Stop into The UPS Store to return shirt I ordered online. I started the process at home and they gave me the choice of a few locations, but this one was one of the closests as well as one I'd stopped in before YEARS ago for stamps and to mail a small package to a friend. It's very small inside, but they have plenty of people to help you out, kiosk and a few easy items for sale, like packing tape (priced higher), envelopes, boxes and the mailing service essentials. I hoped in line with only one person in front of me, two people at the registers handling their shipping needs and only waited maybe five minutes or so. I had my QR/barcode ready on my phone and package resealed (plenty of packing tape at home). The UPS Store Clerk printed my label and placed it on top. She gave me a receipt and I was done in under ten minutes total. The line did grow a bit behind me [Sunday was pretty busy]. They are open all seven days of a full week 9 AM to 7 PM [Monday through Friday], only until 5PM Saturdays and shortened hours of 10 AM to 3 PM on Sundays. There's parking in the back just down the alley off Woodman Avenue (you can also enter from here). Street parking directly on Ventura Blvd [meter only]. Super easy location. Super good service. And super powerful ac/heater (so if you run cold, you're be extra cozy, unfortunately I run hot lol). read more

I just waited in line patiently for 20 minutes while the Notary helped someone else. In the meantime the store got very busy with other customers waiting in line when it was my turn the man said he was going to take the people that came in behind me, and asked if I could wait. No I can't wait. I just waited 20 minutes in line. It was my turn. Horrible customer service I will never come back. read more

I wanted to leave a review for Andy Alvarez because I truly appreciate the effort he put into helping me. Even though it was only his first couple of days, he did everything he could to assist me and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. He was patient, respectful, and took the time to answer my questions honestly. If he didn't know something right away, he made the effort to find the correct answer instead of guessing, which I really respected. You could tell he genuinely cared about providing good service and wanted to do his best. It's not often you come across someone who works that hard right from the start. His positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made my experience much better. I have no doubt that as he gains more experience, he'll be exceptional at what he does. The employees have a nasty attitude. Kept staring at me while I walked in and gave me an ugly stare. I was literally dropping off packages, had my scans ready to go and my items in order and they still had this attitude. I've never been to this store before and most definitely will not be returning. Can't believe brown people can be unwelcoming to other brown folk. read more

I've been coming to this UPS location for a while and the staff had always been helpful. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. A female employee had a very negative attitude and tried to charge me for things I had never been charged for before, including a tiny piece of tape. When I said that had never happened before, she insisted it had in a way that felt like she was implying I wasn't telling the truth. Because of this interaction, my experience with this location has unfortunately been tarnished. I would not recommend coming to this location, and I will not be returning. read more

So disappointed in this store. Very poor customer service. Tried several times to resolve a customs issue through this store where I sent the package. Was assured a manager would assist me and told repeatedly someone would call me back and help me. Never happened. Next time just using USPS. Cheaper and more reliable. read more

Store manager refuses to take responsibility for their employees mistakes. On top of that he tells you there is nothing he can do and that you have to figure it out with the company you are either expecting from or shipping to. This location and incident have resulted in a waste of my time and resources. This is the first location in which the managers incompetence and reluctance to aid a situation resulted in not only a loss on my behalf but it also created personal issues between me and that said company. I'm not sure whatever happened to customer service, and a managers/owners attempt to ensure that their customer is tended to correctly. read more

I've been coming to this store for many years and never had issues. I have a lot of packages delivered here, but recently when I go to pick them up, I am told they have not been delivered, even though I have delivery confirmation and photos. They'll call me a day later stating it was found, or if I insist that they take more time to look for it, they find it in the back and say "it wasn't logged in"--AFTER they've told me that all packages have been logged in, or that it was an "overflow," whatever that means. One package appeared a month later. They don't keep up with the delivery slips that they put in my mailbox either, so it's no surprise that things can be lost. Ali is always helpful and knowledgeable, but it seems other employees don't know what they are doing. One particular young lady is just rude and has NO customer service skills. Very disappointed and once my annual rental expires, I will go elsewhere. read more

