Talk about a place where everyone knows your name. I've been to this The UPS Store a few times over the past couple of years and they are nothing short of the best. Mailing packages and letters is never on anyone's hit list, but if you must, please go here. I've seen Brandy and Paul on separate occasions help all of their customers , all with a smile and patience. They play Christmas music during the holidays and since they have PO Boxes I have seen them greet the regulars by name. I had to have my brother Saturday overnight some very important documents. This is the only place I would tell him to go to. They handled it quickly and also packed it with care. Nice to have a place you can count on. read more

One of very few stores that claim to be open at 8am, so I drove far out of my way because I needed to be somewhere at 8:30. Employee doesn't show up until 8:20 to open the store. Ended up being just as late as if I'd gone to my regular ups store that opens at 8:30 (and is usually actually open a little earlier). 8am opening means employee should be onsite by 7:45. Guy didn't even acknowledge he was late or apologize. read more

CONS: This is an itty-bitty UPS store and parking is a huge challenge because it shares spaces with a very busy Starbucks. I had to shuffle with three huge boxes across a parking lot, dodging cars leaving the Starbucks drive-through. (Of course I had to take them one at a time, so triple the fun in this process.) The store could also do with a serious tidy-up. It's not that big, yet it's very disheveled. PROS: The staff are really nice and efficient. Shipping my three huge boxes took less than 10 minutes, start to finish. The store's location is also great for me - it's right at Spring Creek and 75, so easy to stop in on the way to the gym, Starbucks or to the office. Plan your arrival time strategically so Starbucks doesn't mess with your shipping errand and you'll be good to go! read more

While the services provided are great, the staffing and customer service needs attention. Arrived at the store to a line of 3 customers. Next it was 5 then 7 within a 15 minute time span. Why was I still in line after 15 minutes? That's easy, one person at the register and one in the back. The person in the back came out to help the person at the register twice because she wasn't aware of how best to handle the situation she was dealing with. However, even though the person from the back clearly saw the long line, he turned both times and walked back. Not sure what has happened to customer service but being a focus is not a priority at this location. Go there again, I for one won't be. read more

This woman continues to be in this location alone and she cannot handle it alone. Nobody should have to wait in line 30min for her to figure out how to scan in cable equipment. What happened to the guy that use to be here? Go get him and give him a raise. She gota to go. It's not a good fit. I never want to see her running this location alone again. I came into this store because it was on my way to work (conveniently located right off of the highway) and I had some questions regarding having some very important documents mailed to another state to have my Physical Therapy Assistant license renewed/transferred AND to get some wedding invitations mailed out. The staff was very pleasant and patient with me and helped me understand all my shipping/mailing options. The staff was so friendly and professional that it compelled me to write a review being that it is holiday season and most people are so overwhelmed and grumpy in stores so I really appreciate great customer service, especially in busy times such as these. I think this store has gone through a change in management bc the most recent experiences I've had w the teens is ridiculous. This store was great w the old crew who were very welcoming and personable. The two blonde teens who work there now seem unhappy and annoyed all the time. This ups location dropped off my package to the wrong apt while I was at home! They just left it on someone's door step ! Now they are telling me I have to contact the sender to either get a refund or a new delivery ! This really makes me angry! Why did they just leave a package on someone's front porch??? Really??? My husband has a side business where he crafts fine wood products and sells them (think Ron Swanson but with less mustache.) Recently he took two end-grain cutting boards to the "packing experts" at UPS and paid extra to have them packed properly (with stuffing, tape, boxes - you know -things used to actually pack stuff) and shipped across the US. One of the cutting boards arrived intact, but with barely any packing material and a modicum of tape (we had the buyer send us pictures.) The other cutting board arrived BROKEN STRAIGHT IN HALF. The box the "packing expert" used had been just a smidge too short to contain the entire cutting board, leaving it resting at an angle. That might have worked okay if there had been any packing material supporting it in the bottom; however, there wasn't, so when other things were stacked on top, it snapped right in half. Custom, unique, hard-to-make, takes-a-lot-of-hours-and-sweat cutting board: destroyed. We'll be packing our own stuff (and saving a bunch of money too) and using USPS (or any other carrier) from here on out. read more

The staff are nice, helpful but the place is horrible. This UPS is right next to Starbucks and Panda Express so as you can imagine, the parking lot is always packed. Also the UPS itself is not very big so you might have a hard time picking and bring in big packages. read more

Great service! Came here around 3 pm on a Monday and the place was busy. The store Owner or Manager Mike was so attentive!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted, and I watched how friendly and quick he got through a huge line. I was in and out of the store in under 30 seconds! I've Been here before and their other associates are not fast and are kind of rude, like the girl with the the blue hair. But Mike, is the Guy that can single handedly run everything!! read more

Do not go to this store! Ordered a print on ups online for $0.08 a page but ups website had payment gateway issue. The online chat told me to email the print to the store directly then pay directly to the store. Guess what, when I picked up the prints, it became $1.62 per page. Stupid store doesn't want your business! Just don't go there! Hope they are happy with the $1.54 profit. read more
