This is the worst location ever. Drop my package off 6 days ago and it hasn't even moved from there. Call ups customer support and they tell me it's at this location where I dropped it off and hasn't even moved. Then I go to THIS STORE and ask the employee to check on it and without me even giving him any tracking number or information he proceeds to tell me it's getting processed like how would he even know. Still have no update or any idea where my package is and I lost a good amount of money because of it. Last night was the second time I've had an issue with this store, particularly with the younger girl with long black hair who works there. I made it to the store about 15 min before they closed but their computer wasn't working properly to load my documents that needed to printed. So I re-sent them and it still wasn't working. So I quickly logged on to their computer to print my documents. They finally printed but when I was ready to pay it was 701 pm and they close at 7. She purposely closed both registers & started counting the cash in the drawers before I had paid for my documents. Then she advised the nice older man who was helping me that I would have to come back tomorrow. The whole time I was there, she was just standing at the front door ready to lock the doors at 7pm while the older man was helping about 5 different customers. So not only did she purposely close the registers so I couldn't pay for my documents I printed and finish mailing my stuff, she also wasn't helping the older man work. So she's stealing from the company because she didn't charge me for the services I received. The old man seemed flustered because he was tryin to help me and have me pay but she forced him to refuse service to me. Would have only taken 2 min for him to ring me up but clearly she couldn't wait, even tho it was UPS fault because their computer wasn't working and I was in there before closing time. I am a very busy person who does not have time to "come back tomorrow" and I am very upset with her rudeness and for wasting my time. read more

This is the worse customer service I have ever received. An older man by the name of ERIC was extremely rude and not helpful with so ever. I had to come back to this store 3 different times trying to see if i would run into another employee that was more helpful but all three times it just just him there. Definitely will be calling to speak to a manager about the way I was treated here. Looking at past reviews it looks like I'm not the only one who has encountered his extremely rude attitude. Now UPS Stores are generally straight forward places you go in drop off a package or pick a package up and go on your way. However, what sets this particular location apart from other UPS Stores I have been to is the customer service because each employee including the manager can be summed up as unprofessional, rude, and lazy. I know it seems as though I am coming off a bit harsh but I have to be honest to give others a heads up about this place. Basically, I had two experiences with this location I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but both times resulted in a bad overall experience. My first time was an attempt to drop off a package I needed to return; a simple enough task. Now the store closes at 7 pm I arrived at the store at approximately 7:03 pm (my class got out late and that's why I was rushing to cut it so close). Even though they hadn't locked up yet and were still organizing packages and other materials they said they couldn't take my package at this time. Now I would understand if they had already locked everything up or if I had arrived at 7:30 pm and they were still inside the store. I just barely missed the closing time and all I had was a single package to drop off but, the manager basically said too bad and that they open at 8:30 in the morning. Thus, I had to go to this location again the next day that's when my second encounter happened. So the next day I got there and dropped off my package (simple) and the manager (same person as the one the day before) basically said that I was foolish for driving up to this location as he browsed my return address marked on the package. First of all it is my personal business where I go to drop off my packages. Secondly he didn't know my situation or where I had recently moved to so he wasn't in any position to make that judgement and it is not any of his business in the first place. And to top it all off the real kicker was even though there weren't any other customers in the store at the time and I was just asking questions and verifying the tracking number of my package he was trying to shuffle me out of the store as quickly as possible! I guess he only wanted to spend a minute on each customer as apposed to three minutes. Bottom line to whom it may concern I implore you readers of yelp don't do business with this location until they give themselves a serious lesson in how to deal with customers in a more respectful and professional manner. Beware of buying postal stamps at this store. They charge 25% more than the post office. They will also not except a return of an unopened roll of stamps. The receipt states that "items designated NR are not eligible for returns refunds or exchanges". However nowhere on the receipt does it show the stamps are designated NR. Stay away read more

Three times a driver has promised to return the next day for a missed signature required delivery. Each time they have failed to return. I called the Redlands office to get help and they tell me to go to the SB which they say closes at 7pm. Fortunately I check before leaving and find the SB hub closes at 6. Otherwise it would have been an even more wasted day. The local office couldn't understand why I would be upset they had sent me to pick up a package after closing hours. I wish the UPS Drop Box across the street from me were more convenient, but my package was a few inches too wide. UPS will charge me if I called them to pick it up from my place. And I wasn't about to wait and look for a random UPS driver in my neighborhood just to give him/her my package in person. So, it was a 15 minute bus ride and a 1.1 mile walk to get to a UPS Store. Then a 1 second transaction at said store just to drop off my pre-labeled package. Then a 1.1 mile walk back to the bus stop where I waited 45 minutes for the next bus, and then finally a 15 minute bus ride home. read more

