He took the time to walk me through different ways to send files and explained everything so clearly and patiently. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. John, the support staff was super nice He went out of his way to help support me and when a box cost $30 he was kind enough to get it down to help save money super supportive, great location, kind staff and reasonable pricing compared to some of the other UPS stores. And when it's super busy, they go out of their way to make sure to check in with the line just to make sure no one's facing their time in a long line. Convenient location but long lines, too busy, & slow service. No matter what time of day or day of week I'm at this location, the lines are always slow and long. And good luck getting something notarized, no one was available but they didn't inform the line of folks waiting for that service until we kept following up. Staff is polite and professional but seemed like this location needs more staff to support the volume of demand here. read more

Love this UPS location. People working there are really nice. They have the self service counter, made it really convenient for the Amazon or UPS returns. It's on the right hand side corner, so you can just hop in and out pretty quickly. The parking is limited in front of the store, but it's not a big deal. Just drive around Starbucks, there's plenty of parking there. read more

This UPS store is the worst. Greedy!!! I went there to return an Amazon item. I didn't open the Amazon shipment (because I bought it by mistake) and simply took the unopened package to the UPS store. The guy working at the store insisted that I buy a box from them because "it is UPS policy to not ship Amazon product in its original box". The guy working at the counter is rude and basically lying to my face. First he said it's in my return instructions. When I showed him it's not in Amazon return instructions, he said it's the UPS instruction. Lying to my face so he could sell more boxes? Seriously?!!! I don't know whether it is this store or this employee (he didn't want to tell me his name and is not wearing a name tag), but this is outrageous behavior trying to make money off Amazon return. Why waste a box? What about being environmentally friendly? I went to another UPS store and they took my return as it is without asking any question. read more

The store is clean and organized but the customer service needs significant improvement. I've been here a few times, only once has an employee offered to assist me with returns. I've been directed to the Amazon kiosk for all returns even if there was a line and there was employees behind the counter. Was able to process my own return and ask for assistance, employee was very rude. read more

Had a return that said I could go to a UPS store with no box or label required. Entered the store around 11:30am on a Thursday. There were a few people in front of me with only one worker taking packages (the second was providing notary services). After about 5 minutes I got to the front of the line and the worker scanned my QR code and told me because I didn't have the original packaging I would have to buy a small thin poly bag to send it even though the email said UPS would package and ship. When I inquired how much the bag was he told me " I'll give it too you for $1.99". This was more than I thought was fair - the item wasn't expensive and I could get 100 of those same bags from Amazon for $8 so the markup seemed incredible. When I told him I would return later with my own packaging material he tried to convince me that it wouldn't be worth it and that I should just buy it then. I declined, cancelled my return through UPS and rebooked as a FedEx return where they did indeed package it for me with no issues. read more

Mason went out of his way to fix I problem I created. By mistake I put the incorrect Amazon return label on my package. When I got home, I saw the email from Amazon for the wrong product. I rushed back to the UPS store, but they had already closed, but I called the phone. Mason answered and we searched through all the packages. He probably spent 15 minutes with me and we solve the problem. It's great to have such service. read more

This will be short and sweet! Location/parking: Located in the Pacific Highlands Ranch shopping center and near other businesses (i.e., Starbucks, Rite Aid, Trader Joe's, Panera Bread, etc.) and my local gym, Crunch. This is a very convenient location for locals and is close proximity to the 56 Freeway. Plenty of parking and easily accessible from the parking structure, lots or street. Customer Service: Quick and friendly! It was not busy on a weekday morning. I was third in line and only needed to purchase a booklet of stamps. The gentleman, Anthony who assisted me was professional and nice. Didn't have a bad vibe or complaint as others have stated. Price maybe higher than other locations, but I didn't bother to compare. I have yet to utilize their services so maybe my experience may change. So I'll have to update this at a later date. Overall, I got what I needed and it was completely stress-free! There is something going on with this UPS store. Let me explain. 1) missing return items ( I had several Amazon returns processed at this location. One of them did not go back. I had to deal with Amazon and credit card company to sort it out. 2) they try to upsell me on ups return packaging. I tried to return a pair of sneakers from Nike wrapped and secure in plastic and packaging tape. The clerk was trying to sell me 4 dollar worth of packing materials, then later said 3 dollars. What?! Never mind. I won't use this place again. There are other ups near by and wholefoods return take all without any questions and packing "requirements". read more

I went into this UPS store to drop off two items. The associate scanned both QR codes for my returns but only properly processed one item. I didn't check my receipt to see two items were returned. I checked my Amazon account to see that one item doesn't show that I dropped off the item. When I called the store to resolve this issue. I was given with poor customer service and hostility when I expressed my dissatisfaction in my service by the employees. They didn't apologize for their error or take responsibility for the situation. They advised me to contact Amazon to resolve this issue. I contacted Amazon, it will be several weeks for my item to be found and processed to receive my refund. The associates are poorly trained, hostile and provide horrible customer service. Didn't even know this new UPS store opened here. They've been here two months now (from what manager Abby told me). My Amazon return was effortless and easy. Still hard to believe you don't need to package the item to return it. USPS take care of label an packaging with certain items. Abby was knowledgeable and kind. The store is small but has quite a bit (mailboxes, packaging, cards). I've seen greeting cards at each of these locations but I've never seen these amazing 3D pop up cards. They are so beautiful and unique BUT pricey at $13+. I couldn't help but buy one for my Goddaughter as the puppy card was too adorable to pass up. Absolutely a fantastic location. They're located by Serenity Nails and Madero's (Mexican restaurant). read more

This store has excellent courteous service. I rarely post reviews on Yelp, but I feel compelled to write one now as I was in the store about 5 days ago and witnessed an angry and agressive customer berating the manager of the store. The man was offended about something and was shouting that he " is a doctor" and he " makes a million dollars a year". The manager was speaking to him quietly, trying to resolve his issue. But that arrogant, entitled guy was determined to have a confrontation. Dr.Mehmet should be ashamed of his bad behavior. They are also great for Amazon returns, and their staff is both courteous and helpful.
