I walked in and was greeted by a friendly employee behind the counter. She helped me to send back my modem. She was very courteous, friendly and professional. I have had many bad experiences with UPS Stores. Customer service tends to be awful at these stores and they are ridiculously cluttered and dirty. This is the reason for awful reviews for almost all UPS Stores. The 4.5 star average review for this store intrigued me, so I decided to drive 25 minutes to this store to ship some auto parts. Let me tell you, this UPS Store is the exception to the UPS Store rule. This store is ridiculously clean. The customer service is amazing. The gentleman who works there (he may own the store) is patient, thorough, and kind. I had to ship two car bumper parts (incredibly fragile and oddly shaped) and he wrapped the items thoroughly so that they arrived across the country without issue. I passed two UPS Stores to get to this one. If you want great customer service in a clean store, drive to this store. read more

I'm so glad I found this location. It's located in a very small plaza so it might be easy to miss. It's right next to a boba shop. I have had bad experiences in the past at other locations but this one was the complete opposite. The owners were extremely nice and very helpful. I came to do my Amazon returns and it was a breeze. So glad that this place opened up! I use to have to drive all the way to Alhambra to ship things, so it's great to have a UPS store in the neighborhood. I've been to a lot of other shipping stores around LA, but when one has good service it makes a huge difference. Back when I lived on the Westside i would drive an extra 10 minutes to go to a UPS store with good service vs. going to the closest one because when you're shipping something you want the peace of mind knowing that the person taking your package is capable of communicating with you and providing you with a pleasant experience. This includes checking that your package is fully secured, that you understand your shipping options, and that the package is properly addressed. This UPS location is great! The store is super clean and well kept, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. He explained to me my shipping options, and also double checked to make sure my package was properly secured and addressed correctly. Also, no waiting! At every UPS store I've ever been to there may be a small line of one or two people, but no disrespect to the post office because I do believe they play an important role in our society but I will gladly pay the few extra bucks to ship via UPS at this UPS store than wait in a post office line. But even out of UPS stores, this location is exceptional with great customer service and that makes a huge difference. read more

Glad some of you had good experiences but I didn't. No acknowledgement waiting in line. The notary wasn't there when someone finally came to help. They told me the notary will be back in a few hours at 5:30pm and I came back, she wasn't here. I waited but looks like someone else was waiting too. Staff didn't care she was on the phone and the notary was helping someone else and chit chatting. Very bad attitude especially the female employee who is in middle age. I use this UPS very often because it is close, and their employees attitude is so so but not good for sure. Today, this female employee ( I guess it is the store manager) attitude is very very very bad and do not know how to respect and respond people. I return my packages and they told me that it charge $2 dollars to wrap up, and I ask them it is not making sense charge for extra if I mail it back for 2 package and none for separately. Then this female come and say if u don't want to pay $2 and cancel with very bad attitude. She shows that she think i couldn't pay $2 because i ask her why. After that, she talked to the mailman and say some people are not friendly. I just ask a question and then she complains some people are not friendly. I am not sure what is her purpose to saying this and right after I ask her a question. I feel very upset from this conversation and I will not recommend and come back to this shop. Backstory: I ordered from a seller who chose to send through UPS. The package was supposed to arrive at my door. Since I was expecting a package I spent the entire day at home waiting for someone to come. I had all my tracking info notifications on as well. Near the end of the day I got a notification saying the package was supposed to be delivered but because I wasn't there to sign it, they left and that they would have it at this store for pickup instead. No one even came to my door! I have a camera so it would record it if someone came. I went around my door and the neighbors to see if there was a paper taped up for me to write in the permissions to just leave the package unsigned but there wasn't a paper anywhere. So alright...I resign and decide to just pick it up in store, even though it is an inconvenience to me. So now we are in the store and this is why I'm giving them 1 star. The customer service was terrible. The store was empty and the conversation from me and the one person at the register started out fine. I gave him my name and order number. Then he asked me for my ID. I had to run back into the card to grab it. When I came back he asked me why my address didn't match the delivery address even though the NAME did. I let him know I had just moved so my ID isn't updated yet. That's when he got rude and told me that I'm supposed to have a matching address on my card. I was able to show him my order confirmation, order number, name and delivery address and he still didn't want to give me my package. I let him know that I shouldn't even have to be at the store picking it up anyways because it should have arrived at my door, in which he said it was my fault for not being at my house!!!! I explained to him that I was there and that it was clear no one came to my house. He said that wasn't true. How?! Anyways I finally got my package but it was truly unprofessional. read more

I had an ups package that needed an ups driver to sign since the declared value was over $1k.... I asked when they had a ups pick up and the gal cindy on the phone kept telling me misleading info that I don't need the ups drivers signature and that I should just drop it off there... i explained that is not what is noted in the instructions and to let me know when their driver comes to pick up. cindy insisted she knows better and to just drop it off to them that the driver may not even take my package... I said why wouldn't the driver take my package??? And she didn't have an answer just that they may not accept my package...lol so i hung up the phone with her so irritated and I waived a ups driver down on my way to another ups store. The ups driver Eric, said they will always take my packages unless the label said next day. Cindy was so full of herself and negativity... she really needs to familiarize herself with ups policies and procedures if she intends to work there. A day in customer service seminar should also be helpful for her. read more

I frequently ship out packages because I sell on clothing apps and I pride myself on getting my packages out within 2 days (even on the weekends)! I always run into the issue of having delayed shipping on holidays because the post office is closed. I was pleased to see that this UPS store was the only one open this past Labor Day after looking up 3-4. I asked the store owner and he said they stay open for most holidays. I went to return an item at this store for amazon. When I was returning it I noticed the worker eyeing my return so I made sure to open the box to make sure the item was in there. Low and behold I got an email a little later stating that I was being charged for the item and that they never got the return. Every time I come to this store, the owner and his staff provide such excellent customer service - they are friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. I originally came in to return an Amazon order (which was handled quickly and easily) but noticed that they do copies and shredding. Since working from home, I sometimes need to make a large number of copies and don't have access to the office shredder anymore. I also needed to scan a large document that would have taken forever on my home printer. I got a great price and even better customer service. I will definitely continue to support this business! Tip: if you need to scan something, bring a flash drive with you. They can also email the file to you if you forget. Thank you for making my life a LOT easier! read more

I can't say anything else but my faith has been restored. The Asian gentleman that helped me was polite, concise and incredibly efficient. He was lovely from the moment I approached the counter. One of the few UPS stores that are open on a Sunday Incase you need to drop off a package when you work all weekdays and busy Saturday. Owner Robert very nice guy as well.
