Every time I visit the store, I always see either the old white man or the old Asian woman scowling at their computer screens and talking down to either their staff or the other customers. Called in to see if my package was there at this access point as I got a note from UPS the day prior. The guy who answered the phone literally said word for word, "What makes you think your package is here?" I mean excuse me? What kind of professionalism is that ??? I haven't gotten to say anything yet because I'm so appalled that he had the audacity to talk to a customer like that over the phone. Then he proceeds to say ".... Cause I'm very busy right now" in a flustered tone. Excuse you sir, you might be busy but that doesnt excuse you from talking in a professional manner over the phone. So basically I think this place is a hit or miss. Solely depending on the time. I had 13 boxes of items I had to ship out. When I got there, there were only two people in line. I figured, cool no big deal I can finish taping up my boxes and haul them all inside. Luckily I got a good parking right in front. I think parking is kind of somewhat limited. I brought two boxes inside, pull the guy I will be right back. I went outside for about 10 or 15 minutes to finish up for five more boxes for shipment and when I went back in the line was pretty long. It happened really quickly. There was no way I was going to wait in that line, I figured I would just ship the items out the next day. So it's definitely a hit or miss. The guy was friendly. There were boxes everywhere they seemed a little backed up, but I'm sure they have a shipping process that works for them. Maybe find a slower location that gets better reviews lol read more

Usually I come here to just drop off next day packages that are already pre-paid for. Today I came in to drop off another package and the woman was really rude. I asked for a small piece of scotch tape which I saw behind her and she told me that they sell tape or I had to pay $1 service charge for the tape. RIDICULOUS. I just needed a small piece, an inch long. You think they would do this for me just to be kind but I guess not. She definitely did not go above and beyond to be helpful to her customers. I don't think I'll ever come here again. Usually the gentlemen working here are quite nice but this one experience with this one particular lady just really upset me. I've been renting a mailbox at this UPS Store for over 3 years now, and their service got worse by the month. I had the bank sent my new company checks here, the tracking indicates the package was delivered and UPS store said they received it, but when I went over to pick it up, they couldn't find it! Came to this store to return my AT&T equipment (free service provided by AT&T). The place is big with many packaging solutions. I was served by this older lady. Maybe this was one of her off day, but the way I was treated, I felt like I owe her a million dollar! No greeting, never looked at me when she was talking to me, and never respond to my question. I wonder if the fact that I am not paying for the service so she doesn't give a hoot about me. The store was definitely not busy, I was the only customer in the store the whole time, from the moment I walked in til the time I walked out. I am not happy when a business makes me waste my time! Store hours for this location were listed as open till 7:30 pm on UPS site (I checked right before going). They help you ship items and often times they helped me figure out how to pack it differently to ship for less money. And about all the boxes lying around. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!! DO NOT EVEN GIVE THEM AN OPPORTUNITY... IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS! The place was not even busy. I was the only on in there. Once another person entered the door, she rushed me quickly to finish. She yelled at me for not having the package taped up, and then yelled at me for printing the label too large (btw... I printed the label as is once downloaded). She then shook her head at me like I was inconveniencing her. When she finally agreed to tape up my box, she said she had to charge me a dollar. I informed her that I had never heard that from other UPS stores and told me, "Don't come here, then!" I have never in all my years ever experienced that type of service... EVER! If she hates her job, she should find something else. I was so upset, that I called the store to speak to the manager/owner and "WOW!" He dismissed my complaint and hung up on me. I've been to this UPS location maybe 5 or 6 times over a number of years to pick up packages. I've never tried to use any of the other services at this store. Personally, in the past, the employees who waited on me were helpful, but they all seem so miserable... dragging like they have no energy and rarely smiling. I can certainly understand why. You can be in an upbeat mood, but the moment you walk into this store, all of your energy just gets sucked away and your mood changes dramatically because the environment is pure chaos and very dirty. I wouldn't be happy if I had to be in that environment all day either. You can smell the dirt, and if you have allergies, you'll also feel it. There is no organization at all and there are piles of packages and cardboard everywhere. I don't know how they find anything. I did see the owners of the company for the first time today, and yes, they don't come across as friendly people but they did resolve a mistake I made so I'm satisfied with that. The owners need to bring in a professional organizer to help them get that store in order, really give it a good cleaning and keep it that way. Maybe then the employees will be happier, have more energy and be more friendly. read more

