I ordered the package from the website with access point that was listed to this location. The first time I went to pick it up, the worker didn't mention anything about this location being access point or what not. The following week, I had to pick up another package from the same website. This time the tall asian worker was helping me , but he raised his voice to almost yelling w/annoyance saying that I can't send package to this location because the website isn't listed in their system. Plus, if this happens next time he will charge $5. Ok, Understood that part. However, I am sure it's the website's fault for listing but of course I didn't know that. I apologized nicely that I wasn't aware of this whole access point location situation. He will not stop repeating to me about how I cant send the packages here. Okay sir, relax. I noticed that every time I go here to return things, the workers aren't the nicest. I don't even expect them to be cheerful or anything. At least be professional when dealing with people. I am sure this job is really chaotic with many returns and what not but if you don't like your job or have a problem then find other jobs that you enjoy. Some great service was had at this UPS store. I had to go buy boxes for some Christmas gifts that needed to be shipped, and the guy was super friendly. I was stuck between sizes of boxes, and he was patient and helped me out tremendously. Then I had to head back to actually drop them off the next day - and the girl that helped me was also quite friendly. I dropped off five large boxes to be shipped by UPS. I believe I was overcharged by this store. The boxes I used were Walmart shipping boxes that had the dimensions (LxWxH) of the box printed on top. However, the manager of the store came over and began taking measurements of the boxes and read them out loud to the clerk who was inputting the information on the terminal. I noticed that the numbers he read out loud were a couple of inches longer than what was printed on the box. I asked him why he had to take measurements when the dimensions of the box are printed on the box itself, but he ignored me. Ok, whatever, I thought, as I assumed that the shipping cost would be based on weight and that dimensions didn't matter. However, when it came time to pay, my bill came out to over $500! When I got home, I complained to my husband how expensive the shipping was. My husband then informed me that UPS charges by dimension - not by weight - for large boxes. I later calculate the cost of shipping on the UPS website based on the dimensions printed on the Walmart boxes. I believe I was overcharged by about $40. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this store. read more

Went to drop off one box Saturday afternoon. Easy enough, one small box. Walked in the door and nobody was around. Door wide open. A few minutes later some young millennial guy comes in with no expression no hello no smile no nod no acknowledgment what so ever. I said, hi how are you today?? NO response. He grabs the box, weighs it, prints something and throws it at me, I said to him politely, what is this? His one monotone response, " receipt". I am in the retail business, I know how to handle customers. There was not a single sole in the store. So it's not like he's busy. He did not thank me, say have a good day, nothing. One word. RECEIPT. Who hired him? Why did they hire him? There are plenty of people who need a job these days. Maybe he was having a bad day? Maybe he hates his job? Then he needs to quit. Yesterday, I ordered a printing service to be done for me to pick up. When I went there two men working there (one clearly a rookie) acted clueless on what I ordered, and also didn't even bother to help. They made excuses on not knowing the machines and also said come back Monday for me to pick up (it was due that day), I left saying "thank you" but they didn't even say anything in return. Instead they gave me a sheet of paper to call for refunds, and guess what? They gave me a paper that had the number to the shipping department... talk about clueless... save the headache and frustration and go to the UPS store in diamond bar. read more

Sent out an important package for work, asked for next day air am service. The employee confirmed it would get there the next day before noon. I asked him multiple times "so you are sure it will get there tomorrow", he confirmed yes each time. However, the next day I find out it was sent as second day air. It was useless for my package to arrive on second day air at its destination. I called to complain and the employee that sent the package apologized admitting to his mistake. Told me that he would leave a message for the manager named Sam. I get no call back and call Sam the next week. He tells me he was aware of the problem but can't issue me a refund because I didn't double check myself. I don't mind that he couldn't issue me a refund but he didn't even seem apologetic at all. Even the employee that made a mistake said sorry. I hope Sam gets hit by a car...I'm jk I'm just venting because my boss yelled at me. read more

Some Italian guy was working the day I came, went in to get a notary done. He said, in a frustrating tone that notaries are only available from 830 to 1. I assumed it had passed 1 already, but I got in my car and it was 12:50. Still, coming in fairly last second, I can understand if the service can't be done but just the tone in his voice made it seem like I had insulted him in some way in the past. Plus, first thing he said to me when I was waiting in line was, "you need help guy?". Seems pretty unprofessional/rude. Better to take my documents handled elsewhere anyways I suppose. read more

This is the worst ups store I have experience. All I need to do is to send a overnight letter with the receiver account # to pay for the shipping. the first guy that I talked to don't know what to do. He told me he was new. OK, I will wait. 2 minutes later, a Lady came back with a great smile. then she told me that she can not take my shipment because they only take shipment with a computer printed label. and this is the new rule from ups to prevent fraud. Dropped off a machine at this location to be delivered for a trade show, 5 days later it arrives to my dealer low and behold to find out it had been dropped, cracked and now useless, called ups to make a claim they pick up the equipment from the dealer and because the dealer didn't package my machine according to ups guideline my claim was denied, the evaluation wasn't based on my packaging but the packaging of a third party, ups didn't even bother to open up my machine packaging to see the damage it was just denied and because of this I will never ship with these clowns again, their justification was based on an inadequate policy which works great for ups, the days of the customer being right is gone and I would never refer ups to anyone ever again but I will say this, they're masters of the excuse and have it down to science. ups you suck, Sincerely a very, very unsatisfied customer. read more
