I come into the UPS Store everyday! Because we have all our business mail sent here. I use them for personal and all business. Everyone is amazing!!! MEGAN is always very helpful. Chris ROCKS. John is always helpful as well. All staff is welcoming and professional. I am in the store for at least 15 mins a day going through our mail. They are always pleasant to all customers while I'm in the store. I highly recommend them and am grateful we have our mail sent to a store where I enjoy coming.... read more

I came to the UPS store today to make copies, ship an item and send a fax. Nick and Arturo went out of their way to assist me with each of these tasks. It was very busy in the store, but they expertly managed the workload and delivered customer service with a smile. I found out that they have notary services which Is quite useful, because such a service comes in handy when you send a lot of legal paperwork like I do. I asked if I could ship a barber chair from my house to San Diego and they said that shipping is their specialty and whatever it is and wherever it needs to go, they have an answer. That right there is good customer service. The store itself was tidy and they offer everything you need for do it yourself packing and shipping along with private mailboxes. What's interesting about the mailboxes here is that they come with a real street address versus having just a PO Box number. Basically, if you need something sent somewhere, or have a shipment of any size or if there's important paperwork to get done, do yourself a favor and save yourself some time and come down to the UPS store. My husband and I recently needed to have several documents notarized. The Ups Store that we generally go to, I did not want to do business with any more. We went online and found Pete & Michele Mackel's Ups Store. Prior to our visit, we called and communicated what our needs were. First off when you walked into the store it is bright and welcoming. The staff is engaging, knowledgeable and genuinely nice people, willing to help you. Paul and Nick are patient knowledgeable young men that helped us through our transaction. A few days later we needed to return to the store to have our signatures witnessed. We met with Michele, a very nice lady, again a warm and welcoming experience. This UPS Store is the Cheers of Simi Valley. The staff is so friendly and they know all of their regular customer's names. They are very helpful and take care of everything you need (boxing and packing for you). Another huge benefit is that they store all of the addresses you ship to in their system so you don't ever have to worry if you forget an address. They also do notary signings. Great store. The service was really bad. I sent important documents. And the staff, MEGAN, sent it without a postage. I was waiting for it for one week to be posted in my acct that the party who should received it was able to get it. But they DID NOT. I was really mad. It was really bad this is the first time I used them and i thought it would be better than the post office but the service i received was very HORRIBLE. She's not friendly too. It seems like she doesn't know what she's doing or she doesn't like her job. My timeline is just one week. Now it is over two weeks. Very disappointing. I give this store O stars. I would not recommend you to do business with them. They do not stand behind what they sell you. Paid $40.00 for an overnite to colorado, as it was very important to have the contents there the next day( I was shipping a car and the cashier check and keys needed to be there the next day in order to get the car from the transporter) the envelope did nto arrive until the 2nd day. I did not pay for 2 day air. They refused to give a refund and got annoyed while I was at the counter asking for the refund and told me to leave the store as they were calling 911 so the police would REMOVE me as I was scaring their customers away. I was in need of notary service so I called to inquire about their hours. I was told a Notary Public would be available until 6:00pm at the store. When I arrived at 5:50pm, the Notary Public told me he couldn't help me because he had a family engagement and needed to leave on time. Assisting us would take time and he also needed to close out his register. I pointed out to him the hours I had been told over the phone but he refused to help. I only had 1 document which would have taken 5-10 minutes at the most. Still he refused to help me. I will never go to this store for notary service! read more

The price is reasonable but enough to keep the lights on and keep your box neighbors on a semi-professional/professional level. The staff is well trained and store is organized, neat and clean. The business offers many services, in addition to UPS and USPS. Immediately around the location is a check cashing service, several banks, a nice coffee shop, and a Sprouts grocery store. It can get busy at certain times, but that is to be expected. A good choice! read more
