Worst customer experience ever. Two very lazy rude women run this establishment. The place can be empty and they don't want to help you. I have had issues with self returns, and these lazy woman demanded you do it yourself even when there is no one there. One of them also has their child their with them at work, and ignores customs to tend to them. Take your business else where. Any location but here. Zero stars if I could. Shame on you ups! I see your response and I'm afraid you have the wrong situation. Because that is not what happened, I was not recording and their were no other customers in the establishment . But this most definitely tells me this happens a lot, and you guys do not care how your customers are treated. read more
