On July 17, my son went to the location to ship a decorative vase to my wife and I who live in Washington State. When the package arrived, the first thing I noticed was how poorly the box was taped, as if it was done in haste with little care. When I opened the box, to my shock I saw that the vase had simply been placed inside with absolutely NO packing material whatsoever. On your website is this statement: "Trust the Certified Packing Experts® to do the job for you so your items arrive safely and intact." Worst customer service! The owner, Mr Patel believes he is doing you a favor by accepting your packages. I get hassled EVERY time I have a package delivered as a "access point." (Despite paying for the service) I am constantly reminded that "people pay $500 a year for a box. I was on vacation and had a package delivered there. When I picked it up, they charged me $10 fee. I would give zero stars if possible. These people charged my Daughter $90 for a Live Scan. After 10 days my it still had not been processed. She called them and told her that since she did it on a weekend it was likely delayed. After another 2 weeks it still was not complete, she learned that they did not send her social security number with everything else. When she went to get the issue resolved they charged her again!! They charged her less but charged her for their mistake! Never EVER patronize this place. In addition they are ALWAYS rude as if they are doing you a favor by doing business with them. read more

Yea.... I will never go to this UPS store again. I came in and the owner was working and was completely rude. The first thing he said to me was put it over there. ( referring to my box I was holding) there was a line of 3 other ppl and I told him I still had to attach the label and tape up my some of the box. He said "you have to buy the tape, there's no free tape here." Which is interesting because any store that I've been to where you use their service they provide tape for you. Anyway I had to buy a whole roll of tape just to tape an area of the box. Not to mention there is no prices listed and the tape I bought cost $8.69. I can see why this location had horrible reviews. I missed the delivery man but I really don't think he or she rang my doorbell or me or my dog would have heard it . It was Friday afternoon. I rerouted the package to this store about a mile away because my package needed my signature to pick up. I checked Saturday but it wasn't there. I checked at 9:30 AM on Monday right after they opened. I asked for the package and they asked for my id. He looked in the computer and said he had no package. I started to get upset and he looked in the office near the register said no package. I pulled out the notice which said it was there and asked him to look again. He started to say I wasn't being nice. By that time I was getting angry and showed the notice and asked him to look again. He looked once more and found it. No apology or nothing. If I had had given up , I wouldn't have received it. I called him not very customer focused, and I will reflect that in a review. He said he didn't care. I will never use this store again! Use FedEx or DHL ! The manager was of Indian descent. I didn't get his name . Very rude man ! He should be fired! read more

I still cannot believe how rude they are. I came to return an item with a company rerurn label and the lady said where is your bar code, I told the return label is right here and she said this is not the right label. What the @#$#!? Dreadful. Clerk tells me he can't give me a package because address on my CDL doesn't match residence, even though driver would have handed me the package at my door without checking for an ID, and even though I am holding the missed delivery tag that was left on my door. He insists this is "corporate policy" and waves a piece of paper around, so i ask to look at it and sure enough he has ignored the 6 other ways that this UPS corporate paper says authorize pickup. One is, customer has ID and has tracking #, which I have. But now he won't give me the package because sender used my middle name, even though that name and last name match on my ID. According to this clown there is no way I can pick up this package unless I go to the DMV and get a new license with my new address. I am positive "corporate UPS" does not want it to be this hard to pick up a package. And btw this was three days after the lady at the counter was very rude and annoyed because I had checked for package twice in two days. read more

I went to return an Amazon package, and the rude employee refused to take the package even though it was in the original, unopened package, and Amazon instructions said that no additional packaging was needed. I will not go to this place again. Instead, drive 5 minutes north on Seal Beach Blvd. to the UPS store in the Vons shopping center. Went in here today to drop off a return and the gentleman at the counter mumbled something indecipherable about "no good!" and "they will resell!". Couldn't really understand the English but he was abrupt and rude for sure.