I went to print papers. A man asked me what I wanted to print. When I told him I was going to print my resumes, he changed the printing paper to resume paper (better quality, thicker paper) without charging me extra. He was very friendly. The UPS here do not have open computers. You must bring in a USB (or other resources) to the desk for them to print. The minimum purchase for printing is $2, which is 4 pages. read more

My first time coming here was last year. I was hesitant to leave my packages in the chaos that they called a store, but I've been coming here to send out my amazon packages on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. I'm in the store for no longer then 45 seconds each visit. All of my packages have gotten to where they needed to be so no complaints here. Nothing personal, but I always have a habit of asking for the tracking label; and I suggest everybody to do the same. Better safe than sorry. read more

The owner of this store is very rude. He is the tall Middle Aged Caucasian man. I have come in on 3 different occasions to drop off some packages I wanted to return from amazon. First of all, he never wants to help you. He has a sour face from the time you enter the store to the time you leave. He charges $2.00 for a label print out and he never wants to do anything extra for you (like use his precious tape). I left there today very disappointed with his service. I've been shipping here for years for both their UPS ground sevice and copy services(.39 cent color copy is a deal) and it definitely helps they have the latest pickup in the area for UPS. I've been able to call them in the past and let them know I'll be there a few minues after since 7pm and sometimes my package even goes out that same night! So that's a def plus for me since I ge outta work late sometimes. Owners are nice and Ive never ran into any customer service issues. And they are no doubt animal lovers. They have some of their own pets there(dogs, cat). I've even brought my dog (dachshund) by a few times to say 'hello'. read more

I am giving a 1 star review, but this company does not event deserve 1 start...I am appalled at the customer service for the UPS delivery service and the customer service provided at this location. I had been waiting patiently for a package delivery at my home, with my front door open to make sure I heard the truck/ delivery person. Well in a split second the delivery person must have walked to my front door, and left a note saying he made an attempt to delivery but was not successful, so was leaving it at a nearby UPS store. He did not knock, ring the door bell... just left the note, otherwise I would have heard his presence. I called the UPS store it was propertied to be "dropped" off at, The employee told me he was by himself, so he could not check the tracking number for me. I told him I had been at that store before, and it was not like he was leaving the building, just checking a number. He again told me he was by himself. I told him I did not know what he was implying by that statement, "are you saying you can't look for a package? then you can not do your job". he paused then hung up on me. I called again, the second time he would no answer. So I waiting several min and called a third time. He said he was by himself and he was going to put me on hold. I asked him "put me on hold so you can hang up on me" If you do I will go to the store. I am only a block away so you can choose to help me on the phone,or in person, but you will help me. I also asked for the manager of the store. He said he would call her and He tauntingly said "come on down, anytime you want to" and I did. I got there in several minutes and he was there with a female. She tried to make excuses by saying he had "humg up by mistake" and that sometimes they were very busy and had many customers in line. I told her, in her employees presence, he told me no one was in the store... They held no responsibility for their incompetence in providing service. I for one will never deal with UPS or this store again. They are not helpful and inconsiderate as to how the customers are treated. read more

If I have option to choose no stars or negative, I will not choose one star, this is how bad their service was! I shipped a document in September to China in their store, because it was right before the Chinese national holiday so everything closed and packages would be delayed, the arrival date they quoted for UPS was the same as USPS, but USPS was $50 cheaper so I chose USPS but guess what, after 2months the package still hasn't been delivered, the tracking system doesn't really work so we all assume that it got lost! I felt very upset but didn't think it was the store's fault. I called them and tried to see if they can do anything for me. The white old guy named Rob told me that they can at most give me the store credit, so I went there again and trying to ship another package by using the credit, but guess what, Rob insisted that I have to ship the same package to the same address...how would I be able to get the same package if it already got lost?then he started to call me "cheap" because I chose USPS, OMG, How could you blame a customer and called her cheap because she chose the lower cost service the store provided? The store is not doing anything but blame it all to the customer? Oh, did I mention that the owner( the old Asian lady called Lisa) was mad and complaining and grumbled the whole time while I was in the store? Come one people, when things like this happened, it's about problem solving not blaming on your customers and call them cheap, I would never ever come here again, and hope they will be closing soon ! read more

The couple that work here are cranky and could really care less about customers. When I went to drop a package off they couldn't be bothered to scan it. Instead the lady directed me to just throw it into a box. What's the whole point of throwing it in a insecure cardboard box where they can be stolen? I might have well just dropped it off in one of the street boxes. She also told me UPS is rough with smaller packages and urged me to buy a better envelope. A ringing endorsement!
