WORST UPS STORE EVER!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO TO THIS STORE. VERY POOR SERVICE. I made a complaint to UPS directly and they said just use UPS directly This is my story. So I own a buisness and I use UPS and FedEx all the time. I had to ship something to Hawaii and it had to make it there in two days to a customer of mine. I went in this UPS Store on Rosemead next to the Target and asked what type of shipping services they have. So he told me he had next day, two day, and ground. I told him Ill take the two day service and gave him my shipping account number. The man said, "How come you didnt tell me when you came in that you have a account number!" I said, "Wait a second what is the difference if I told you before or after?" This man only spent about 10 seconds with me. Then he throw a 2 day shipping label at me and told me to fill it out. I said, "Wait, wait, what is wrong?" He said he is too busy and I should have told him that I had a shipping account. Then he told me that I dont have to use his store and go somewhere else and took the shipping label from me and ripped it in half! I was thinking after the incident, he was so upset to service me becuase I had a shipping account and he wasnt going to make money off of me because my shipping account is connected straight to UPS with my credit card. Either way. He lost a great customer because I ship all the time with or without a shipping account. Worst ever. If he couldnt handle a 30 second customer what do you think he will do to your package? Worst of all, I think this guy that helped me was the owner. read more

I think even 1 star is overrated as it deserves no star. This place has no respect to customers' packages. That young dude worked at the register got my package which weighed 48 pounds and tossed it on the floor causing a crush on one of the corner of the box. I immediately raised my concern but he offered no apology. The other attendant named Caesar, who I believe was a supervisor, saw exactly how it happened but turned a blind eye on him. This is outrageous and totally unacceptable. There's a chance that the content inside that box is damaged. I will make a case out of this if I find out later. At the time like this, I think UPS can easily find employees who are far better than the jerks I encountered today. I was dropping off two Amazon packages. Amazon told me that I have the code so I didn't have to print any label. But the ups staff told me I need a label. Ok, I printed. And they said blah blah blah blah and couldn't accept my packages and I called Amazon and they sent me an additional label. Maybe I don't know what I needed to bring but I was following the instructions Amazon told me to. So if anything not right then why didn't you explain nicely? Talking to me like I was stupid, and gave me those freaking faces, rolling eyes(yes he is a guy ) and stupid tones. Do I look like I work at either Amazon or ups? Do I have to know all your freaking regulations to ship? First I was asking what I should do and he was like I can't help. And then yelled out loud "he didn't pay for the printout". I never ship anything from this store again! I sent $300 worth of stuff that was purchased abroad to my aunt in Texas but she never get it. I called and called the store to find out what happened to the package but people there were too busy to talk to me. So I went to the store and the manager or owner told me that it is lost and I have to file a claim and I need to produce receipts of these items. Being honest, I told him I have no receipts because these items were bought outside the country. He responded that with no receipt all I can get back is the shipping fee and the cost of the box. WOW! What a scam. They lost or took my stuff and I can't do nothing about it and he got the nerve to tell me that I should had bought insurance. I wish I had read the reviews of this business before I sent my package. It was the first and last time. read more

Damian is the best in what he does. I just came here for some printing works and got them eliminated for my boss. Cannot be better. He took his time and make sure until it is perfect. Went to the other ups place and got charged $16.75 for the same work. Did not turn out well and couldn't even show my boss. Wasted that money and came here with the hope they can fix it. Damian totally nailed it. And specifically the charge was $1.90. Definitely will only come here for any printing works in the future. Very very happy with the service read more

I went to this place to get some docs notarized and the owner has some shitty customer service skills. I told him what I needed signed and he stated that the price was $10. Later, after I had produced the docs, he changed his mind and said he wanted $20. I told him that wasn't fair since he already quoted the price. He proceded to argue with me and said I didn't know what I was talking about. Listen, if you need docs notarized, don't come here. You can get it done much cheaper elsewhere. read more

I absolutely love coming to this UPS location! The staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly, making each visit a breeze. Martin and everyone else there is always on top of things, ensuring you're taken care of. It can get busy at times, but the service is well worth the wait. Refuse to scan in UPS return box. Clerk said take a picture w your phone that's your receipt. I explained that doesn't prove that I dropped off the package. Clerk didn't care said they no longer scan in packages. 3 other UPS stores in Pasadena area scan in and print a receipt. Avoid this UPS store location. read more

My color printing place. 11x17 color for $1.06 including tax. Occasionally, you can find coupon and it would be less than $1. The staff here are very nice. read more

Do not go here. The owner is cheap and will not give you a receipt because they are "saving paper"

The UPS here is extremely busy, but the guys are always very helpful and courteous.
