I always come to this UPS to return my amazon packages because it's on the way to my workplace, and often, the employees are very nice. They are very respectful and understanding. The only thing that I don't like about this place is that you have to pay in order to tape your things. They also do not do recycling for amazon packaging, so you have to bring them to a recycling place yourself. read more

It was my first time making my own shipping label using ups to ship plants for my small business. Before I dropped off my package I asked the worker if I did everything correct to double check. He scanned it and said it was good. Couple days later I receive an email that I did not have the complete address and will be charged an extra $18. I contacted UPS and was told it was my fault and that's why I was charged $18, but if the employee did his job and actually double checked for me liked I asked, I would not have been in this predicament. I understand that it was my fault I didn't enter the number to the address, but at least take fault too. I'm really disappointed with their customer service as a whole company. And I don't plan on using UPS for future orders for my plant business if they're unwillingly to help me. read more

This place does not welcome customer. It's kind of rude and has no customer relationship in mind. I came by to drop off amazon packages and Sales without any warning just kicked me out after several packages and told me "that's it". I was stunt and and asked "what do I do with the rest?" The she answered "this place only does up to 6 drop off. You have to go elsewhere" without any further explanation or sorry. It seems dropping off is a favor they do to any potential customer. I wonder if UPS head quarter cares about this ignorance. I just dropped off more than 6 just fine at another ups store. I think UPS corporate should reconsider this franchise. read more

I have been picking up my UPS packages here for months and even during the pandemic but for some reason these last couple of visits I have been receiving attitude from these two workers that I've never met (long black hair lady and the curly hair lady). I've picked up my packages and my sister's packages but lately everything is questioned, fine, I understand, as a business you need to check and triple check, BUT C'MON where is your customer service and explanation of why you are questioning, don't just be rude and bitchy. I've gotten to know the people who work there and even some of the regular customers there. How is my opinion/review less valid than some random one-time experience? I drove here late evening from school to drop off a few packages half thinking I was too late. Little did I know the store was still open, and the guys there were so great that even though they said they were closed they still welcomed me in with help sending those packages with smiles on. I stepped out of the store after shaking one of the guys' hand at approximately 7:15 PM, meaning 15 MINUTES PAST their closing time. What a store! Big A+. Thank you! If you are just looking to do a quick drop off--don't come here. They used to allow you to drop off the prepaid label packages at the counter if there's a long line. For some reason, now they don't. Today I ended up having to wait 20-30 minutes behind people who are ordering special print jobs or doing some god-knows-what tedious shipping/packaging request, since I already hauled in an armful of packages. Don't know why they insist I have to wait since they didn't even ask me if there was any hazardous or anything like that. There was a younger guy there that's usually pretty friendly and efficient, but the other ppl move like molasses. And today, there was an older white guy that had some attitude... belittling the customer in front of me because she asked if UPS price is same everywhere so she can go to another store. read more

This is the closest location to my house and I've been here a handful of times. I've never really had to wait too long, 5-10 minutes max. The employees are very courteous and I haven't had any issues mailing out my items, mostly Amazon returns. The plaza has decent parking and it's right next to a dim sum to-go spot that we like. Although I understand why Amazon wants their return items dropped off at an Amazon returns site I hate that there isn't many convenient locations, so I am so glad UPS is filling that gap. I don't have a lot of experience with sending packages or anything like that, but I had to return an ugly bikini to victoriassecret.com (it looked VERY different online), and I came here to ask for help getting the right kind of envelope/etc. The store is small but well-organized. With help from the clerks who were in the store, I quickly found the right-sized envelope, got my package weighed, attached the sticker for mailing, and had everything sorted out. I'm approaching 70 and I wasn't brought up in today's technological world. I had two important documents I needed printed and just wasn't able to retrieve them from my Chromebook. But Carlos and Saira were. They were kind, polite and knowledgeable. They were able to pull these documents and provide flawless prints. Worst customer service ever. The employees there know how to do less work by not having people want to see them again. The person scanned my tag to print label and then rejected my package be cause it wasn't tightly taped--which I understand, but he scanned my label, which makes it unusable later. The next day I returned to scan and drop off, I was not able to send. Now I have to contact originating vendor to obtain new label if possible. read more

