Matt and his entire team at this UPS store are absolutely outstanding! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the most friendly and helpful staff. I rented a Maibox at this location and needed to have my mail forwarded while I'm out of the area and every experience has been seamless and pleasant. They are always happy to help and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and efficiently. It's rare to find customer service this consistent and genuine. Sought out this UPS store when I had a package to mail on my lunch break, and the "other" shipping company seemed more interested in selling me their service, even though they didnt have a box small enough for the item I was shipping. Even after I said I would go find a smaller box. Glad I found this location. The woman there (did not catch her name) was very pleasant. She found the perfect sized box I needed, and advised that using their box would ensure my package was covered by their insurance. Right after I walked in, several customers entered. She was very courteous, accepting drop off packages so customers didnt have to wait until my transaction was done. But she was very quick and efficient (we're talking less than a minute) so I did not feel at all inconvenienced. Overall I got wrapped up pretty quickly and got my package boxed and shipped for a couple $$ less than the other place quoted me, and the way I wanted it. Close to work, so I will definitely revisit for my future shipping needs. read more

Normally this location is great, but there is an older lady working there who is just ridiculous. I brought in an audio receiver being returned to Amazon in its original box. I had the label ready to be slapped on and everything. She was irritated that I hadn't taped the flaps on the top. "I really need you to tape this next time" uh, I didn't have any box tape and it's no bother to throw some tape on for me. I couldn't believe it. So I leave and the next day UPS tries to deliver the box to me at my home. The original UPS label still on the stop was never covered up or removed. She just stuck the new label next to the old one. WTF! UPS attempted to deliver a 2nd time again to me the next day surprisingly and this time I helped them scratch out the old label. I really detest lazy employees. Nope. Fail! read more

I needed a document printed and went to this store. Normally I would have gone to Kinkos but I had a coupon for the UPS store. I'd put the document on a jump drive but the format of the document was all messed up and Erica (I think that was her name) was extremely helpful. We tried it on another machine and still couldn't get it to work right. She told me that I could email a PDF to them and they would print it and call when it was ready.
