Secondly, I ship to the same address usually, and I feel like Im really in a "mom and pop" sort of place because the information saves in their system. They just ask "have you been here before?" If yes, then you can pretty much guarantee your info will be readily available because it's saved for you. I love that personal touch. The con? It's a bit pricey. I suppose I am paying for the convenience and personal touch, but the cost is a bit on the pricey side. I usually get a large flat rate box, and it ships for $18.50 I believe. Not terribly priced, but a bit more than the post office. All in all, I have had nothing but great experiences here. It's EASY, fast, and personal. I love those things about Postarena :)

She was doing a DHL shipment for a customer in front of us that was taking a while, but the owner kept acknowledging us and explained the international shipping takes a bit longer than regular shipping. Just have them scan the QR code provided by Amazon, obtain my receipt with tracking number, and I'm out the door. I've also used their fax service several times over the years. Some of their additional services include document shredding, passport/ID photos and notary. I've also used this location to send cable receivers back to Spectrum and most recently to turn in my iPhone after upgrading. I had the boxes for the Spectrum cable receivers, but again I didn't need any shipping materials for the iPhone to be sent back to Verizon. The parking lot can be tricky and busy especially with Trader Joe's being right next door.
