This is the best UPS store. Nate is very helpful and efficient. We had gone for finger prints, and waited a few minutes. Nate cleared 13 customers out in 4 minutes. This store has very good customer service. Nate made sure to mention if anything goes wrong with the prints he will cover them up to six times. We are customers who live nearby and appreciate how well this man treats us. Nate is a super guy, UPS needs more people like him. I've had a PO Box here for 4+ years, Oscar is always very helpful and pleasant - super busy location and even with a small staff he handles things as quickly as possible. If anything, I'd tell ownership to add an additional staff member during busy times to help with any wait times people may encounter. read more

Talk about going above and beyond! My wife and I were traveling and stayed at hotel Del Sol where we forgot a sentimental item. We were already halfway back home to California by the time we realized it, so we contacted this UPS and asked what our options were, as far as having the forgotten item shipped to us. The manager Oscar Moreno offered to PERSONALLY drive to the hotel and package the item himself, he even offered to send us a picture of the item to make sure it was the right one!! Do not trust this store. I tried to ship a package from here to a PO Box via USPS last year. The package hadn't gotten to its destination after 5 weeks, and despite many phone calls to this store and the post office, no one was able to locate it. I finally went into the store, and it turned out the package had been sitting in the store for weeks. It hadn't been shipped because it was "too big." My name, address, and phone number were clearly written on the package, but no one had bothered to call me and tell me they couldn't ship it. Needless to say, I shipped the package a different way, it arrived safely a few days later, and I have not been back to this store since. read more

This is a bad store. First of all it's been a long stressful day and we ask him if they notarize he was like "no, just kidding come to the other side of the counter" like ok..... The guy wouldn't notorize a car that was sold to me the sellers information was there as well as the signature. He simply didn't notarize because he didn't feel "comfortable" like you're joking right? So I called the person who sold me the car and they were confused as well. I was trying to get the car switched over in my name. So whatever I left I called him to further this issue. He said they didn't have a corporate office number. Complete joke. I literally know what the process is when it comes to notarize something he was saying that the seller had to be in front of him and we literally told him that we own the car all you're doing is notarizing the title. And it was like a weird English barrier he didn't know really good English I'm never coming to this UPS again. I thought this being my local UPS it would be an easy breeze but unfortunately not because this is a private store as he told me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Just had the manager Wyatt yell at me because I asked for a refund in the difference between packages that were supposed to go out on Monday and were not shipped as promised. He had promised me over the phone to let me ship the packages 3 day for the same price since it was their fault. Then when he saw how much it would be he changed his mind and then acted like I was crazy for expecting what he had promised. Now I wasted half my day dealing with this. read more

I used to go to the UPS store up the road off of 44th street and Indian School- the two regular guys were great there- now they brought in this guy Anwar (sp?) and the place sucks! Who ever wants to go to the UPS store? I can think of 20 different places I'd rather go to. But if I really have to go, it's so nice to go to a UPS store where people are super friendly, and most importantly very efficient. I've picked up several packages at this location-on an almost weekly basis. I'd rather not have my packages delivered to my condo, for security purposes. While I'd rather not be picking up my packages elsewhere, I'm glad Oscar is always there to help get me in and out of the store very quickly. This guy makes sure to learn your name and greet you personally, doesn't hold you up, and has you moving along towards the rest your day in no time. I'm so grateful for the promptness and professionalism. I don't write many reviews, but I felt I needed to share with my community the excellent level of professionalism, and accurate efficiency you'll find there. I went in late morning to mail one package. I had questions about pricing and whether my Jiffy bag would work. Every time a new customer came in to return something, the clerk made me wait until he talked with each person, scanned their item, did their receipt, answered their questions. After the third or fourth time this happened, I just gave up and walked out before my questions were even properly addressed. I then went to USPS where I only waited a couple minutes, and mailed the package quickly. I will never go back to UPS store. Terrible service. read more

Came into to print a bunch of resumes. The prices are dramatically cheaper than FedEx ($.35 per page plus an initial $2 to access your email; you can't use a flashdrive apparently) for me to print 15 pages it cost me $2.05 here. Rude and incompetent staff. I go in knowing I have two shipments waiting for me and they tell me they only have one. I said I'm pretty sure I have another box since my order on jcpenney.com says its waiting at the ups store. The guy is too lazy and/or too stupid to find my box and rudely says "there's nothing else here for you" like I'm the stupid one. I go home, verify with jcp that my box is there and they tell me it is. I call this store back and some guy who seemed to be the manager was finally able to locate my box. I was being scammed and Oscar told me from the beginning he didn't feel comfortable sending my package. He helped me through the entire process and then went above and beyond for me once I told him I made a mistake and was 100% getting scammed. He got back my package within the next week. Horrible, store manager, useless, lost my packages, went in person to find out why. As they Never pick up their phone, nor do they have a voicemail saying you reached UPS Store. He said he would look into the lost package and call. He didn't, so I went in again and ask, he said he was busy. I objected to the excuses and he threaten to call the Police. Wow, so much for customer service. Discussing, never do business with this Store, horrible store. Oh, beware folks, look at ALL the bad reviews, as Store manager seems to have a trend of going nasty when he gets CAUGHT and Questioned, some customers even go so FAR as to say, he steals packages. Complaints have a COMMON theme, store manager goes crazy when Questioned about lost packages. Notice then good reviews call out Oscar by name. They are carbon copy positive reviews, like Oscar wrote them himself. Calling police over argument and chasing female customer in the parking lot. I think what irks me most about a business is when an owner a) hires a mgr who isn't capable of making decisions outside of 'the way we do things' in order to keep a customer happy or b) doesn't empower the mgr to make these types of decisions. Read on for the head-shaking case of semantics that ensued. I recently moved to the area coming from a major downtown city. At the UPS by my home, if you hadn't printed a label, there was a computer in the corner of the store where you could pull up your email account and bang, send the label to the printer. You'd pay the guy a dime for the page, he'd affix the label, seal up the box and off you'd go. At this independently owned small business UPS, the owner has, according to her employee and mgr, learned that other UPS stores charge for computer use - and I don't mean when surfing the internet, I mean IN ORDER TO PRINT THE PAGE USED TO SHIP THROUGH HER COMPANY, UPS! Mind you, if you EMAIL them the link to the page and have them pull it up and print it; you need only pay the $.07 for the page. Only, apparently, Amazon makes you login even when you have the link. So I said, ok...so can I login to print the page? The response? "If you do, we have to charge you $2.99 for using the computer." TWO FREAKING NINETY NINE to login and print a label used to ship a package with your company? I explained that I had just moved and didn't have a printer running yet. I explained that it would take me approximately 10 seconds to pull up and print the label. I explained how furious they were making a potential new customer who works from home and ships A LOT. But all to no avail. I left, with package, fuming and vowing never to return. I wonder, Small Business Owner, was it worth the $2.99? read more

The service here was great. Walked in with an odd size item I needed to ship. The woman who helped me was very friendly and helpful (didn't catch her name). She came up with a way to pack and ship the item for me but the cost was more than I had hoped. We talked about options that she offered up and came up with a workable solution. She took the time to handle it while I returned to work. When I got back to pick it up she was gone, but the item was securely wrapped and ready to go. Oscar greeted me and being the nice guy that he is, he managed to make everything even better by waiving the small fee that we had agreed on earlier!!
