I have been using The UPS Store for shipping, notary services, and other services over the last many years. This is a convenient location with good service and hours. It's near where I live and on the way to and from work. I also appreciate it is near a Great Clips, Blimpies, and only across the street from Fry's and near many great restaurants. It's also an easy place to drop off mail at their courtesy Mail Drop. The hours are weekdays 8 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturdays 9 AM to 5 PM, and closed Sundays. This location has many services including document binding, faxing, mailbox centers, photo printing, sign printing, shipping centers, copy making services, lamination, printing, poster printing, and scanning. While of these services, I have only used the shipping center, I have also stopped here multiple times for Amazon returns, notary services, and even to just troubleshoot mail issues relating to The UPS Store locations. I have also enjoyed shopping for entertaining greeting cards and colorful packaging materials. Generally I have had good experiences at this UPS Store, but not today. The person working on my case was insulted because I wanted him to tell me the phone number to send files to for printing. He refused to do it, and kept giving me rude, circular answers. I finally said, "Just tell me the email address please, while I have my cell phone out," and he called me rude and impatient to my face. Everyone's patience has limits. Obviously UPS has really lowered its service standards. Ship Rite is a much better place with an intelligent person working the counter. So--too bad, UPS. read more

I dropped off two packages on 12/27/23, and this location lost one of them. When I returned to the store for some sort of reimbursement, I was rudely dismissed and told to "file a claim." I have since called the UPS corporate line, which, if you can believe it, somehow has EVEN WORSE customer service than this particular UPS store. Over the course of 5 weeks and multiple phone calls, I keep getting the run-around and haven't been able to even file a claim. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. would give 0/5 stars if possible. read more

I've been popping into this location semi-regularly for the past few months since I am getting a lot shipped to me instead of shopping for items in person during these COVID times. The staff is always wearing masks and everyone working has been so kind and polite every time I interact with them, whether I am dropping off items with prepaid labels or sending something myself. It's usually pretty busy and I can only imagine that it's a thankless job right now. I'm sure they have to deal with a lot of complaints (I've overheard a few myself) and an influx of packages right now, but they do it with a smile. Love being told "can print the label for you, no problem" then after they print the label, take the box, and hand me the shipping confirmation, they then proceed to tell me it's a charge for them to print the label. Was dropping off other boxes, and live five minutes away. Would've just printed at home and came back if you were upfront about it. Nice tactic. read more

It's great if you have a box with a prepaid label just to drop off. No long lines, no wait - easy! However, if you need to ship something and pay for it, the prices are beyond unreasonable. A flat rate box that is $15, costs $32! Another package I had and said I want the slowest, cheapest post office service - they quoted me $48 and I went to the post office and shipped it for $17! Markups are insane! You're better off stopping at USPS! Another thing that ticked me off is that printing a single page is $2! At FedEx they print for $0.14! Who pays those insane rip-off prices?? read more

This UPS store has TWICE tried to scam me by making me buy a packaging or a box for an Amazon item with a QR code (Amazon specifically says you need NO packaging). Do I know for sure? Yes, because I took both to another UPS store and they scanned the code and took the items. This UPS store claimed that because they had to print a label, I needed to provide a box/envelope for item. OBVIOUSLY you have to print a label....all I have is a QR code! I buy many items on Amazon and know how their return process works. If they aren't directly trying to scam people, they clearly aren't trained well. I was beyond frustrated the second time, as I needed to leave town. I actually packed the item with me and shipped it from UPS in Colorado. Although the closest UPS store, I won't be using them every again. read more

We had a problem shipping some items from Arlington VA to Phoenix AZ and for a small fee the store team went to the site, measured, weighted and picked up the items that were quite large and bulky, really going the extra mile. Always the best service by this wonderful staff!!! They are always super helpful, pleasant and fast! I ran out of ink at home so I came in to print and scan documents back to myself. Can't get anymore convenient than this, a post office a parcel mailer and most important an Amazon return outpost and no lines to wait in. When time is a consideration (isn't it always) this is the place. I've never spent more than 5 min in the store doing a whole range of mailing and shipping jobs. I have used this place for over 10 years for my box. I had to put my mom in assisted living in another state and was out of town. My box was up for renewal which happens annually. No idea why they don't have credit card on file for auto renew. I told them I would come and pay when I was back in town and explained the situation. I would think a lot of people who use this service travel so BEWARE!!! So I came back in town and I they said I was overdue and so and they CLOSED my box. They said they tried to call me. I use the box for my business and has checks. They said they returned everything to sender including the checks!!!! Not only is this highly responsible but I wonder if it is even legal. You pay this place nearly $300 a year or more and they don't know your name and they close the box after 30 days. Like wow! Not nice people and highly unprofessional. The manager is a crab apple and needs to smile and get to know his customers who have been paying him way too much for over TEN years. read more

I would rate the UPS store a zero, but that's not an option. I tried to overnight (next day) a package. I went into the store Monday 1/4 at 8am. I was told it would be delivered by 10:30am Tuesday. I was given a tracking number and was charged a premium for this service. Well, it is now Tuesday 1/5 at 4pm and not only is the package not delivered, the store (I had to go there in person because their online tracking system doesn't work) tells me they have no idea where the package is located. Their excuse is "We don't guarantee anything" which is their motto-but how can that be when you charge a premium for next day delivery. You take the money but you don't provide the service. I asked for a refund, as they did not provide what I paid for and was told "we don't guarantee anything". How is that for a business model? I would highly discourage anyone reading this from using their service. It is horrible and they have no solution. The next day package was extremely important and it now appears someone's credit will be ruined because their credit cards were not delivered as promised-oh wait, nothing promised even when you pay extra. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I take all my mail there knowing USPO will pick up by 5pm and I don't have to worry about someone taking my posts out of my mailbox. All shipping I do is through the store as the rates are great and I can track packages to know exactly when they are delivered. I have used their notary and special packaging services too. Love that they are easy to get to and a quick in and out as the store is well staffed. I give them a 5+ rating. read more
