The Owner of this store, "JACK" actually THREW a manual my father was having made for me on my birthday. My parents bought me a new TV for my birthday and my father came in to have the 80 page manual bound into a book for me. When he had it ordered, he told Jack this was a present for me. When presented with the newly bound book, my father noticed it was off center and the holes punched we uneven. So he asked to have it re-done so that it looked nice. Jack started to argue with my father and then proceeded to THROW the binder in my fathers face!!! I will tell EVERYONE about this terrible service and never go here again. Family owned store and very friendly! Notary onsite. They do not do wills. All you need to do is bring a picture ID.

Great place, needed to ship a lot of small items and they took care of it.

don't get your passport photos taken here!! very rude about it; made a big deal about shirt having a logo when it's a head shot and your shirt doesn't even show; charged alot for something that took less than 2 minutes; had 3 people's pics done there and the 3rd one (that was done on a different day) ended up NOT being the correct size when we had our family's passport appointment (which took 4 months to get!); had to scramble and find another place close to get a retake but couldn't ruined the whole appointment. read more

I would have to agree with the 5 star reviews and call into question the 1 star review as there has to be something else going on there. I deal with Jack on an almost daily basis he is awesome as are all the ladies that work there as well. They have gone above and beyond to help my small business with printing, mailbox services and several other non advertised services to help the little guy seem big. I am very dissatisfied with this store. I've been in twice to talk about the package I sent to my daughter and her not receiving it. I insured it for $50 and now they say it's not guaranteed. What does that even mean? The lady did not explain anything, just said the package was delivered on Dec 23 and it was not guaranteed. I would think good customer service would be to explain how things work and at least say I'm sorry your package was lost. I will be going back again to see if I can get some satisfaction. Rip off management (aka 'Anthony'), totally incompetent...I use to use this Redmond Ridge UPS branch but from now on will use FEDEX or the dependable and just as fast (but less expensive) USPS. My recent experience at this UPS Redmond Ridge was horrible/horrendous... I shipped a package to Florida and was told by the nice man working that day (I was told he has since been fired) that, for about $100, the package would be delivered by my required date. That, if I wanted to wait a bit longer, it would cost almost half that. I decided to bite the bullet and spend the larger amount to get it there in time. Long story short...the package did NOT arrive but for a few days later than I paid for. I went back to UPS Redmond Ridge to simply be fair and get a credit for the amount of the service that was not provided. Note, I didn't ask for a FULL refund. Only, of course, to pay for the service I received. The so-called 'manager' named 'Anthony' would not stand behind his product and gave me a hard time. I was being fair not asking for anything other than paying for the service I received (in this case did NOT receive). Though he seemed to listen he did not understand my logical business case and how incompetently wrong he was in not making the obvious choice. I left that UPS Redmond Ridge NEVER coming back (I have better choices as I stated). In the end, he lost a good customer (which means $$$) and a few more customers no doubt. After speaking with my credit card company, despite incompetent UPS's Anthony's antics, I received the refund I was entitled to. I simply told my credit card company about the (non) service experience and they agreed with me. Within 5 mins my credit card was refunded with what I deemed the fair amount, not the huge approx $100 amount that 'Anthony' wanted to rip me off for. This guy at Redmond Ridge UPS doesn't stand behind his product & is not customer friendly. He lost my family's business for life and, in addition, I am sharing my experience to friends in this geographic area. He has no idea how much extra $, due to his poor management, this has cost him and his employees. Good luck if you have a problem with his service, you won't get any help for him. So I can feel confident that a company stands behind their service I'll take my mailing needs to the just as convenient competitors and my hard earned $ as well. This is the least friendly UPS store with the older employees always appearing unhappy. However I can deal with unhappy, but not bad service. Recently called to do passport photos and was told to be there before 6:30 - showed up at 6:15 with kids ready to go and... we were told it was too late. Photo guy was gone. I completely agree with Shay C. This is an awesome UPS! The owner is so nice and helpful! He always helps me find the cheapest, quickest way to send out my packages. My stuff always gets there ahead of schedule too! The other people working there are so nice! It's always a great experience when I go mail something :) read more

Something strange with UPS in Redmond, WA. Most packages I have received in the past usually arrived at the facility between 1am - 5am and they would be "Out for Delivery" in the morning. Once , during a snow storm I had an "Adverse Weather Conditions" which delayed a few days, understandably. This time, just a little wind and rain and: 3/15/11 1:00 A.M. Adverse weather conditions 3/16/11 1:35 A.M. Arrival Scan 3/16/11 7:05 P.M. Destination Scan What the...? Did they flip the truck and are sending it back to the sender? I also agree with others about UPS pick-up policy. What a hassle. Try Fed-Ex, if you call they would hold the package for you to pick up the same day it arrives, and their office opens later too. And not until very recently, after a package is delivered UPS tracking would show "Delivered". For years, it showed "Delivery" and I kept scratching my head "What the...?" read more

I was nearby on a business trip, and of course there was a crisis with a presentation -- and my hotel was useless. Great staff, great service. Really saved the day with printing, and good suggestions on layout for my slides. Definitely recommended! read more

So initially I thought the staff here were quite friendly and helpful. The first time i went in at least. We had a few challenges with the materials I needed to print but Shannon was helpful and professional. It was somewhat frustrating that they couldn't print my materials double sided ( such a waste of paper) but she apologized and tried to accommodate my needs. The price was fair as well. I then went in to print work materials this week and had a very different experience. They now have an automated system for printing that charged significantly more than last time ( which was only a couple weeks ago). AND they still cannot print double sided. I was told that they would fix it for me by Anthony( which meant manually printing)...but then he just walked away. Not good customer service at all. And he told me he could do nothing about helping with my concerns because he is' only an associate' and can't make any decisions. Clearly has not had customer service training - blaming the boss is never good to say to a customer. Shannon then did do the printing for me and said that she would talk with the manager and figure something out about the huge jump in price. This all took extra time which was frustrating. She was supposed to call me back and I have yet to hear from them I have called back 3 times. I get put on hold then am told the manager has left for the day ( very early) and Shannon is never available. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Fine to drop off pre taped packages but don't expect to get help or professional service here. I am on hold at this very minute...hold time 8 mins so far... read more

I was in this shop in October while I was in town for a seminar. I was desperate to get some copies made and the owner and his assistant treated me as if I were their biggest costumer rather than someone who would be in their shop once to make a few copies. A true life saver! read more

Jack just went above and beyond anyone's expectations to help me meet a print deadline. I am so impressed and thankful. Wow!

I went in to get passport photos for my five year old daughter. I needed two sets and paid for them before they were taken. They were $15 each so I paid a total of $30. When they gave me the photos (all 4 photos the same picture) I was shocked! They took the worst picture I have ever seen. I'm not sure why they printed it instead of just retaking the picture. My daughter is a cute little girl but the picture made her like a sickly criminal. Words cannot describe how bad it was. When I asked them to retake it they refused saying there was nothing wrong with it. My daughter started crying when she saw it. There was a couple in the store who saw the photo and agreed that it should be retaken because it could not be put on her passport. They actually started an argument with the manager and the girl working there. They are regular customers an threatened to move their PO box. The employees were extremely rude and refused to do anything even after I offered to pay the cost of reprinting new pictures. I can't believe how bad their customer service is. I went to Rite Aid and got a couple good sets of passport pictures for $8 each. What a waste of $30, I will NEVER visit this store again. read more
