all I see is a lot of lip service by whoever is monitoring your yelp page. There are complaints the same as mine and there doesn't seem to be any change. I feel like maybe your store doesn't want to deal with Amazon packaging and if that's the case then you should put that on your door and not give all this lip service about how you want to improve your obviously you don't because there are numerous complaints the same as mine and just like the other people I went 2 miles down the road to Tatum and and they were very nice. They didn't give me any hassle. They printed my label. They taped my box and sent my package. Your store does not appear to be very well run or the owner does not care seem to care about customer service so why are you even open? read more

I stopped by this location to do a quick return today. I usually go to a different spot because the customer service here was lacking. Always a roll of the dice with this place. Sometimes you're in and out with no problems. Unfortunately most of the time there's a long wait and aggravating issues. If you've ever returned anything from Amazon you know that Amazon decides what items are together and whether or not you need a box and/or label. For some reason the employees at this store will insist that you have to separate items and even buy a box! They get really rude really fast too. Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and drive a few extra minutes to the UPS store at Tatum and Shea. read more

They recently introduced a surcharge for tape if you come in with your box not taped up. Apparently b/c people were coming in with large volumes of Amazon packages un-taped and it was costing them money??Not sure how long this has been in effect but there was no notice or signage indicating this before I walked in. I came in with my downloaded return label, and Stephanie Blaias was just plain rude and disrespectful when she told me I needed a printed label. If that is in fact the case, then say it in a respectful way, I was respectfully requesting to return my boxes, but her response was not respectful at all. I will never step into this UPS ever again. I was returning two packages of pen's that amazon shipped today and purchased from the same company. The clerk wanted me to separate them and upsell me one of their envelopes. When I requested just scanning the return and sending it the way I received it they refused to do it. Went a few blocks away to bell road store and had no problem sending them as I had them. I've never had anyone be rude to me nor observed them be rude to anyone. A reviewer mentioned their prices being excessive compared to ups online prices - this is incorrect. The prices are the same. So, in my book, this business is just fine, no issues whatsoever. Just dropped some documents this morning and Betsy was very kind and helpful. read more

The last time I used the printer here was over a year ago, it wasn't working then and guess what?! Still not working. The manager offered to print it for me if I email it to her (she was kind and always is). The other employee working was quite rude to me. Anyway, UPS is a rip off. You can print at the library for .10 CENTS PER PAGE. After I left UPS I WENT TO FED EX to ship some other items and used their printing service for the labels. FED EX CHARGES 17 CENTS (including tax) PER PAGE!! UPS CHARGED ME $1.36 PER PAGE!!! COMPLETE RIP OFF. Don't waste your money mailing personal items with UPS. read more

Can you imagine what it would cost this UPS store if they had to do all the things for FREE that so many people are whining about in these reviews?? If you print your own label and properly package your own items you won't need to be upset that they didn't do it for you, free of charge. Such a surprise I've been going to this store for over a year to return Amazon packages and mail stuff out and I walked in with a box to send and they wanted to charge me a dollar to tape the top of the box... My husband and I have used this location for several years now as a site for our business mail And today I got a notice that a package had been delivered. I stopped by and the woman at the front desk was so incredibly rude. I walked in with a smile asked if my package was ready because I got a notice that was delivered today and she told me she wasn't going get through today's mail until late tomorrow if not Monday and was quite nasty about it, which was completely unnecessary. read more

These people are greedy and nuts! $4.04 to print one sheet of paper. Really??? You are required to login to their computer for a minimum of 9 minutes for $3.75 + $.50 per page you print. Price gouging is not cool. read more