Received a confirmation email that my copies were printed, and even called in to check to see if I could pick it up fast cuz I had a job interview. When I came there, they were confused and couldn't find the copies and said that they don't even do that online service. I then later sent it to their email so I could just pay again, cuz I was really late. But they kept wasting time and called someone on the phone and was chatting about the whole thing. This store is close by, which is why I would find it convenient to drop off a package or make a few quick copies. I had been a customer over the last 5 to 6 years, and although I didn't stop by often, I would expect decent customer service at the least. In the past, I have had a pleasant experience being helped by Chandra in making copies. Lately, I had also experienced helpful and courteous service by two young associates (not sure if they are the sons, or nephews of the owner). This seems to be a family-owned franchise, and as such, I expect that they strive to provide great customer service. Well, that is far from being the case. Everyone who has written a review on this store is correct ---it is "HIT OR MISS"--- you either have a pleasant experience or a horrible one. You may as well flip a coin and decide if you want to made feel as if the associate is doing a great favor to you in shipping a package (even though you are paying for the service). They will also charge you for every single thing they can possibly charge you for ("smiles are extra" by the way - never complimentary). My recent visit was the last straw, and thus gave me the urge to come on here and let everyone else know about it, since the owner does not seem to care. MY EXPERIENCE: I came to the store to drop off a package and was the only customer there. The associate that was there was Jen (not sure if she is the wife of the owner?). I had a small item (less than 13oz) that I needed to purchase a box for. When I first walked in, she appeared preoccupied - she kept doing her task on the screen- then looked up after 30 seconds later. When she finally looked up, she stared blankly at me, did not smile nor show any emotion of acknowledgement. I told her that I needed to purchase a small box, and she proceeded to get it. Once she brought it over, I noticed that there was a small gap in between the box and the item. I asked if she had a paper or two she didn't need (to crumble up inside the box). She did not answer me and proceeded to bring some packing peanuts. She placed them inside and sealed the box. Through the whole process, it clearly seems that this woman did not want to be there, and wanted me out of there as quickly as possible. She also made it seem as if she was taking a great effort in doing this "favor" for me. Funny thing was, when a male customer walked in to ask a question she responded in a friendly and attentive way and she even joked a bit around with him. Odd? Yes. (Maybe I should have dressed up as a man to receive decent service...lol). When she rang me up, I was shocked that she charged me $1.25 for placing a few packing peanuts and one piece of 6-inch tape across the box. Never did she ask me if I preferred to seal it myself, nor told me that if she did so with her hands (as if they contain more value than a customer's hands) that she would charge me extra. I paid, but I couldn't believe this whole ordeal and horrible customer service. From this day forward, never again will I step foot inside this location. If you want to avoid situations like this, please steer clear of this place. read more

I could understand if I had an entire box to tape up and ship, but I needed just enough to tape on a shipping label because I didn't know where I needed to put it. I have been a customer for over 5 years, and most of the staff is super friendly. However, Lourdes is the reason for the poor review. I don't think the woman ever smiles. I was informed a 5-day grace period to pay your box. I went in on the 5th day and was charged a late fee. I was confused, and mentioned to Lourdes that maybe she should inform her customers in the future that there is a late fee ON the 5th day (miscommunication, whatever). I rarely use their other services because of costs. Every since that day Lourdes have given me attitude, and I thought it was just me, but I've witnessed her snobiness towards other customers. I'll go in maybe 3 times a week to check my box, and I don't have a key (my wife does). The staff recognizes me, and I'm usually greeted and they head towards my box, no problem. Today I walk in and Lourdes is there, right where our box is. She greets me with the roll of her eyes. I don't even say anything, assuming that since she is by my box, that she could check my box and I can keep it moving. She tells me I need to get a key, and that they were just real busy. Meanwhile, there is nobody in the store, and there is another worker there. After about a five minute wait (I thought she was sorting through mail, and grabbing mine) I asked again for my mail. She became extremely rude, explaining that she doesn't have to get the mail, and that we have been given notices to pay for an extra key (of which I know for a fact we haven't received). Waaaaaiiiitttt, I thought I was the customer? Why are you yelling at me? I just wanted my mail, not attitude. I would NOT recommend having an encounter with her, unless you just want your day ruined. read more

