She politely weighed my envelope and furnished me with the appropriate number of stamps, and I began to address my envelope to be mailed. Once I finished preparing the envelope, I took a position at the end of the line so I could pay for the stamps and envelope. Once I reached that same service representative, she informed me that there would be "no charge". I reminded her of the materials I had acquired and she again replied, "oh no sir, no charge!" Location 4 stars: Southeast corner of Tampa and Rinaldi, on the West end of the shopping plaza, near Tampa. Convenient parking on the main lot and in front of the store. With Amazon Fresh gone the parking has become much easier. Before, the main lot was always very packed. Venue 4 stars: Smaller location. It can get very busy when they first open up and in mid to late afternoon when the ecommerce guys show up with their many packages :). They accept UPS drop-offs and offer packing and Notary Services on site (call ahead to make sure the Notary person is there) and you can drop off your Amazon returns there as well. The service desk opens early (8 AM on weekdays, 9 AM on Saturdays and 10 AM on Sundays) but closes at 2:30 PM on Saturdays and 3 PM on Sundays which can be inconvenient. They used to be completely closed on Sundays but have recently changed this as they are now getting an influx of Amazon returns after the Amazon Fresh store shut down. They also have P.O. Boxes for rent. Service 5 stars: Friendly and helpful staff. The Bottom Line 4 stars: Convenient location for UPS services and Amazon returns. The nice staff are also much appreciated! This is my favorite UPS. Plenty of parking in the lot. Very friendly and very quick service. Even though a lot of people use this UPS, the staff are efficient. There's hardly ever a wait. So dropping off packages is a breeze. They just scan and hand me a receipt with the tracking info, done! I do wish they had an automatic door for those times we're carrying in a big package. But because they have a stream of customers, someone always helps hold open the door. read more

I had such a great experience at this UPS Store in Porter Ranch. It's located in the shopping center between Rinaldi and Tampa, right by Amazon Fresh and the other little shops in that plaza, so it's super easy to find and convenient to get to. I came in with my mom because she needed to get a copy of her marriage certificate notarized, and the service was honestly exceptional. The young man helping us was incredibly attentive and kind. He explained every single step clearly, made sure we knew exactly what needed to be filled out so everything would be correct and official. I accidentally made a mistake while filling out the form, and without hesitation he handed me another copy. He was patient and helpful the kind of person that makes you walk out feeling grateful that they were the one who assisted you. The notarization was only $15, which is very reasonable considering the service and professionalism we received. My mom signed everything, and the whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. If you need anything notarized or any UPS services in the Porter Ranch area, I absolutely recommend this location. Kind people make such a difference, and this store definitely has them. read more

2/1/2025 - After a baby fall from a high chair, we decided to return it to Amazon (The faulty is a human being error). I came in this UPS store with an original box, plus a 2nd box for shipping - that box is too small to fit the remaining two pieces). I told her, "I will pay for the new bigger box for this returned product). The friendly staff printed the return receipt, handed to me and told me, "I will combine two boxes into the original box so that I do not need to pay for the second box for shipping. I love this UPS store I've been going here forever and it's always good customer service and fast process. It's a small store but they work very efficiently! I like it I'll come here for faxing, shipping, and if I need copies! They have good workers at all times they are very nice and patient. They never mess up on what you need done. That's why I come here. It's very convenient for me and good values. They to take AARP and triple discounts for certain services, which is always a plus! Good value for sure. Management is doing well with running the business smoothly! It gets very busy during the day, but the wait goes by extremely fast to me. Parking is in the lot which is a pretty busy lot! When I am in the valley I go to this UPS store. This location has great customer service and is very helpful. It's small inside and sometimes a long line, but the employees moved the line very quickly. I stopped by this UPS store on my way back home from work to return an Amazon order. This UPS store is right off the 118 freeway near Amazon Fresh so its in a big plaza with a lot of parking spots. I was able to park right in front of the store. When I walked in, there was 1 person in line while the 2 staff members were helping out 2 different customer. They were having issues so I had to wait like 5 minutes in line. The store is not big so just having 4 people inside is already filling up the store. When it was my turn, I just put the package on the scale and the employee scanned the QR code on my phone. He asked if I wanted a receipt and that was basically my time in the store. read more

UPS stores are small businesses. This small business does not value with clients and could care less about customer needs. It's better to support the other UPS store on Devonshire and Mason. At least they value their customers, are much nicer, and will go above and beyond to meet the customer's needs. They also won't stare you down while you wait outside Just because their clock hasn't started. Don't be open on Sundays if you're not willing to actually be open on a Sunday. read more

