Everyone is always nice... But this place is EXPENSiVE! You're better off at the post office

I rent a mail box at this location and had a shipment that was delivered to them for me on December 24. They closed their store at 2:00 pm so I was unable to pick it up, which was needed for Christmas. Beware of this store closing before holidays when their service is needed--even more! It would also help if they would hire extra employees during busy times--the line can be very long at those times. I have been a customer at this location since 1988 (since it was a Mail Boxes Etc. store). This isn't my first problem with this UPS franchise. read more

I have been there a lot. But recently there is one associate who is very snotty and unprofessional.

Passport photos: check. Notary: check. Priority mail: check. In and out one stop success! The service was excellent and timely.

Vanessa the notary there was So unprofessional! We arrived at 5:22 to get two form notarized but because she had to get to the bank before 6pm she didn't have time and was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at us! She should be fired. Horrible customer service! read more

I have been to this location many times and I have always had a great experience!! The girls are nice, friendly and helpful! I have had to use the notary service as well as shipping, and had a key made. I have a kid in college in another state and they always ask about her. I feel very comfortable here!! read more

I recently attempted to mail a one page letter (in an 8 x10 envelope) to the White House and asked Aaron, store rep, to tell him how much postage it would be. He tried to weigh the letter and said that the zip code 20500 for Washington, D.C. was not a in their system so he couldn't tell me what the postage would be. I asked him if he could estimate how many stamps to use and he said maybe 4. I told him that was fine. He then told me that he didn't think that would be enough and I said well why don't you try metering the letter again. He attempted it once more and again told me the machine wouldn't give him the postage amount and consequently, I wouldn't be able to get the postage! What in the world? Since when can a letter not be mailed to our government? How utterly absurd and what censorship. Needless to say, I reported him to the store manager today and she did apologize. I see from Yelp that others have also had issues with this employee. So much for customer service! read more

This was a great experience. I shipped fruit to my family in Montana and the service was 100%. I was not a big fan of the casual conversation in front of me but the person who was helping me was a gem. read more

NO. NO. NO. Just NO. Never again! This is the second time I've been at this location to ship something that already had a UPS label generated, just not yet printed, and they tried to charge me $1.50 just to email them the label, on top of an ADDITIONAL charge for the 30 seconds of internet it requires to access that email, on top of an ADDITIONAL charge (50 cents?) for the single piece of paper it's printed on. Are you freaking kidding me?!?! How often do the employees access their email and print labels on a daily basis? The employees MUST know how ridiculous this "policy" is, and be capable of understanding when customer satisfaction is more important than a policy that literally benefits no one. Apparently not! Inconveniently, I walked out of the store both times and mailed my package with a different shipping company because of the sole principle that this store is nickling and diming you and doesn't give a flying &@$! about it. I don't know what any of these people who posted these negative reviews are talking about. This is the best ever UPS store and everyone I've met and worked with over the past several years have been extremely polite, professional and thoughtful. Often times, they see me approaching in the parking lot and actually have my package ready for me by the time I get inside the store!!!! Who does that in this day and age??? I've had fingerprints, I've shipped packages, and of course picked up literally dozens of packages and never had a hint of rudeness, trouble or any of the behavior previously described. read more

I am so very disappointed and angry at this UPS location. I dropped a package off (already labeled as we have a UPS account) on Saturday for a VERY important delivery Tuesday morning. I confirmed with the counter person that it would make it there on time. It was a medical device vitally needed. When i tracked the package on Monday, it showed that it had NOT been picked up. So i called the store. The person who answered asked me to hold, came back on the phone and said, "I found it in the pile in the back." I was livid. I told him to hold the package and I would pick it up, to NOT let it out of his site. He said okay. I canceled the shipment online. I then went to FedEx and had to overnight another device which cost $156.73 because now it was leaving Redlands at 5:00 pm and had to be delivered in Boston by 8:00 am the next morning. When i went to pick it up the original package from this UPS locationfirst thing Tuesday morning, i was told that it had been picked up by the truck on Monday. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? read more

The guy working here printed the wrong shipping information 3 times and after I corrected it he tried to make me go to the back of the line. Terrible attitude and even worse service. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. read more

OMG ! We met the most kind, patient and caring young women this morning at this UPS Store! My husband and I needed to make a return to Amazon for a destroyed box of kitchenware delivered this morning to our home. We had mistakenly taken the smashed carton to the Kohls dept. store's Amazon return desk, only to be verbally abused by the attendant that we should have started the return process online. Well, we are old as dirt, and didn't know how to do so. We were told by the rude man to go to this UPS store to return our purchase. After having been verbally beaten up, we were a little shaken and worried we would again be made to feel ignorant regarding this return. Well, just the opposite happened !!! The 2 young women could not have been nicer to us. One of them actually took my smart phone and did what needed to be done online to make the return ! She printed a label, gave me a tracking slip and took box to area to be picked up, all in about 3 minutes !! I really wish I would have gotten their names. They are truly a benefit to this facility !! Keep up the patience ladies !! Us old folks sure appreciate it ! read more

The best customer service ever. I have two PO boxes there. The personal is always friendly willing to help

My mother rushed in after work 15 minutes before closing only to encounter the worst customer service in her life. As soon as she walked in, she immediately noticed the annoyed and unwelcoming faces of the two employees at the counter. She initially came in to deliver a package which would be returned to her soon and this process went smoothly, however, what happened after was just abysmal. She simply asked the employee if she could come back and pick up the return package at this location and he replied to her in a rude and annoyed tone of voice "youre going to have to find out your tracking number and track the package yourself" the answer would have been much appreciated had he not rudely responded with attidude. The experience doesn't end just yet. My mother did not know how to find out her tracking number so she stuck around (even after knowing that they didnt want her there) to ask "And how can i find out my tracking number?" The employee responded by answering in a very rushed manner to get my mother out of the store as quickly as possible. She felt awful about herself after the encounter as if it was her obligation to not ask questions. If you want to walk in happy and leave angry then go here. The customer service is non existant and I truly feel bad for anyone that has to come here. I strongly encourage everyone to avoid this location if you want to be treated decently. read more
