For example, if a package emits noise, they request to inspect it. If they open the package and find space inside, they inform the customer that the packaging is insufficient and suggest additional packing services, which come at a cost. Additionally, if customers happens to have packing materials available, they are still required to reseal after being opened for inspection, I don't carry tape in my car. These practices give the impression that staff may be incentivized to encourage extra charges. I am frustrated with the ongoing petty charges imposed by these companies.

The only possession I ever cared about of his was an 8'9", 1962 Bing Copeland custom surfboard. It was my father first custom board that he purchased as a teenager. When I was 8 years old, my father took me out for my first surfing lesson. He shared that same custom board, and I rode that board for the first 4 years of my surfing life. Now being that it was a 14 lbs. and a fiberglass longboard with a 11" single fin. It's an odd shape. I was in a tough spot with a limited time frame to get the board shipped to me where I live in Chicago, Illinois. I had contacted 6 different locations. Note, that 3 out of the 6 said "sure we can ship it". But once we got to those locations, they looked at the size and shape and declined to ship. They were also quoting me $1200 to $2000. I was panicked and running out of time. I called Navis Pack & Ship in Phoenix, Arizona. Not only were they gracious, kind and understood what this board meant to me. They promised to take good care of the board and package it the right way for its journey to Chicago. I cannot say enough about their professionalism or their kindness to me during my heartbreak of losing my father. MISSING PACKAGE…read more In the past, I have received mail from other mailbox owners and returned it to the front desk before leaving. Today, when I went in to pick up a delivery, I was advised they didn't receive my Package and to check my delivery address. When I asked Alex for help to look for it in case it was misplaced he told me he was too busy to do that. I only wondered if it was possible that my delivery was assigned to another mailbox by accident, since I've gotten mail from other mailboxes before. I got tracking information that notified me that my delivery came in 3-hrs ago, but when I came to pick it up I was told it was not in their possession. This is within 3-hrs of delivery. Alex said all USPS deliveries were already processed for the day so they did not have it. The delivery update is listed as: "Your item was delivered to the front desk, reception area, or mail room at 2:50 pm on July 1, 2026 in GLENDALE, AZ 85305" but they claim they didn't receive it. It is 5:40pm, the same day of delivery and the package is not here. I've never had a shipment go missing in 10+ yrs until today. I will say that the Owner of this Business has been nothing but kind, honest, and respectful every time we've done business with him. His staff over the years was great and professional. In the past year, that has changed. Alex didn't yell at me but he may not understand how disrespectful he was with his responses today, when he is the one that gets paid to do a job.
