I had shipped documents NDA on a Saturday well before the pick up time. As I checked on Monday I noticed that the documents hadn't left Ontario until that morning (0 stars for UPS). I called the store to file a claim, they took my info and said that they would file the GSR and I would have a check within 2 weeks. I thought that would be it. To my surprise I got a call from Beth on Tuesday morning letting me know that my documents did arrive at my location and that she had filed the GSR and to let her know that if I hadn't gotten a check in a week or so to let her know. It is amazing to know that customer service is still alive!!!! Thank you for the follow up!!!! It is so very refreshing that customer service and good communication are still a priority!!! This will be my go to store even though there is one closer to me! read more

Some of the people working in here are not friendly. They want you to use self serve to scan packages that you are dropping off - problem is does not work. Employees give attitude. Located in a plaza off Carnelia south of the 210 Fwy. Limited parking in front, but there's plenty of parking nearby. Yes, you can drop off any Amazon packages to return just as long as you have a label on it. Employees here are very nice and friendly. Plus the store is clean inside too. read more

I pulled up today right in front of the store at 6:58PM. I needed to drop off some shipping. I saw the 3 employees staring at me while I was doing it. I went to unload the packages and as I was closing my truck door, they locked the doors. It was 7:00. Way to go the extra mile. I get it. They're probably not paid enough to care so this is probably an ownership problem and not an employee problem. People don't go the extra mile unless they want to. I'm a small business owner myself and I hate to post a negative review but this was ridiculous. read more

Must be something in the water here at this Alta Loma/ Rancho store. This was only my second visit to this store and I have been treated badly both times. Simply asking for clarification on procedures. Two employees started yelling at me from across the counter and from the back room. To the point of intimidating me to leave. The clerk that was helping me said I did nothing wrong. I took my business to another UPS store and there were no issues with my questions or my transaction. Beth, the owner is such a positive person I really like her, she remembers her clients on a personal level she is always prompt, polite, very professional. Like in any UPS store it's all about "-ING" anyth-ING gets done here. But at this location it happens in a finger snap-because of Beth's management. They have a job to do and no one pays them to smile at you or accommodate attitudes, but they do. The OWNER is very pleasant and responsive, she has gone out of her way to accommodate me on several occasions. I was in California in March and had to do a lot of mailing, copies and shipments and found this store...AMAZING!! The staff were so courteous and helpful (something you don't find EVER in California especially) and I was so grateful they could help with all of the services I needed. I was even able to bring in a flash drive and print files from it there, which was a bit surprising to me, I always thought the UPS Store was just for shipping. They do a little bit of everything, FAXing, Copies, Printing, Shipping, Mailing and even have many supplies should you need any. I would definitely go an extra mile just to go to this particular UPS Store if I had to, they are amazing! read more

I always go to this UPS store for my mailing/shipping purposes. My experience has always been very pleasant except for yesterday. There was this one young blonde girl around 5:00 PM who does the notary service for them. She was very rude, very snooty, and acted like she had a silver spoon stuck up her you-know-what. Her pleasantness was fake and she blamed me and my husband for getting certain papers out of order. Don't go to this store if she is doing the notary service. She is absolutely a horrendous person. The older lady that does notary service here does an awesome and better job at customer service. read more

