Joe was very helpful with a live fingerprint scan with no appointment. He did an excellent job making sure that all fingerprints were acceptable in the system. I am a small business owner and frequent this UPS store at least once or twice a week for the past couple years. Service is always excellent, even during busy hours the staff are always friendly and efficient. Michael the store manager is always greeting clients with a smile, and really goes above and beyond, which is so rare these days. When I walk into the store and see Michael it always make me smile. Even if this isn't the closest location to me, it is worth it to me to drive to this particular store because I know I'll be treated well and be given help by friendly staff. read more

Came in for the first time to get a card shipped and was helped by two associates, Joe and Tyler. They were both incredibly friendly and helpful, and made sure that my package made it out safely. I made an appointment to go in for live scan fingerprinting at 11am, but I had to wait for a good 25 minutes before I was able to get started. I was told over the phone that they needed 24 hours to prepare before they could do live scan, so I made an appointment, but my time wasn't valued, which is a bit rude. The notary was the only person who could do the fingerprinting, and the person in line in front of me needed something notarized, so I had to wait until she was done with that customer, which took 25-30 minutes. Furthermore, we had to do the same fingerprint over and over multiple times, which was pretty annoying. read more

Wasted my time heading to UPS store at 415 pm, which is a prime shipping time only to see a sign on the door saying they would be back at 430 There are a lot of options to ship packages and I won't return to a place that is not open during a peak shipping time. By far one of the better UPS Stores. The customer service here is great and, most importantly, they work quickly! Even when there's a long(ish) line, they're always hustling and get through everyone in a timely fashion. And if you're just there to drop off a pre-paid package (which is what I'm usually there for) they are very quick to help you get in and out. read more

Most UPS stores act as if they're doing you a favor to take your business--not this branch! I come here for all my shipping needs and it is truly service with a smile. I was in this morning to ship over 100 lbs of my daughter's stuff for college. I thought it would be a tedious process but Ryan helped me box everything up in as few packages as possible and we were out of there pretty quickly. It took a while to scan my dry fingers but Joe was very accommodating and we had a good chat about shows as well.
