I asked the guy if there was wi-fi I can use so I can send something from one of my apps to my e-mail from my phone... the guy has the Asian manager step up into the conversation and they were both rude and short with me not to mention NO help whatsoever. I am a little annoyed at myself for not going to the yelp page first. Typically I go to another UPS store but this one was just convenient so I came here. I returned some amazon stuff that I ordered. I received the refund for one of my items right away. However the other 3??? Nothing! I thought it was so weird. I always get a receipt because you never know. I called this UPS to see what was going and none of my questions were answered. I asked him if he could look up the package he told me he couldn't. The guy basically told me if my items don't make it to amazon, then I have to contact Amazon and let them know that UPS lost them. Like what the heck? Why is that my responsibility? I find it incredibly annoying and a hassle. Anyways I just called Amazon and in fact, UPS did not scan my other barcode even though I returned the items. I am incredibly annoyed. I will not be returning here and do not recommend anyone does. read more

Fantastic service today. Brought in a prepaid label and was able to get help with boxing the item, sealing it and got a receipt showing I dropped it off. The store was busy with customers ahead of me, but it was well worth the wait since the employee didn't rush you and offered great service to everyone. Night and day from the experience I had half an hour prior from a different UPS store location in Irvine. Well done, Tustin location and kudos to the employee that helped me on Saturday afternoon! read more

I used the store to send back my Amazon order return. It's not as easy to do as taking the return to kohls or Whole Foods. You have to have a box to pack the items you're returning (or buy a box from UPS) and sometimes they even want it sealed (or buy the tape to seal from UPS). It's just not convenient at all. read more

I never thought I would be writing a negative review for the UPS store, but both times I have been here I have had a bad experience. I was told they will ship packages USPS packages for you even if you have the label and box ready to go. I've done this at over 5 UPS stores and never been turned down. I think this place has bad management or a bad owner. read more

I did my Live Scan background check at this location, and after almost 3 months I finally find out that they never sent my Live Scan background check. AFTER 3 MONTHS I was never contacted or given a notice what so ever that anything was wrong on their end. I had to go back to this store and ask why it was never sent and they informed me their system was glitching so it was never sent. NEVER TOLD ME THEY HAD ANY TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES. read more

I never knew there was a UPS store here (around the corner behind Target) - probably because I never venture to this side of The District. Anyways, I go here often now to drop of packages for work. The packages are already paid for via the website, so I just drop them off and ask for a receipt. Service is quick, and staff is friendly. read more

Was here a few days before Christmas and guy behind counter was very helpful and friendly. It was at my lunch break and everything was done efficiently. I recommend this location although at lunch hour the parking can be a bit challenging. This store is by the Hawaiian food place and Subway. read more

This location is super stingy. They will make you buy tape and white out if you need it. Like seriously? I'm only going to use like pennies worth of tape and you want me to buy a new roll when I can see the plenty of tape behind you... Will definitely not return to this location. read more

Have you been to the DMV or the post office lately. What about if you are uncertain on how to proceed with "the simple" howto ship process. It was utterly shocking on how great it was to have service in this industry. Entitled bureaucratic "bs" post office pompous buffoons always make you feel like the dung you've surprisingly tripped over when you don't know exactly what those psychos need from you. UPS literally is a breath of fresh air and godsend. The perfect example of how market driven industry far outperforms entitled, unaccountable, governmental, self- loathing trolls. By now one can sense how I feel about that. Hellllllllaaaar (as in aunt madea) again, yuupp UPS dude assisted me with an almost unspoken kindness as if someone actually likes there job. Did he actually give humanity back to the customer. No degradation, humiliation, belittling or make you feel as if you were an incline plane on an axis. They simply were great. Went there at the last hour , printer at home wasn't working so had to print the label which cost me 3$... Now this is something on a very high side for a printing of one page... And if by any chance you dint tape your box, they will charge you another 2$ for taping. The guy there dint charge me that , nice of him , but all i remember from my past experience at other ups stores, no one ever mentioned abt these extra charges. Even if its company policy, its pretty expensive in addition to the expensive shipping charges already. read more

Don't use this option for sending small items to Latin America. They are a total rip off. For a small serving platter weighing about 2 pounds they wanted to charge $454.40 (7 days delivery approx). For comparison, a airline ticket to the distinction for a person with a 50 lbs bag and a carry on right now is about $450. So make your own conclusions on their service and pricing (or the training of the person at the desk). read more

Went here today to ship a Christmas present to my mom back east. The line at the post office was out the door and traffic just indescribable, so I decided I'd pay more than the $12 post office priority mail to save some time and frustration. What I did not know was just how EGREGIOUSLY and ruthlessly these scam artists would gouge me. They said to guarantee it got there before Christmas (that's nine days today) it'd cost me $35. If that wasn't bad enough they charged me ELEVEN dollars for a SMALL box to ship the gift box in. This was a scarf and gloves. I ended up paying $46.19 for this. I pointed out I can go to Public Storage (rip off artists in their own right) and buy a WARDROBE BOX for that! I did this one time out of sheer frustration and desperation but, UPS, you have lost a customer for LIFE. I'll never ship anything with your company ever again and I'll share this with everyone who will listen if shipping ever comes up. You're awful and shameful. This place is great! Not only is it very clean, with a great feel; but the people who work here are amazing. They are all extremely helpful and patient. I've dropped off as well as mailed a number of packages here for my business and have never been disappointed. On multiple occasions they've even saved me money! The people who work here are useless. I inquired about a package that I had dropped off here containing expensive merchandise. The receiver never received the package, so I checked the tracking number and saw it still showed "shipping label created" (which I had done prior to dropping it off at the store) and there was no shipping information. The manager of the store tried to tell me they're not "UPS" they're "UPS Store" and not responsible for lost packages. He said they scan every package they receive and my package was not scanned as received, thus I did not drop it off. When I told him to review the cameras to show I dropped off a huge box, he said there's no proof the package I brought in was related to the shipping label in question and that it's not their responsibility the package has vanished in thin air. Save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else. This guy has no idea what he's talking about. read more
