I recently needed a Notary, because the FedEx Store didn't offer this service. At 5:05 PM on a weekday afternoon counter staff said "She just left", then ran to the parking lot and caught her co-worker before she drove off, so I could get my Notary. Who else does that? PS - I received a CA Acknowledgement Letter, without asking for it ( I didn't know I needed one). Let your Notary know where the paperwork is going, and they'll handle it well. read more

Toshina is absolutely the worst worker I've ever encountered she watched as my sister and I struggled to carry in a very large and heavey package gave us no greeting but instead a very hideous look and after we had finally placed it down she said "you could have just put it right here" and indicated to a spot on the counter. Turns out the staff at this store (both male and female) are really lame and unprofessional. DO NOT trust them to give you accurate information about DHL pick-up. I walked in at 3:30PM (DHL cut off at this location is 5PM). I filled out the shipping label as well as hand filled out an invoice for a package that was going to Hong Kong. Not only did they not inform me that DHL needed to be called or "scheduled" to come - but their service was very rude and nasty. The package needed to be there the next day and was urgent. When i went online to track it - there was no record. I called the store at 9AM and they said it was not picked up and we again, rude in manner about it. I don't understand how people can get paid to be rude and provide horrible customer service. It boggles my mind. read more

We have tried to do business with this store several times. Each time either myself or my wife have just walked out. The people there are extremely unprofessional. Just today we tried to get a transaction done and after an initial conversation both attendants simply stopped taking to my wife and one lady got on the phone and was ordering. We are extremely upset with this store. Brought package on the 22nd at 1:59 pm, paid $10 for two day delivery. We recieved notification on the 24th that the package will be delivered on the 27th. 22 + 2 = 24, correct? We were lied too and ripped off for a lousy $10 guaranteeing a 2 day delivery. DO NOT USE THIS STORE ESPECIALLY FOR TIME SENSITIVE DOCUMENTS. We have all documentation proving the above. If you are getting paperwork notarized here be careful. I had to go in for a refund today because they never attached a California acknowledgement letter. The woman behind the counter insisted it was my fault because they ask if the letter is being mailed outside of California. Funny cause the other store on foothill laughed when I told them why my notarized papers were rejected. They said any good notary would have done this correctly for you the first time. I don't usually go to this ups location to ship my packages, but after my experience at the store the other day I felt compelled to change locations. I needed to ship a package but had lots of questions about the shipment and Toshina answered every question brilliantly and helped me get my package on its way. She really impressed me. Horrible notary services. They use a sub contractor. He is a very rude and unprofessional man. He will quote you a price with the services you need. Then at the very end double it in price. Even you make it clear to him what you need. Owner will do her best to fix the mistake. Sorry but your sub contractor made you lose a customer and their family members, who was customers since 2003. Too bad the service and attitude is not whats expected from a chain store like this. read more

I went in to get a cable box returned to Verizon. Verizon told me to take it to any UPS store and they would return it free of charge. I walked in slightly disabled with a brace on my left arm. I put the box on the counter and she told me I would have to pay a dollar to tape it. Not expecting a charge, I didn't bring my wallet. It was obvious I was struggling a bit. It would have been the kind thing to do to offer to tape it for me this once. Instead she let me leave, carrying the box one handed back to my car. I was very disappointed.