I went into this store for an important document notarized and shipped..I shipped it second day air..Well..The documents got lost not able to track it..I didn't receive a phone call that it was lost..Even though they knew it was lost..I called to find out where it is..They have no clue and to file a claim..I needed those documents there by Friday..So they comped my notary..But I had to pay 83.26 for it to be shipped overnight so they get there by noon..Never again..I'm never gonna use ups to Shipp..FedEx or post office always..I don't have faith that anything will get there..On time or at all read more

I've been to the this ups store multiple times in order to ship out different things. The customer service here is very inconsistent. It's either eh, okay or completely RUDE service. I have been here about 4 or 5 times before to get things shipped out, and the service that I got was alright. I was able to go in, get my boxes shipped out, and be out the door within two mins. Fast and quick. Charging $2 for just taping up a box is RIDICULOUS though, in my opinion. I brought a box in one to be shipped, taped correctly with the right tape and everything, but the lady there said it was "unacceptable" and I had to buy $2 to get it retaped or buy my own tape -_- are you kidding me? Today I had the worst service at this location. I came in to ship out a defective modemn to ATT, I was specifally told by ATT that all I had to do was bring the modemn into the store and the people at UPS would know exactly what to do with it. Upon looking at my modemn, they told me that they couldn't ship it out because the model of the device wasn't corresponding to the ones in the UPS system that allowed them to ship it out. Now the two older ladies told me that there was no way they could ship it out, wouldn't even let me finish my sentence and shoved me out the door. What I did was call back ATT, they told me the order # in order for UPS to pull up the order to ship it out. Went back into the store and when the two ladies saw me again, they just glared and one of them shouted out "OH SO THEY SENT YOU BACK HUH?" in a rude manner. I tried to explain my situation with the order and if they could at least try to pull it up and see if my order would show up but one of the ladies kept on talking over me and would not even let me finish my sentence. This was so so rude, I did not appreciate the way I was talked too and in the tone she was trying to get things across. Maybe because I look liked young and naive made her think that I didn't know what I was talking about and to act in a such a way towards me? I don't know, but save your time and gas and go to a better UPS location that would provide you with better service. read more

Another guy walks in after me but they help that guy first just because he initiate he needed help. i went here for a notary last week, my fiance who is thai needed a document notarized and we got it done no questions asked now today we go back for another and a different lady helps us, first thing she does is scrutinize her passport, page by page. asking why no stamps, thought the visa was expired until i showed her. then fully scrutinized the document, and animatedly asking if my fiance fully understands what she is signing, almost looking and searching for a way to refuse our business. i just emailed my attorney and she was perplexed as to why she would not notarize. she responded with this: The job of the Notary Public is to notarize the person standing in front of them is the person he/she said who that person is. Their job is not to read the content of the document. Their job is to write down the title of the document and to verify that person. A passport with  a picture of the person who stands in front of them to sign the document is sufficient That is so stupid of them who refused to notarize her signature.   I am a notary public. 1 star because they make up their own rules as they like, just like other place of business. you can ask someone a question and callback, ask the same question and get a different answer... because they think they are god and their medial job means something edit: my attorney is so furious about this, she just sent me another email: 8.  general information Identification When completing a certificate of acknowledgment or a jurat, a notary public is required to certify to the identity of the signer of the document.
