I was expecting a VERY important package. Tracking indicated it had arrived and was scanned in at this ups store. Long story short, they "LOST" my package!!!! This was a HUGE deal for me!!!! It cost me thousands of dollars ****and they never tried very hard to locate it ********(wonder if they checked employee lockers). I mean, IT WAS DELIVERED THERE, so where did it go????? Do not come here! The older man working here was very rude and confrontation for no reason. As I set my box down he repeatedly stated he would need to charge me extra for the tape I would need to close my box. I've never experienced a UPS store ever complain about having to assist with closing my package let alone charge me for it. I have Amazon prime and there's never package charge with returns even when there not sealed. It seemed like if he just did not want to deal with my package and refused to help me. I came for a pickup on a weekday morning. There was a small line. Went really quickly, the women there was nice and helpful. The parking can be a little difficult since it's next to a grocery store and other shops but other than that it was a quick and easy errand run. read more

The owner is a cheapskate and over charges on everything including mailbox rentals, copies, shipping, you name it. This store isn't necessarily "bad" but I always leave feeling as though I can't fully trust the male employee (I'm assuming manager...he has been in there every time I have gone). I went in there twice for fingerprints and felt as though I needed to explain the process to the employee. I went in this morning to mail a letter and purchase postcard stamps which are about 10 cents less than normal postage, and the employee proceeded to ring me up for normal postage despite me informing him I was looking for postcard stamps. He assured me that regular postage would work for postcards; which is true, but I was not wanting to spend 10 cents more per stamp. So again, he didn't do anything "wrong" it just felt untrustworthy that he wasn't up front with the fact that he didn't have postcard stamps, but that I could purchase normal postal stamps. Next time I will wait for the US postal office to open and take my mail there for full assurance and better service. *also they have a tip jar sitting out which seems very out of place read more

I ran my errands and purchased packaging tape at the dollar store. I went to this location and was helped immediately and she offered to tape it for me. Rented a mailbox at this location and never had a problem with mail or shipments from any carrier coming in here. The staff there now is always very polite and nice. They know and greet me by name when I come get my mail every day! I have never had any problems with packages being delivered here. I get an email from the store as soon as I get any package that won't fit in my mailbox size, and they've never misplaced any of my items. Way more reliable than the post office store in the same complex!! Wonderful customer service! I am curious to know why I was charged a dollar for a single strip of tape on a small box at one location and not another? I always use UPS to return my rented school textbooks and have never been charged to have them tape my box closed. However, today at this particular location that I have never been to before, I was charged a dollar. Then when I asked why the associate asked me "would you rather pay $5 for a roll of tape?" Horrible customer service! Then when I asked him a second time he completely ignored my question, took my dollar, and handed me my receipt while assisting another customer! I will be respectful and not list his name but you better believe corporate will be told. To top it off, he was so busy talking with another customer up at the counter that by the time I was done being helped after waiting in line for close to 10 minutes and being second in line, that when I walked out the line was almost to the door! I've had a mailbox there for many years and never a problem. I receive packages from UPS, Fedex, and DHL there regularly. Kim is always helpful and the owner has alway been very helpful to me. I recommend it. Keep in mind he is running a business so nothing is free. The charges seem high until you price other places and the wasted time. Worse services! Received an email that my package was ready for pick up . Arrived at the store and they guy told me no . That it would be ready for the next day. I told him i received and email saying it was ready for today. He laughed and said that he received packages but they would be ready in about 30 mins.. I told him I would not be able to come back since I was on my lunch brake . He points to boxes and said if you can find your package I will go ahead and let you have it.... he was so rude, I found my package he scanned it and I left . Please DO NOT use this store!!! The customer service is horrible! I shipped 3 boxes of fragile items to Canada and over 60% of the items were damaged upon arrival. When I tried to file a claim for insurance I was told I was not insured before the employee (Elizabeth) even checked on my case. While I was in the store shipping my boxes, another couple was there dealing with a 60" Flat Screen that had been damaged during shipping and they were given the exact same story I was. They left frustrated and out the cost of the TV and shipping!! I lost almost $1,000.00 worth of merchandise and I still don't know what happened to my claim because no one at the headquarters or UPS would discuss the claim with me. For all I know, UPS paid the insurance claim and the store kept the money. They refuse to give me anything in writing stating the my claim was denied by UPS. Elizabeth is a horrible manager/employee and it would do the owner a lot of good to let this employee go!! I WILL NEVER use that store again. I have shipped the same type of merchandise from other UPS locations and never had a problem. read more

Beware stay away from this location! I had a very valuable and expensive package re-directed to this store so I could pick it up here. I had set up my tracking number to give me text alerts when the package arrived at the location. I was very excited that my package had finally arrive as I started getting many text alerts from ups saying that my package had finally arrived. When I came into the store I told the girl working that I was here to pick up a package. Immediately I was told they had not received any packages today (before she even bothered to check). Then I insisted she check, which she did and came back and said there was no package and to come back a few hours later. I explained to her that I had a tracking number stating it had been shipped and the name of the actual employee who signed. At this point she calls the employee who signed to ask where the package is, this conversation goes no where quickly. After looking over and over she finally finds the package, which was sorted into someone ELSE's PO Box. FAIL! Needless to say, I'm never using this location again. read more

May be okay for others, but my experience left much to be desired. I attempted to return two packages to a vendor. When I brought them in, the young lady was efficient, but only weighed and scanned the items and put them aside for pickup. I asked if there was anything else and she said no. A couple of hours later, the UPS driver called me and verified that the packages were NOT processed correctly. I dropped in a couple of days later to finalize the transaction and was told that the price to ship was $40 each...$25 more than I was told by the original vendor. So, as I normally ride a motorcycle (the packages are 5' long), I asked if I could pick them up on the weekend. I was told yes, not a problem. To my surprise, the packages arrived at my house three days later. Apparently, there is a lack of training and communication between employees is minimal. I strongly suggest some quality control be initiated. Until then, I will not go there again. read more
