I want to give a shout out to both April and Kennedy! I went to this store to do a live scan. I came in 30 mins before closing and April assisted me. Unfortunately the live scan system was down. I was so devastated as I was coming all the way from Pleasanton. April then called the UPS store in Campbell to see if Kennedy can assist me. It would be a 15 min drive to Campbell from this store and I was worried I wouldn't make it in time before closing. I didn't want to inconvenience anyone but April assured me that Kennedy will wait for me. I arrived the Campbell store and Kennedy said that April called to let her know that I left my drivers license in this store! April was more than willing to drive my license to Campbell store. Walked in and was immediately greeted with smiles and asking if i needed help. I explained the situation regarding amazon ups pick up and Stephanie and her co-worker directed me to a customer service number to call Amazon to obtain a QR code since Amazon did not provide a label. They let me borrow the dolly to bring in package and saw that i had tried to tape up as best i could. Stephanie offered to re-tape for us seeing how flustered i was. How kind of her to assist. Appreciate the kindness and quick responses to assist. I'm thankful the UPS store is near by so I can easily return amazon packages and get things shipped out if needed. read more

Received a nice "welcome" and "how can I help you?"which blew me out of the water, given my experience received some time back at a different Cupertino UPS Store. She kindly gave me a receipt for my drop off and asked if I could be helped in any other way. When I said, no, she handed me a page of coupons to use during my next visit. On my visit, they had a $0.39 color copy special, which I thought was relatively cheap compared to Office Depot's $0.89 color copy rate. Color copies are expensive. I get that. But when you charge a customer $2 to use the computer because the drive on your machine doesn't work, that's a little ridiculous. Only 1/3 people working there knew how to use the machine I needed. The woman who helped me was polite, personable and intelligent. They seemed surprised about the coupon Yelp offered. (5% off a service for checking in.) They honored it, but only on the printing service and not the bogus computer charge. read more

This morning, I was a frazzled individual. I went for an interview and I was not prepared. I needed a copy of my résumé and I do not have a printer at home. Up until now I have been driving 20 minutes out of my way to a different provider where they charge me an absorbitant amount for printing. I took a chance and ran in to Ups on Stevens Creek and asked if I could print something. Neha was patient and helpful. She sensed my urgency and took pity on my plight. She helped me print my résumé and wished me good luck. I'm never driving out of my way to print or mail anything ever again. I would not recommend using the UPS store as the employees do not use safe COVID practices. All employee including the highly social visiting UPS drivers do not wear masks. Why did all the customers have masks and not the employees. Not sure what the management policy is but I dont feel safe going into this store. read more

I go to this ups a lot because I don't have a printer haha. But I also return Amazon packages and recently I've had to get some documents notarized and a lot of important documents shipped. The service here (specifically Stefani) is always polite and professional. Stefani patiently listened to complicated requirements for the document shipping and made sure everything was done just so. There's rarely any wait at this ups location. It is also nice and clean. read more

WORST SHIPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! Will NEVER spend another dime with this store or UPS! Customer service is non existent! Owners care only about money! The girls behind the counter are rude and clearly don't like their job. I shipped 25 boxes and paid over $2000 only to have my boxes beat to crap and items inside damaged. My boxes arrived ripped and re-taped with holes in them and full of broken glass and damaged property. I contacted UPS and they asked for pictures of the boxes and broken items which I provided. Then a few days later they asked for photos of the exterior of the boxes which I no longer had. I had to get them out of the house as they were full of broken glass that was getting into my carpet and cutting my hands every time I reached in to take a picture. The rep I spoke to said that was no problem and she understood why I took them to the trash. I asked if I should go down to the dumpster and take pics. She said that would not be necessary. UPS then denied my claim for lack of images of the outside of the boxes!!! I contacted the store who seemed to want to help at first but then refused to reimburse me anything saying they did their job 100% and blamed ME for the way my boxes were packed! I used their boxes, packing popcorn and bubble wrap. They say they'd have helped had I paid them to pack my boxes!!! Come on, Do you really think I wanted my personal belongings destroyed? I packed them with care because they were my things that had meaning to me! I only asked for partial reimbursement of the shipping costs and they refused even that. I didn't want a million dollars, just didn't want to pay to have someone destroy my belongings that I now have to replace myself! The independently owned store and UPS claims representatives both are money grubbing heartless people who don't care about their customers or what happens to the boxes once they are in the trucks. I intend to dispute this transaction with my credit card company so both the store and UPS don't get away with this treatment of customers. And then perhaps I'll take them to small claims court. But buyer beware, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE if you want your items to arrive in the same condition you sent them or if you want halfway decent customer service.. you'll get neither here. COMPLETE RIP OFF! At the end of the day I can make more money and buy more stuff but the bad karma is on the owners here for not standing behind their services. You are going to learn the hard way that treating people wrong will end your business and makes you a bad human being. read more

The employees at this post office are extremely helpful. I recently spent 3 hours at this post office packing a bunch of prizes to send out. The staff never got mad, and asked if I needed help with anything. When the line got really long, I watched the manager come out and make sure everyone's packages were properly labeled so that the process would go faster. The entire time I was there, I thought that everyone handled customers very professionally and tried their best to be of use. After I was done, she told me there is one dollar charge for using the tape in the store. Well why did not you tell me that before I use it ? and since when did UPS start to charge people for using the tape? is this a scam store?
