    Woman who taped my bag at register.  Young man who was rude is bending over the computer monitor behind her.

    ***Update*** Manager responded (see pic) and didn't even acknowledge the rude staff member. I get busy & tech issues. Maybe someone could have told your customers that. Just a suggestion. A Sharpie & an 8x10 piece of paper work - just a suggestion. Your male employee is still incredibly rude and would have sent my package back without a ticket which would have ended up getting lost but, thanks for the excuse you made. SMH The line is out the door and there are two people in the back working on other things. The young man in the swim shorts was very rude and when my phone wouldn't pull the code to return up, he told me I had bad internet from my cell provider. I went to my car and saw that they have guest WiFi. I had asked about it and just said it's my cell service. I logged into Petco's WiFi to get the code. He also put two items in one bag and when I pulled the code to return it, he just stared at me. He acted so inconvenienced to help me. I had to ask him to find the shirt. He was annoyed and slapped the sticker on the bag. When I got the other return code I had to wait in the line again. He didn't even say hello, the woman in the pic taped my bag shut and I said thank you. They said nothing, so I said "you're welcome." And he said, have a nice day. The line was still out the door and the woman wasn't helping the other people. Why she taped my bag is beyond me. Another customer in line said, "they're so rude here" as I walked out. I agree. Horrible.

    Overpriced "Computer use"

    Computer use? I came to this store which I try to avoid anything to do with around this area. I've only been to this location twice and service continues to be as crappy as the first time I came back in 2023. I learned my lesson now and I'm not coming back. Service is just the same as 3 years ago because same crappy employees continue to run this business. I stepped into the store to drop off my items that I had selected to drop off at this location without a label or box needed just because it was the closest at the time. However, it got very busy quickly. 2 employees in the front and apparently one in the back but the only person attending is a rude young black guy who apparently has a record of being rude. He has absolutely zero customer service and Tony "business owner" as referred by rude guy doesn't differ much from him. I argued that I wasn't supposed to pay for any shipping and the rude guy explained nothing but that I had to pay. I had selected myself to drop off my items at this location because it was the most convenient at the time and I didn't have to print a label or box my items and I was not supposed to pay for any shipping. The guy said it was because he had to print the label so I explained that I didn't need a label. I asked to speak to a higher position person and rude guy said Tony is the owner. I explained to Tony about the whole situation which honestly $4.13 don't keep me from sleeping but my issue was that I wasn't supposed to pay for this. I can only imagine the crap they get away with because people don't speak up. I agreed to pay for it and spoke to Amazon. They refunded me the shipping cost stating that I was not supposed to pay for it. Be aware! these people not only have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE but are also scammers.

    Understaffed. Slow. Always a line out the door. Takes forever. Nothing is cut straight. Bring your business elsewhere

    The staff here is great. We have used this printer since 2018. They have done large orders for us,…read moreas well as smaller orders as well. The last time we use the services both times we use Justin as our contact person. He is a great technician and he has a reputation for having great customer service. This time I worked with Ken and he was very customer service oriented as well. What I like about this printer is that they have the ability to give you estimates of how much you are , expecting to pay, they give you options when it comes to print style and design, and they are very upfront and honest with you about outcomes of your project. You can do all of this on email with them before you even have to visit the store. When you visit the store, you've already sent your print job to them on email. You just might need to drop by to drop off materials like specialty invitations, which was our project this time. I appreciate that Ken verified and sent proofs of our printing job on email for us to have a look at before we approved the final project version. Overall, Ken is a great printing technician and expert. His patience with our event team was awesome. The rest of the staff is very customer service oriented too. I recommend Copy-It La Mesa, CA!

    This is honestly one of the worst drop-off locations I've ever used. Their QR code scanner is…read moreconstantly broken, even though QR code drop-offs are supposed to be a free service. When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been clearly communicated before printing the label. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.