They fucked up my amazon return. It was a 10 lb filter for 56 dollars. They Gave me the wrong receipt for it. Didnt realize this til 2 weeks later when I realized amazon hadn't received my package yet. When I called the other day the associate over the phone also gave me another tracking number for it which was also the wrong tracking number. My label was created on feb 23. Not Jan 31st. I think they stole my package or lost it. They told me theyd call me back wtf read more

This business has gone downhill. The staff are rude, arrogant, and entitled. When I asked to have my package taped in front of me, the supervisor refused, stating he wouldn't do it. I explained that my trade-in iPhone had disappeared last time, so I preferred to have the package taped in front of me. He responded aggressively and with a bad attitude, throwing my package into a big box without closing it or sticking the label. I will be reporting him. read more

This review is specifically regarding the support and care that Matthew provided me the other day while coming in to do a few Amazon returns. I generally have a pleasant experience in this store anytime I come in, and trust me, I do a lot of Amazon returns. The Amazon self-service machine was not working properly and Matthew was very prompt to help me at the counter himself. I noticed that is he in training and I am not shocked that this store hired someone as kind and helpful as he was because again, I often have wonder service here. Similar issue as Emily C. Dropped off packages. Had to do some jumping jacks because I was confused by the Amazon options I had originally selected. Ended up buying two additional boxes and shipping my goods. Ran into a friend unexpectedly that I hadn't seen for a while. We moved to the side after paying and talked for a few minutes. One person came in during that time we were catching up. The guy behind the counter that had helped me interrupts us and says do either of you need any other help. I respond saying no we are good. Just catching up as it's 95 degrees outside. He then Says to us "this isn't a dine in establishment like a McDonalds or a Starbucks. You guys can take another minute or two to finish your conversation and then you need to leave. We don't want people hanging out in here." The place was empty. Lol Thanks for your service guys, great patronage at this location. I won't be returning to this store again. read more

I run a business and ship with this location daily. Out of all the UPS stores around the valley, this is by far the most professional, courteous and respectful of them all. The counter is always fully staffed, they always have a sense of urgency and never keep you waiting. This UPS is a very smooth running business and the staff is always friendly and personable. I trust them with all my business and personal mail. For those of you complaining about parking, have you lived in LA? And for those of you complaining about rude staff, have you looked in the mirror to see what they have to deal with? These people are incredibly kind and have exceptional customer service, especially considering all the crazy people they have to deal with everyday. Keep up the great work Otto, Liz and Fam! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I always come to this particular store to ship or for returns, but it's always a nightmare. No parking, even if the store has one or two costumers. However, that is the least, and it's acceptable, but the rudeness of one employee in particular is unacceptable. I tolerated his rudeness 3 times, on different occasions, at the 4th time I was with my two year old trying to keep a hold of her hand pulling because she wanted to explore. This employee literally demanded me to stay behind a sign, and I get it because of the COVID-19 precautions, but his tone was utterly rude, so I blew up and told him straight: "you're RUDE, I will not be coming to this store again." Did he care? Not at all, he kept his bad attitude, and responded "no am not." Today I was needing a LIVEScan, for which I went in yesterday to ask for it, but it was 6:30, and he answered that LlVEScans were done only before 5pm, and today May 6th I went in at around 4:20sh, and after the bad moment I asked another employee who walking in from helping another costumer, and he told me that they only do LIVEScans before 4pm. I was very frustrated at this moment, what a joke.... I got out of work early today to get this done and I was lied to, about the times they are able to do the scan. None of them even asked me if I needed an appointment for a later day and time. So sad, but I will never be returning to this store again. The website doesn't have the correct business hours during the pandemic times, or the times that a LIVEScan could be done. FYI the employee that was rude is a blond guy in his twenties. I frequently ship packages and this UPS location really is the best. The employees here are exceptionally friendly and helpful and I feel like they are what makes this particular location stand out. They seem to be pretty busy throughout the day but they are quick and efficient. Typically I park out front and can get in and out quick enough that I don't need to feed a parking meter. read more

Aly is a thief! Went in for a Livescan that was supposed to be free from the livescan account given. 4 times I said "here's the info for the account" and that I shouldn't have to pay. He gives some story that it only pays $25 of the $40. So I believe him. Got home and called the Livescan service and they promptly said I should not have paid anything. Called up UPS store asking for a refund and he got nasty with me. I cursed him out and hung up. Do not trust this place! read more
