Then when I came in with my Large box he took care and interest to make sure my box is noted as Perishable & Fragile. I went in two different times on the same day to this store and everyone was so rude and dismissing to me, first time I went in they didn't say "Hi" or asked if I needed help they just looked at me, I asked if they had any labels to fill out they said no, they did offer to print one for me but when i told them I need to bill reviving company and I have company account number they said I can't do that. I went home received a shipping label, download to memory stick went to ups store and they still didn't offer to help with printing the label on copier, they did offer me a computer to use for $2 so I can print a shipping label that will be sent thru there carrier. Already paying for the shipping service now need to pay to print a label? Luckily the people at Staples where great and helpful and printed label for 15 cents. read more

I have used this location several times but the last two times they are either not wearing masks or leaving them hanging in one ear. The staff was always friendly and courtesy but of late that has changed a bit. Two stars because I am protecting from transmission to elderly and would prefer staff to wear masks and wear them properly. read more

This is my favorite UPS store in Simi. It has a clean, bright atmosphere. I'm always greeted with a smile from an employee working behind the counter. Yesterday, I was helped by a young man named Gavin. I had a problem with my printer at home so all I had was a picture of the shipping label for my 2 boxes that I took from the Amazon site. Gavin informed me that he needed a printout of the postage labels, not just a picture. I told him about my printer not working. Instead of turning me away, he asked if I would like him to print a label for each box I was shipping and it would cost me a total of $2. I agreed but had trouble connecting to the Amazon site so he asked if he could connect me to their network and print the labels for me. I happily agreed and gave him my phone. He had me hooked up to their internet and the label printed in a minute. Gavin was so nice and so helpful. He went beyond his duties and helped me out way more than he had to. I have had only good experiences with this particular store. Without hesitation, I give Gavin and the entire team at this location 5+ stars! Thanks so much! read more

Clickbait printing scam alert. I need a banner printed. When you go to their website, and enter 36x60, the drop down automatically defaults to TWO banners. But if you order the bigger, more expensive size (36x96) it miraculously allows you to buy only one. We are in the era of electronic robot rip-off folks. BEWARE, and buy elsewhere. read more

Based on the helpfulness and demeanor of the people who work there I would give this store at least four stars. Based on my latest experience with the store ownership, I would give it one star. I've compromised - and weighted my rating more toward the employees - and somewhat grudgingly given them three stars. I will explain. Two months ago I rented a mailbox so I could have a physical mailing address other than my home address, where I had been working from. A few weeks ago I was presented with an opportunity to share an office with an associate, for a very reasonable and affordable price. I took him up on the offer and no longer have need of the mailbox. I paid for a year and received a couple or three bonus months. I recently went back to the store and asked if I might have at least a partial refund. I would have been happy with 50%; maybe less. Unfortunately, the owner has decided that having a useless box sit unused for the next year is preferable to having it available again. With a 50% refund, the store would still have realized a nice little profit from my short rental and everyone would be happy. Now, however, I will go there to see if somehow I received mail, but I will never do business with this particular store. I will also advise anyone I know who may use them to go elsewhere, as the owner of this store is - in my opinion - shortsighted, stingy, and underserving of my or my friends' business. I'm truly sorry it's come to this, but I have no respect for someone who is incapable of bending even a little. read more

So many mail carrier employees lack severe knowledge that they NEED to know about their mail service but Dillons got it in on lock. I am writing this because it seems I have no other recourse. I tried to handle this through the UPS Store I originally shipped through. Because of their utter lack of any Customer Service or ANY proactive abilities the TV I wanted to send to my Brother after my Mother passed in February isn't going to happen. Below are bits of email exchanges I had with the person in charge of the UPS Store. To summarize, I've sent a few packages through this Store with no issues, I have 20 years experience in a Warehouse and I've shipped everything from standard mail to Biological Fume hoods, I bought the extra coverage and no one said anything to me about "Hey, maybe we should look before we charge you extra $$ to make sure it's packaged correctly" and the final straw is well, if they hadn't dropped it in the first place it would not BE BROKEN!! I wrote 2 emails when I wasn't contacted again as promised. Both explaining the above info in great detail. "My Mother passed on Feb. 1st and I shipped her TV to my Brother (her Son) several weeks ago. I later found out the box and TV was damaged and came into your Store to file the Claim. I was told Paul handles all Claims but was not in at the time and your people took my info and said he would be in contact with me. A couple of weeks later I hadn't heard anything so, I came back to the Store, Paul was not there but I was assured that it was being handled and that it takes time. Now I come in today because, I've not heard anything from anyone at all and it appears nothing has been done at all?" And "Now as you can imagine after a Parent passes away we have a lot of stuff to deal with. Their remains, their Estates, Lawyers, etc, etc.....Maybe, I should have stayed on top of this better than I have. Regardless, I came in on 4/1/19. Spoke with Michele ( I assume since, that's the Business Card that she gave me) and was then told that she would make sure someone (Paul, again?) called me by Friday. This was after getting on the phone with the Main UPS phone number and actually starting the Claim?" After all that, I had to keep calling to find out the status, no one ever called me. Finally, today 6/17/19, I called the Store back and was told the Claim was denied.....Local "Hero/Manager" Paul had the nerve to say. "Oh I thought someone had already let you know?" Who exactly would have contacted me? This guy only called me after I complained to his boss. With the excuse that he had the wrong number.....Really, then how did you call the right number this time? And why didn't you call my Brother's number that I provided both during shipping and when I filed the Claim? They don't even have very good excuses. No one seems to care about Customer Service anymore anywhere and it's so evident by the handling of something so personal to me...... If I could give a "Zero" I would but I can't. I will never use this Store again nor, will I use UPS unless absolutely necessary! Not that they care, to big to fail, to big to care...... read more

I come in here 2-3 times a week with about 15+ packages each time, and every time i walk in Linda, Matt, and Karina are greeting me with a smile and a quick chat. They work as a fast, efficient , and happy team , and it makes my experience with UPS that much better. Not only do i get all my shipping done quickly , but excellent customer care if i ever lose my tracking number or have questions regarding a shipment. Good service, but too costly. I took my dvd player bubble wrapped, maybe not to UPS standards. Item weighed 7 pounds, signature and insurance for 199. Ending up paying $90 bucks shipped and boxed by them. Over $30 just to have them place it in a box. Not worth it. read more
