"Happy Returns" via UPS When you want to return items at a UPS, many UPS stores are not at conveniently ample parking locations. This one is thank the maker! Located in the Target / Costco center I was returning items to Shein via UPS WHAT WORKED WELL 1. Returns can be done at any UPS Store, which is convenient. 2. This specific UPS location was excellent: fast service, helpful staff, and no unnecessary complications. 3. The process was efficient and well-organized. 4. Employees clearly knew what they were doing. 5. Plentiful parking made it easy to get in and out quickly. HOW THE RETURN PROCESS WORKS 1. Each item must be placed back in its original Shein bag. 2. At the UPS Store, staff scan each item individually using the barcode attached to the return. 3. You receive a printed receipt with all return details for your records. 4. The entire process was quick and straightforward. 5. UPS will recycle your box or you can take it home WHAT DID NOT WORK 1. Unlike Amazon, SHEIN does not issue an immediate credit after the return is processed. 2. The delayed refund experience is the main reason 3. I will not continue shopping with SHEIN, despite the easy return logistics. OVERALL I would return items at this UPS Store including other future shipping needs due to the smooth experience and professional staff. I asked for something to be printed that I had emailed them. They were very friendly and got right to the job. The person accidentally printed my two copies onto hard card stock paper and so he gave those to me for free and printed two more copies on regular paper. Great value as they are very cheap when it comes to getting some flyers, etc. printed. read more

I came in today at the UPS Store and the staff are friendly, helpful, and have great customer service. It is a small UPS store but very clean. They also accept Amazon returns since my favorite store, Kohl's by Balboa Ave, is closing soon. Thank goodness I found this UPS store. Pricing is affordable. One plus side is they are located next to a bakery shop. Go visit this location soon and they are open on Sundays! P.S. I took three pictures of some of their services. read more

Fantastic crew of hardworking people who take the time to really assist with your needs. The incredibly lovely young lady that helped me (can't believe I did not get her name) effortlessly walked me through some options for an important overnight delivery. I'm so impressed with her - so friendly and so knowledgeable! I just had to declare in the middle of the store how clean, well lit and organized this store is. I have been to dozens of UPS Stores and none can compare to this location. Here's the clincher - when they're not servicing customers they're caring for the store! All working in unison. It's a 180 degree shift from what I get in my usual store in Carlsbad. Every time I enter I get a strong sense of - ME interrupting THEIR day!! Why can't everyone do it well? I can't understand why some folks still don't know that a customer builds a paycheck. Without customers you're out of a job. Makes no sense!! Mike, you're doing an awesome job. 2 dollar set up fee to print a label half the size of a paper one sheet one side even though on screen it shows the prices all less then .50 cents per page lol never coming here already drove so I had to print it but wow always go to your local print stores read more

Irving, who I think is the owner or manager helped me with a smile on a complex reformatting of a book into electronic form. Every time I come to this UPS it is busy, but the flow moves along and I am rarely here more than a few minutes. The mood is upbeat and not a bunch overworked, burned out employees that act like nice people. Some of the other places are not that friendly. I remember and I am not sure if they still do this [take a hint if you don't], they bring in Krispy Creme donuts for their customers. If they no longer do this, ask them to restart. im not great at computers so my daughter had to help me set up this so i could do this review. i do not remember the name of the young man with dark glasses but he was incredibly helpful with my returns, made me laugh and somehow fixed a problem with the letter size iphone that has been bothering me for weeks. This is such an awesome location! It's kind of tucked in so maybe you wouldn't see it unless you were looking. Right next to Target, so convenient and tons of parking! I visited this UPS Store on September 2, 2025. Jonathan helped me and was so patient and helpful with me, a female senior-citizen. I was returning a few items to Amazon and required some cell-phone and other help. I couldn't bring up the return code on my phone, so Jonathan was able to pull up the info that was needed to complete the process when I was not able. He took so much time with me to do so without breaking a sweat. Many times, the younger people get impatient and frustrated with us because, sometimes, we require more help and time. I truly appreciated Jonathan's kindness and all the help and time required to complete this order. I actually thought I would cry because he truly warmed my heart and I will not forget him nor his kindness. Thank you so much and I hope this message gets back to him and his supervisors especially because of the fact that this UPS Store has quite an extraordinary employee working for them. These two amazing employees (Manager Mike and colleague Avery) made me feel like such a valued customer. Previously I would use USPS but after encounters at amazing stores like this one with these two, I always now pick UPS on the options for my shipping as Ebay and Mercari offer both/multiple options. Mike is always an amazing gracious employee and I noticed how efficient he is to trainees. I was taken aback by the amazing efficiency and excellence of Avery at this location. Came here to get a proof of residency notarized. The gentleman that helped seems very anxious and didn't know what he was doing. Many times he left my mother and I to help out other customers, which I understand, but when I'm waiting for 20 mins it's ridiculous. I came with my mother, and like many others, we speak two languages. Now when the process began, it went well. But when I spoke to my mother in another language, this guy proceeds to say "I don't feel comfortable to continue if I can't communicate with her". I told him I am talking about something else. My mother speak English and understands, I am not here for pity or blame. Then he proceeded to give some attitude. And when we have to sign a waiver on the iPad, my mother in my language said "can you give me my glasses". This guy said "I sincerely apologize but I do not want to continue with the notarize, you can go somewhere else". Unbelievable.