Ive been to this location many times before and have had a wonderful experience. This time however, I was sending a package that was already in a box. The girl told me I needed to buy a box, and I said it's already in a box I can put the label on top. Instead of her using a single piece of tape for the box to make sure it was secure, she told me I needed to buy a roll of tape. ( Keep in mind it was a shoe box) 1.5 inches of tape was used... I spent six dollars on a roll if tape to just use a single piece. I left the roll of tape behind for future customers so they would have to waste money like I did. Get a box. When your packages are delivered, they are safely kept until you are ready to get them. (Their notification system has gotten way better over the years as well! I get emails when my packages are processed!) You will never have a package stolen ever again. You will have the security of knowing that your mail is safe! Not lost! I have a lot of sympathy for the USPS but the mail carrier at my apartment has lost tons of my important mail -- I NEVER have to worry about that now that I have a box. AND, it's better than a USPS box, because it technically isn't a P.O. box -- its a physical address. The workers here are so, so friendly. Always say hello when I walk in, always happy to help! Also, very knowledgeable about shipping policies and like, how to package a box so whatever you're shipping doesn't break. Also, again, just super friendly!! Way better than The UPS Store on Foothill and Vineyard. Fully staffed, great service. This is a HUGE store with lots of little odds-and-ins for sale like decorative bubble mailers and gift boxes, pens n office stuff... Very convenient location, their pricing is good (I shop around and compare). They have MULTIPLE notary publics on hand which is a huge plus. Most stores don't have that many on hand. My only pet peev..... They won't give drop off receipts for usps packages (yes, you can drop off post office stuff at UPS Stores). But I guess that's pretty common now. The store on Foothill and Vineyard also stopped giving drop off receipts for usps packages. If you are dropping off a usps package and it's a high value return item, I would take it to the post office directly and get a receipt. God forbid, if it's lost in the mail, that drop off receipt can save the day. read more

Came in today. Just didn't like how the big heavy guy with tats on his forearm processed my Amazon return. He wasn't at a Register ..so he appeared like an Assistant. Seemed like he wasn't doing much, but he wasn't manning a register, so i didn't care, and didn't think he could help me. i was the next one in line. He then announced he could help the next person. He took my little amazon box, with $83 worth of light ballasts, in one hand, then went over to a register to his right, and encroached on that transaction going on there ..to get my little Amazon return code paper scanned. The woman at that register did it for him. When my proof slip printed she handed it to me. He kept my return code paper - which i'm not complaining about. He then held my $83 box with the code paper too IN ONE HAND ..as he proceeded to ask if he could help the next customer behind me. I guess they all of a sudden felt busy, and we wanted to hyper process some customers. NOt Cool. Wish from the beginning i would have said " i'd like to wait for someone at a register, if that's ok. Next thought, Would have liked to said to him, aren't you going to put my stuff somewhere before you proceed to help the person behind me. Just didn't feel like good customer service. Left me feeling VERY insecure about my $83 Amazon return - which i take VERY seriously. Will be going to Kohl's from now on. Little nicer experience. They seal it up right in front of you there. Treat you a little better. That was always my go to place until they closed. Guess i won't worry about it. But if they screw up my return, i'm gonna be TICKED. read more

So I came over to this to drop my return my Amazon. It was in original packaging. Then the store clerk refused to accept my return and told me the I need to buy an envelope in order to send this item. I was like hell no. According to the Amazon website, I can just drop any returns to any UPS store. So I went to a different ups store and they gladly accept my return item. This UPS Store is a small business, and you should support all small businesses except this one! Not only does the owner not allow employees to take their STATE MANDATED breaks on weekends, but she also does not personally care about her customers. Her prices are very overpriced, just to make a profit. If your package is an unusual size, your better off getting random boxes and taping them together than spending extra money just for the store to do the exact same. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service at UPS. I have a personal account, which was looked up. I am a repeat customer, although not often. The rep was fast and efficient, but never asked me if I still had my AAA card. She charged me and I asked about the discount. She told me it was too late since I had already been charged. I had already decided I was not going to ask her to void the charges and start again to get the discount, but she continued to lecture me on how I needed to ask for the discount when I approached to get my package labeled. I felt disrespected and insulted. What if I changed my mind and took my package elsewhere? Poor service in my point of view. read more

The female manager is horrible. I walked in 15 minutes before closing and she was rushing me. I decided not to ship my box because I thought it was too expensive. She didn't like that. Anyway I left my phone and wallet on the counter by accident. I left and went next door to Vons then I realized I had to go back to UPS and ask for my phone. She wouldn't take a moment to look for it she just said there's nothing here. So I turned on my find my phone app and it started beeping about 2 weeks later. It was at the UPS store. When I went down there a young guy said he saw it in a drawer and turned it on. He said the manager told him not to turn it on. I'm so glad he did. What a mess! read more