I have been going to this UPS Store, sporadically, for many years to fulfill my UPS shipping needs. Every time I visit, I am in a hurry, so it has been in and out, with ease. So much so, that I have failed to hit the pause button and to reflect, on how good a job they have done for me each and every occasion. Even when they are crowded, the staff will make sure that you are acknowledged and do not feel left out at the end of the line. On my most recent encounter with them, I had to return ship a new carpet. I rolled and taped it up, but when I got to the UPS Store, they politely informed me that it needed to be in a box and they could supply one for close to $9. I agreed and purchased this item, but did not see it. They printed out the prepaid label and said that we could be on our way. They, would box the carpet, affix the label, seal it up, and make sure it was mailed. Now....that is what I call superb service. read more

A) My packages have been misplaced and or have come up missing more than once. B) I don't receive delivery confirmations, if I don't track my own packages I would never know that they have been delivered. C) your timing has to be good. If ur wait times in line may be a little long. D) I had a packages delivered Oct 4th and here it is Oct 28th and they don't know where my packages is. I brought it to their attention on Monday Oct 25th that I received a package that I never received. 4 days later I'm still waiting for the manager to call me. Every single time I come to this store I'm greeted with a smile, you can't see it under the masks but you can feel it in the energy and attitude of its employees! My guys Joseph and Edgar are always busy working hard every time I walk in but they always manage to take the time to acknowledge me, Edgar is always always doing something keeping busy from the back to the front of the store and Joseph is always ready, helpful and knowledgeable when I have questions about shipping. A PACKAGED IS LOST in the store ! All the trouble of cancel a check and send product again. They said going to reimburse up to $100.00. Anyone who goes here, read my warning!!! Most of the time it is pretty good and quick so you don't have to stay long. They pack stuff good. However, I was using my eBay again after a year, I saw a negative review of me. The item I mailed out was during the holidays last year. This upset me so I read what it says. It seems they only wrap up the collector's box very quickly with plastic and put a shipping label and mail it out. So when he got it, the plastic is torn and the item was damaged. I realized this happen last year and it will be hard to get their side of the story. It may even be temporary employee. From now on, I be watching you pack it before I leave. I recommend everyone else do the same. Especially during the holidays since they may be too busy to pack it properly or it might be a temporary employee working there. read more

Great customer service . I rented a book from Amazon and thought it was easy like alll my other returns. Take it to a Whole Foods and drop it off. But this book was from a 3rd party so I needed to take it to the UPS store. I went inside. All I had was the book. It was not packaged. I did not print a label. Nothing was just ready. I am deeply frustrated by the terrible customer service at this store. I made a Notary Service appointment on the UPS website for the following day, Monday October 12th at 4pm. I received a confirmation email reminding me of my appointment and confirming that it was still on schedule this morning around 2am. Upon my arrival to the store at 3:58pm, I was informed by an employee working there that this store does not honor appointments, and that they "do not pay attention to the appointments at all." There was nobody there to assist with the notary service. Upon getting back in my car, very aggravated, I noticed that they sent a cancellation email for the appointment (with no explanation) just two minutes before my appointment was supposed to take place. What is the point of me making an appointment at one of your stores and you confirming it, only for me to arrive and be told AT THE TIME OF MY APPOINTMENT that the store does not even pay attention to them? This was an absolute waste of my time and I'm very frustrated at the terrible customer service provided by this store. read more

This is my go-to UPS store for all of my shipping needs. The employees are very helpful and friendly. They make an effort to help you out the best way they can. The only thing I don't like is the new $1/monthly fee to have PIN access to my mailbox after hours, but I understand. This store used be good for the service, but not anymore. I dropped off a package yesterday around 4:12 p.m. (definitely before the cut off time). I just found that the package was not shipped out yesterday and the estimated delivery date is delayed to one more day. It was not the first time. I had same experiences a couple of time at this store. I did not pay too much attention previous times because they were not timely sensitive packages, but yesterday packages was very timely sensitive. I asked the clerk that should the package being shipped out yesterday and the clerk answered yes, but actually not. Also, about a week ago, I tried to drop off multiple packages at this store, but they refused to accept my packages. A clerk said they had too many packages not shipped out yet and they had no more space to store the packages. Should be all packages shipped out if they are dropped off before cut off time? I had to go to other USP store about 3-4 miles away. I should use other UPS store for the timely sensitive package shipping next time. Also I may need to file a complaint to UPS to make this store improve their service back to used be. read more
