From time to time I'll need to return items to Amazon and dropping off my return at a UPS store is usually my preferred option, given this UPS store is about a 2 minute drive from my home. The transactions are usually fast. A UPS worker smiles, greets me, takes my return and prints me a receipt. In and out in less than 5 minutes. I didn't know how well this UPS store does it until I visited a UPS store near my work ( in Lake Forest ). They were slow ( had a constant line ), rude and didn't even make eye contact with customers. They were dismissive and actually gave attitude when I asked for a receipt with the tracking number. After this unpleasant experience with a different UPS location, I gained a new found appreciation for "my" UPS store. Thank you guys :) read more

Perris, Ryan, Chris, Michael, & more are all very meticulous with every detail of the logistics process, super honest, and top of the line when it comes to knowing shipping. Love that I can drop off my USPS packages at this location too, and it gets picked up during the afternoon. I was at another UPS store nearby and there were over 10 people waiting outside in line. Remembering that I had a great experience at this location, I took the chance and drove over. There was barely a wait. Michael acknowledged me right away and was super friendly with my returns. This is definitely my favorite UPS store-- fast, efficient, and friendly. The store felt very safe. Everyone wore masks, customer limits inside the store were enforced, and the door was open the entire time for circulation. Highly highly recommend!
