Okay, I LOVE this UPS location, the other day I brought up to 8-10 packages for two days straight and I had Michael on both days helped me ship them, he was quick and sufficient, he was on a roll, definitely had a great system going, even when it was a little busy, he made sure everything was going to the right place. This store will intentionally try to ship whatever item you have in a box twice the size of the item so that you have to pay extra. I was quoted $44 here and took my item to another ups store and paid $18. Be ready to get nickel and dimed for every Centimeter of tape used read more

Michael at the UPS store this morning displayed such a high level of customer service. Even while he was attending to a customer, he was already preparing for the next one. But in no way did he cut short his exemplary service just to get to the next one. He took his time and ended his service with " Are there any other questions, issues or concerns you have for today? If so, my name is Michael and i would be more than happy to help you with them". Even during these uncertain times and promotion of self distancing and limiting exposure, one should always display a high level of professionalism and not forget the human factor of eye contact, conversation and customer service. I went to this UPS today to send a package out to a friend in Canada. The associate was very friendly and helpful. I walked in to the store with a resized open box because that's what I had and I had no tape to close the box. The associate advised me to cut the box down and she taped it up for me. All this extra effort to save me shipping costs and avoid buying a smaller box. I'm very satisfied and would recommend using this specific store to send out your goods. read more

I rarely leave reviews but I had to for this UPS Store. I called last Thur hoping to schedule an appt for livescan fingerprinting and Michael was so helpful, he said that I could come at lunch and I said I'd be a few minutes late and he said no problem. I get there and Joe handled my livescan, while there I remembered that I needed to notarize something and Joe also helped with that. The entire time that I spent there, Joe & Michael were so friendly, so helpful, they honestly made me feel like I could hang out in there with them all day, lol. Joe and Noah are extremely helpful whenever I go in. I recently went in to drop off return packages, and when they noticed the long line forming inside the store, Joe immediately began assisting customers despite multiple other responsibilities.
