This UPS store never disappoints!! I drive out of my way to go to this UPS store since they are always so helpful, friendly and have great attitudes! I went there tonight and arrived 3 minutes after they closed. I had rushed to get there and was so disappointed when I realized that the door was locked and they had just closed. I saw two guys inside but thought they probably wouldn't reopen for me so I walked back to my car. However, since I had just drove 20 min out of my way to go to this UPS store, I decided to see if they would let me drop off my boxes. I knocked on the door, and surprisingly, Joe and Jack opened it. They agreed to let me come in and drop off a few packages. They even packaged up one of the returns for me since I didn't realize that it required a different type of box. A VERY BIG THANKS to Joe and Jack and thank you for letting me in after closing and helping me out. As always.... I will continue to drive out of my way to come to this UPS store. You guys are the best in OC! read more

I Went to this ups store today just to drop off two packages Michael was very helpful & he had great customer service!

The agents Ryan was rude and unprofessional. In the ups Shipping label, it says they have to sign after they receive the package. Ryan told me they are not signing it and refused to take the package that has UPS label and ask me to go to another UPS store! This ridiculous!! I'll file complaint to the UPS. What a unprofessional store!!! read more

We have been customers for the past year (we have a mail box) and the service only gets better. This place is awesome and it's because of the caring nature of Eric the manager and all of his associates. They are always ready to assist with whatever you need (and do so with a smile). This UPS is my favorite place to go for mailing/shipping packages/copies and helping me pack packages. Friendly, courteous, and super helpful. Someone always greets me as soon as I walk in the door and they are quick to help.This morning I went in and commented on the smell of the place-it smelled great! I was told it was two things, including an air cleaner and Febreze. Smelled like aftershave-it was a very nice smell. Very upset. Shipped a package from this location. I packed it with bubble wrap and packing pouches.. I informed clerk glass item were in box and I would like a fragile sticker affixed to box.. paid 84.69 to have it take 8 days to arrive to destination. It arrived after scheduled date, no fragile sticker and all the glass that was wrapped inside was broken. I returned to the store today to discus and was told they had ran out of fragile stickers!? I am told there is nothing they can do about it but that she would notify the owner of the store. I will hope they try to make this right but if I hear nothing back, I will never be back and will suggest to others they also locate a more customer service location or method. I have to ship and print every day for work and this is by far the best UPS store I have ever come across. I've used several other UPS stores in Irvine and Lake Forest but I now only come to this location because of the team. Chris and Perris, the managers, are always on point if I ever need help, they know how to get things done! Ryan is the best because if I have multiple packages or something heavy, he always comes out to carry the items. If there is a long line this team knows how to get everyone what they need quickly and it's so great how they always acknowledge everyone in the line, especially Mike, thank you!! The atmosphere here is always warm and friendly. The whole team makes the store have that neighborhood mom and pop feel rather than that stiff corporate vibe. Very friendly staff and they gave me several options. I just wish they had taped the box closed and placed the label on the box before I left. All the reviews on this store are positive, got my fingers crossed nothing goes missing out of the box and the label goes on the right box so my package gets to where I intended. I'm sure I'm just being paranoid, but it would have made me feel better. read more

I have been coming here for years and loved the service Eric and Dillon always provided me. I always thought the prices were reasonable and I shipped from here multiple times a month for my business. Fast forward to new ownership a few months ago and I don't understand how my packages are now double the price (same size, same contents, same envelope). I don't appreciate the price gouge and will happily inconvenience myself to drive to the USPS. I have given it a few chances and I'm done. read more

I am writing this review from the parking lot of the location because I wanted to get this out there in as much detail as possible. I came in at 4:05pm to have a guitar boxed and shipped. The rep who boxes items was unavailable so I waited for him by sitting at the computer desk silently. Upon his return, he asked his colleague if there is anything he can do, she pointed to a guitar that needs boxing up and that I already printed the label. He proceeded to help the next customer instead and attended to taping up other packages. He looks over at me and notices that I'm just sitting there. I avoided eye contact only so that he wouldn't feel rushed. He did however ask since I was the only one left in the shop "have you been helped?" This happened at 4:25pm I pointed to the guitar to remind him of what was already pointed out to him 5 minutes before by his colleague. He asked me if I was upset, I answered "well I have been waiting for 20 minutes and five minutes since you been back" He proceeded to grab my guitar and a box and say "here is your guitar take it somewhere else; you are in my store and I won't tolerate your attitude." I proceeded to ask his colleague "have I said a word in the twenty minutes that I've waited?" She shrugged cause it was obvious he was her manager so I said "you know what? Forget it." There are billions of ups stores and shipment places in my area so thankfully I don't need to put up with their attitude; I highly recommend you stay far away from this place. Unless you don't mind being kicked out of a store while patiently waiting for your turn to be helped. read more
