I used to like this location, people are friendly, warm, and corteous. Today, everything changed. The rudest person I have ever talked in my life. I dropped off a packet, got a receipt, but it didn't get registered at the system. So, I called and asked, she kept repeating the info that I already knew, and didn't address my main question. Has been rude since the very second she picked up the call, and getting more and more rude towards the end. Update: The business owner responded promptly to the original review, I appreciate the response. So I went to the store, Vanessa and Cindy helped me. I believe Cindy is the manager. Both of them are very nice and courteous. Cindy is very knowledgeable, she explained that for Amazon return packages, they're consolidated into a bigger box, thus the tracking won't get updated for individual items until they arrive at Amazon Warehouse. She suggested me to call UPS number, I told her I did, but the automated system didn't allow me to talk to a live person. She asked me to pick up the package if I am not happy with her answer. Good thing I found a Tech Support number on UPS website, and he is super friendly, courteous, and helpful. Seriously, I hope I won't encounter this rude lady in person next time I drop off package in this location. And I hope she won't hurt other customers with her obnoxious manner like she did to me. Update: I upgraded to 4 stars. I went to the store. Vanessa and Cindy helped me, they're very nice, warm, courteous, and professional. Cindy seems to be the manager as she is very knowledgeable. I have a very important court hearing for my kids coming up and went in the store yesterday to get the final paper notorized, when I askef about the notary I was told she leaves at 6:00pm, an hour before they close. So I thought ok, I have one day left, I will go in tomorrow before 6:00pm so I could get it completed. I leave work early to make sure I was on time and when I walked in at 5:40pm today was told she left already. This is a service this UPS store offers, it should've been available when the store opens to when the store closes. So I'm scrambling to find someone else, I would have gone somewhere else but by this time everyone was closing. Horrible experience! There is no price list. You don't know how much it'll cost you. On Saturday I went there to print two pages. A person who took care of me, said that it's going to be $3, and if it's ok. I thought to myself, that's high, but I needed two pages printed, so I said ok. After I emailed my document to them, they printed it, I started paying. Instead of $3 it became almost $5, as $3 for computer use! and other charges for printing. They couldn't show me price list, looks like they can charge what they want. A woman who took care of me was a trainee, who declined to give her name. She said to call the owner, Alka, on Monday. Been here a few times to drop off UPS and USPS packages. This time, the front desk guy took the UPS box but refused to accept my USPS box because it was "too big" (12x24x24). I don't care if you accept USPS as a courtesy or favor to customers. 1Z296V5A4285099051 was never delivered. The UPS Store #1980 admits they didn't deliver it. On June 2 they said it would take put to 15 days to resolve. That was June 23. Since then they tell me I have to wait, but they don't say for what. Please help. UPS did not deliver my package. UPS kept my package. It is not legal to take the money and keep the item to be delivered. I paid for $200 insurance. read more

I am an Amazon addict so I return a lot. I have been to a zillion UPS stores for the privilege, and I have to say, EVERYBODY I have ever dealt with at this location has been SUPERB. I moved to the area a year ago, and I am so thrilled that this is the closest one to my house because everyone is so, so nice. I bring my daughter in with me sometimes, and they are so cute with her. I just wanted to give them some props because I was shocked to see that they didn't have a perfect star rating. Just received notice about a "package ready for pick-up" minutes before the vendor verified delivery...I had to share the UPS in Tustin in great! I have exclusively utilized the services here for my mail, packages and document/notary support since 2014. In my experience, the staff is wonderful, consistently go out of their way to be helpful. Immediately communicate about shipments sent thru them and offering reminders of packages in a timely manner. Their pricing consistently beat FedEx and they do a wonderful job packing fragile or odd-sized items. I have had an exceptional experience and recommend them to friends/family. I've had to come to this location a few times for mostly Amazon returns, every time I DREAD it, today was the final straw, the very LAST TIME I will come here. Customer service alone is SO IMPORTANT, the representative was assisting another customer who seemed a little confused about her returns, the rep already seemed annoyed, then she called me up even though she wasn't done, I went up and she informed me that my package had to be packaged which it was in the very same wrap I received it in, she kept insisting that a conveyor belt wouldn't pick it up, I was confused as I literally had it ready to return the same exact way I received it which means a conveyor belt must've picked it up at some point? This, to me, would've been the PERFECT opportunity to sell me packaging, but instead she seemed to more so want to scold me about my packaging. I told her that she could be kinder as she seemed she was having a stressful day. Save yourself the headache, drive a couple of miles further to a different location. I generally do my Amazon returns with the UPS Stores as I know they're franchised and usually have the happiest most helpful people working there, not this one and sadly, it's not the first time for me to have to witness or encounter the dismissive behavior. read more

Came here to drop off an Amazon package. Told the girl at the front I didn't have a printer so if they could print out my label. She said that isn't a problem, so I handed over the package. After labeling it she told me I owed her $2 for the label. The $2 isn't an issue but the fact she didn't disclose it or mention it until she took the package was misleading. If you're gonna charge for something, just make it known so the person has a choice. And who the hell charges $2 to print 1 sheet (technically HALF a sheet) of paper? Lame. read more

Depending on what time of day you stop by the store, parking can get a little tricky near the store as the nearby restaurants drive a lot of traffic into the plaza. read more

Came to this store for a drop off two people there before me getting assistance from the two workers. Cool, ten mins go by another guy walks in(white guy) 2 mins later lady says "oh your just dropping off takes his box gives him a receipt! And tells me I'll be right with you!? Really lady!!? I know for a fact she saw me fuxking standing there for ten mins! It's only 3 other people in the store before the other guy walks in. I've been here a few times and it was ok, but on my last visit I experienced very poor customer service. It wasn't so much that she wasn't able to help me, it was her attitude. She was confused on returning more than one package and wanted more shipping labels. I called the company I was returning the items to and they had never had a problem with UPS doing this in the past. The real frustration was her obvious annoyance.
