DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible service, I should have known better than to come back to this place after another bad incident. I called this place and asked if they offered notary services to take care of some paperwork for my new job, and they said yes they offer them. I get there and the workers look over my papers very puzzled and told me to wait while they serve other customers WHEN I WAS THERE FIRST. Then after waiting 15 minutes patiently, the worker tells me that he doesn't have the authority to sign and stamp my documents....WTF?! Bad customer service. A shame a lot of the posters for this store seem to be venting about UPS in general and not specifically reviewing the store. I will be reporting the suspect reviews. I went to send a fax today. It took a little longer than usual, but the staff explaining one customer had just sent a 67 page fax. Though it took a 3 minute wait for a fax for the service staff to explain, the fact that it was explained and in a courteous manner is what counts. What a rip off!! Charged $20 to ship a super lightweight saute pan to Los Angeles. I should have went back to the retailer and paid an extra $10 to get 2 pans. Shipping charge would have been $4.95. I had no idea how much they overcharged here. I usually ship things back prepaid to HSN or QVC. I have never been charged $20 for any return. read more

I needed to shipped a back seat for a car, so I came here and they explained me to that I need a box or wrap with plastic the seat. (they didn't have the box or plastic in the store reason of the 4 stars) Finally, i wrap the seat but then they said the seat could be damage and UPS won't be responsible for damages. I could not believe how friendly and helpful the staff is. Came to get a LiveScan done. I initially called earlier in the day to find out how long it would take to see if I can fit it in during my lunch time. The employee had informed me that it would only take 10 minutes. I had decided to go after work instead and the staff was very friendly and very professional. Just like he promised, he got it done in 10 minutes. Went in on a Thursday and told them that I needed my package to be delivered by Saturday to Nampa Idaho. The guy quoted me $104. Really? All I was shipping was a couple of stuffed animals for my granddaughter. Then he tells me we have a $29.95 offer but we can't guarantee it will get there by Saturday. Biggest rip off ever!!!!! Update: I figured since it wasn't guaranteed that if it didn't show up on Saturday it would show up the day after. WRONG!!!! I checked the tracking # and the package is arriving on Tuesday. Why did I pay for two day shipping when it took 5 days to get there? Standard shipping would have got it there in the same time for half the price. Thanks for ruining my granddaughters B-day for me. This is the best UPS store in my opinion. The staff is polite, helpful and professional. Easier for me to conduct transactions here rather than the post office. They also have top grade copy machines, mail boxes, packing materials, boxes and office supplies. read more

Service is ok but don't ever print anything there using their computer or printers. They don't list the prices in advance or show it anywhere and they charge per minute to use the computer to print. That's ridiculous...$20 to print 25 pages. At kinkos/fed-ex 25 pages would only cost $5 or less. read more

I've only been here once. That was for a livescan. It was quick and painless. A bit pricey but I was told by everyone I knew that I should expect it to be expensive because afterall, it is for work verification and all that BS. I wasn't expecting 5 star treatment, I just wanted to get some papers faxed, pronto! My fax wouldn't go through because of problems in the receiving end. After trying 3 times the man suggested to just scan and email it, if possible. So I did just that. He scanned it for me and I emailed it. There were 2 guys working, 3 customers, and some people that came in and out. They went around and helped who they can. They did what they were supposed to do and I got what I needed done! Conveniently located next to the Wells Fargo. I love how I can run my errands in the same area. I usually have to send postage and I simply buy my stamp and send it off from there 65 cents vs 50 cents: no need to drive around town looking for a post office. The employees here are very nice and helpful. Usually in and out within 5 minutes, no wait. read more

Horrible manager named vatsal Patel. So I did a live scan here at the UPS store they made a mistake by putting my first name as my last name. I called the state and they said it was their error that they made on their system. And that I should not have to paid again. I came back with proof having the state send them a email. And they still didn't want to rescan with a refund. They wanted me to pay again for their mistake!!! Horrible management bad service. read more

They remained so during the Holiday Madness, maintaining both their professionalism and their senses of humor! This UPS Store (0134) is really well organized, and well run. I had to get something notarized And was told the guy was on his break which was fine, I did not mind waiting but when the guy came out he was mad that he had to do his job. This review is intended for Vatsal's customer service. I started coming here in November 2015 to send packages to my brother who is in the military. Vatsal was very friendly and helpful my first time there despite it being a full house of customers. Today I came in and until now he remembers my face and that I send packages to my brother without having to look me up, definitely a plus in my book! I appreciate that he remembered and that he assisted the worker who was originally helping me today. The address I send packages to is very specific and seems to confuse the other workers so I get nervous, but he always ends up helping and definitely eases my nerves. I always hope he's there when I need to send packages, if he isn't, I would probably just come back another day. read more

Rudest staff ever. In particular, Jay was upset my label was printed too big. My package needed to be taped and as I left he proceeded to tell me next time I need to tape the package myself. I went in at lunch to get a document notarized. I figured it would be crazy busy but it was not bad. Service was fast , no hassle. Staff was courteous and communicated with all the customers in the store. It was my first visit. I would go back. Parking wasnt bad either. It's in a plaza with Safeway and other stores. read more