I can't believe how fast I received service at this Redlands UPS Store. The line was out the door when I arrived and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Two clerks were working the counter and both were friendly and efficient. I had two packages to return to Amazon and one package to be mailed. The sales associate was fast and kind despite the hustle and bustle of the Christmas crowd. I'm in awe of all UPS does to assure our gifts and packages make it to loved ones at this time of year! I had to drop off a prepaid package with UPS, and as I'm a teenager, this was my first time ever posting a package. I was silently waiting for the customer ahead of me to finish, as she was still at the service desk, when the man behind the counter yelled across the store "HELLOOOOO BACK THERE!" I walked up as the other customer left, when the man says "what? were you falling asleep back there?!" I was in shock and apologized and handed him the package. He did not even look at me the rest of the time, and as he gave me my receipt he muttered "jesus" under his breath. He then took my package and walked away without saying anything. This is was extremely rude! I understand service workers deal with a lot but this was extremely unprofessional and unprovoked. This happened at 12:30pm on May 9, 2020. I dropped of a prepaid shipping package, and was treated like an inconvenience. On the way out, I noticed they sold plain white boxes and decided to buy one. Again it was like I was inconveniencing the girl working. She gave me my change, and shorted me a dollar. I pointed it out, and she yelled, "I'm tired". This location is very convenient for me, but I will go out of my way to never use them again. I can't believe how terrible the service was. I called UPS Store to see if they do Live Scan/Fingerprint and he said yes we do until 5:30 so I got there at 5:15 and lady told me it's to late to do it, I told her the person said before 530 I'm here at 5:15 and she said I needed to come in a bit earlier. How is this fair when there's a employee sitting on the table doing nothing, I needed this done ASAP and I didn't think being there 15 minutes before was a big deal. I'm curious if the franchise owner of this store cares about the poor level of customer service being provided. I have a PO box and went in to get a package and the package was basically thrown at me with not even a look or greeting. One of the younger Male employees is extremely rude and I would really like to take my business to another location after that experience. Apparently they don't have a manager to speak to so behavior like that goes unchecked. I work with the public myself and know if I provided that level of service I would not have a job. I chose this location as the young lady has always been very helpful. Unfortunately there was a young man working there that totally ignored me as he played on his tablet at the end of the counter. Finally after several minutes he walked up to me, grabbed my Amazon return code from the counter, scanned it, threw the receipt towards me and walked off. He never said one word to me. I'm sorry to say this is one of the worst UPS/Customer Service centers. I have never though very highly of this store due to their salesman pitch & trying to constantly sell you something even when you politely decline. Along with their extremely inflated prices! I was in a hurry two weeks ago to return packages to Amazon. So I had preprinted my labels & had taped up 1 of my 3 packages. I arrived with my belongings & the young boy behind the counter insisted on taping the other 2 packages for me. After he did a very poor job & managed to break one of my boxes I was forced to purchase a new box, yes purchase even though he was the one who broke the original! After paying for the expensive box I asked if there were any additional fees? The young boy stated No. Ok, I'm off to work. So I returned today to send out another package which I had a box for but needed it tapped still. I met the young lady at the counter & asked her for the packing tape, she politely stated she would tape it for me. I go to reach for my package & she states there will be a few to tape the box! I say is this new? As 2 weeks ago I did not have to pay. Remember the young boy Stephen from 2 weeks ago? He spoke up & stated " Oh I don't know who let you get away without paying Honey? Because we all know here that there's a charge! So I don't know who would have done such a silly thing?!" I politely reply well... That was YOU, whom did not charge. He states "Well that can't be right! I know better than that! You know it takes time for us to tape up your stuff! Considering it's a DROP OFF, YOU should have been better prepared & taped it yourself! Our fee is just a courtesy anyways! Plus sweetheart we don't make any money off the fee, it goes to our product use. " At which point I said thank you for your time I shall take my package elsewhere. He had to get the last word in..." Oh so your willing to spend more in gas than to tape you're box! Well good luck with that!" Needless to say they have lost my business! Well everybody goofs sometimes. That's how I feel about my recent experience here. Since Postal Annex is closing its Redlands location, I came here to rent a box. First, their customer service was barely acceptable, as other only box available was about 7' off the floor. (All the others were reserved they said). I should have gotten the hint then that this place is a LOSER. Oh well, since then I've decided to move my virtual office back to Rancho Cucamonga. When I went to return my box key, (never having used it) and request a refund on the 90 days rent and service charge I had paid, they took the key but declined to refund me any of the $85 paid. This customer service SUCKS! I have no problem with a business charging for services delivered, but in this instance I feel a partial refund would have been in order. Maybe I should go back and retrieve the box key and wait to return it until my 90 day period expire. Tempting, but a waste of time. No wonder they have such a poor reputation in Rdlands. Don't do business wight this place or you'll regret it. read more

The male that answered claimed he was one of the notaries, yet couldn't string a coherent sentence together or give me a clear yes or no to my question. Do not go here. Employees are rude and unhelpful and don't know what they are doing. I went in to ship a camera and asked 8 times for the contents to be insured and apparently they never were due to an incompetent employee who didn't put it in the system correctly. The package was lost and when I went in to ask about it the manager automatically started blaming me for leaving the store without making sure there was insurance... Even though I asked for it, was told it was insured, and all the contents of the box were written down by the employee. The manager said it was "he said she said," even though they did not even talk to the employee who helped me. They said they would check with the deliverer and call me to tell me whether or not it was delivered, but they never did. Just don't go here. read more

These ppl who wrk here r AMAZING! I walked into this store with my pkg prepared to wait while the front desk staff were busy assisting 3 people. I was greated immediately & then suddenly the same lady clerk helping a gentleman customer (while both were still looking down at his pkg), asked me if she could help me by taking my labeled pkg for the evening p/u; so attentive & courteous of her. She then preceded to print my receipt as she took care of us both at the same time. I was able to leave within 6mins:))) HONESTLY, I wish all persons w/positive experiences here would take the time to honor this UPS location. I spoke to others about this store and they also agreed the staff here are very fast, efficient & courteous. No wonder Amazon's UPS drop off locator has this store as a featured location. read more

I rent a mail box at this location and had a shipment that was delivered to them for me on December 24. They closed their store at 2:00 pm so I was unable to pick it up, which was needed for Christmas. Beware of this store closing before holidays when their service is needed--even more! It would also help if they would hire extra employees during busy times--the line can be very long at those times.
