficient, and customer centric. If there is a long line they are attentive to the customer at the counter yet some who they still greet all customer and clears the line within minutes.

Young brother you clearly hate your job. Your dryness and lack of communication in my service made me never want to come to FedEx again however, your colleague is just as happy as ever. Being patient and kind speaking in Spanish and waving goodbye and saying thank you. It makes a difference. I need the brother that serves me today to find another job or find a way to get in the back and not have to see people. It's simple as that, his appearance, his attitude, and his lack of vocal speaking simply says, let me work in the back where I don't have to talk to anybody unless I want to. It was apparent that he was agitated because his colleague didn't shut the blinds for him but again he doesn't speak very loudly. The colleague simply went back into the back after coming out and speaking.

    Oh let's talk about FED EX! This was the worst experience I have had in a VERY LONG TIME. So much…read moreso that even if I want something and want to support a smaller business if they used Fed Ex I am going to pass. Lets start out fair, the shipper put my address wrong on the package. It happens. The issue comes from there, no one let me know, Fed Ex driver or company didn't call, email, text or contact me in ANY way. It was a mistake with a easy fix. I then spent most of the day Saturday on the phone with the 1800 Fed EX people, a supervisor, and the local station. At first they said only the sender could fix it but finally let me. The local office was the worst, the man I spoke to, Danny was rude, unhelpful, talked down to me, I admit again in fairness I had been on the phone all together for over and hour already on my day off. He wouldn't let me speak to anyone higher or have them call me back as it was a incorrect address so not the fault of Fed Ex. Here is the thing. When UPS, or Door Dash, or LYFT can't find me they call or text, someone tries to correct this. Fed Ex just quits and they do nothing but delivery. That is their ONLY JOB, I would be fine correcting the address, having the delivery a day later then I was told. But this guy was worthless, he had an excuse for everything. So I call FED Ex corp back and wanted the package delivered that date as everything was corrected. They wouldn't or "couldn't" but I could go and pick it up. I had no way there as my wife had the car, so I said just deliver it Monday. This item was almost $1000 so after a bit I thought I don't trust them anymore and spoke to my wife who left work early so we could go get the item. I then called the local Fed Ex back to say I would be coming to get it, the person they said now. Corp said yes. We went, Danny came out as I was leaving to be a jerk one last time. They suck.

    I CAN'T GET KEN TO TAKE MY MONEY! Had a problem with a mower running too fast, and reached out to…read moreKen based on his exemplary Yelp reviews. He engaged quickly, set up a time to come out to my house, spent time diagnosing the mower, and showed me the part that was broken. He didn't have the replacement on the truck and I'd told him I was comfortable replacing it myself, so we agreed for him to come back out and adjust it after I replaced the rocker arm. On the second trip, Ken worked on the mower for a while to keep it from running too fast and pointed out a couple things I'd done wrong when I rebuilt the engine. Turns out I was going to need to rebuild the motor again to fix the internal part that wasn't working right. I tried to pay him for the 2 trips and he said he couldn't accept payment since he didn't get it to a full running condition. I have now rebuilt it, gotten it running again, and reached out to Ken to adjust it. He gave me detailed instructions over e-mail to make the adjustments myself since he knows I'm handy, and has declined my 3rd attempt to pay him for his services...again since he says he didn't leave the mower fully functional. You don't see this level of integrity, honesty, and consideration out of many people these days. If Ken won't let me pay him, the most I can do is give him a 5* rating anywhere I can. Great guy, and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing small engine repair.
