Put me on hold for this long

Called on 3/5/24 around 11:30am, a male answered the phone and put me on hold and never came back to answer the phone!!! I hung up after 30mins! The reason I called was because I gave my pre-labeled package on Sunday, the female agent told me to leave it at the desk and too lazy to take the package from my hand even I was handing it to her. Anyhow I was expecting UPS ground would pick up on Monday so the tracking will start to kick in, but nothing, so I called on Tuesday, that was when I was on hold for 30minutes for nothing. And then I called late afternoon, a male answered the phone, I asked if UPS has come by & picked up all ground packages yesterday(Monday), the male answered rudely that they have pick ups daily, I know that's what they are supposed to (M-F), the thing is I dropped it off on Sunday and if they did came by on Monday and picked up everything then my shipment must have been picked up and started tracking but there's nothing, then he changed his answer to it will take a day or two. Very UNHELPFUL. Especially answering the phone, put people on hold and Never comes back to the phone!!

The level of incompetency of the entire staff at this fedex (and especially the Asian lady who's so…read moreproud of personally torturing people at this FedEx with her utter incompetence and lack of urgency since 2006 that she advertises it on her badge) is so incomprehensibly and blatantly disrespectful to anyone who has 1. Even one single brain cell of human intelligence and 2. the misfortune of needing to do ANYTHING at this fedex (in my situation, it was a pickup of a package-the most simple possible request you could go into a place like this with ), that I literally just ate $200 and cancelled my order so that I wouldn't have to ever go back there and deal with the absolute insult to human intelligence that the Asian lady who works there along with all the rest of her inept coworkers are. And I'm not gonna even begin to touch on the absolute lack of urgency this place is and represents. They go out of their way to make sure you waste AT LEAST a guaranteed 45 minutes there minimum at the most basic straightforward task, with an upwards of 2-3+ hours wasted if you dare go in there with a request even one notch above the bare minimum package pickup or dropoff as I have gathered from the other reviews I have read after my abhorrent experience there last night. I have never in my life left a yelp review but I literally had to learn how to do so just so I could come on here and say F THIS PLACE and warn everybody to stay away at all costs unless you have all day and Buddha level patience for some thing as simple as a package pickup. Also don't forget to bring the Declaration of Independence if you need to pickup a package that wasn't ordered at the address that your government issued ID states as your residency. Apparently you are only allowed to order packages to the address on your government issued ID, nowhere else. Apparently. According to the Asian lady.

I decided to give this shop a chance in spite of the lower reviews since I know that ratings on…read morehere tend to veer towards the extremes. Glad I did, because I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had a last-minute commission that I needed to get printed, and this shop got it done with an incredibly quick turnaround. I sent in my request around noon, calling immediately after to request same-day service, and got the email that the order was completed about 20 minutes after I confirmed the final printing details. The total came out to just short of $16 (due to the rush fee) for five 5 x 7-inch prints, which works great for me. For technical folks like myself: the prints were done on 11 x 8.5-inch card stock with indicators for where I needed to cut (I opted to do it myself to avoid the service fee) and were handed to me in a plastic sleeve. They came out perfect, nothing to complain about. Customer service was great too. I presume I was chatting with Anna, who helped me fetch my prints as soon as I told her my order specifications. She was very kind and payment was quick and painless; the cost was exactly as quoted plus tax (which they warn you about in the emailing stage). Even when I called a couple days ahead to ask about their print details (ie. confirming that they use CMYK, PDF, and ~300 dpi for artwork), the individual on the phone was very direct and easy to speak with, handling all of my questions with ease. I would be happy to come back with any personal projects or future rush orders. Highly recommend!
