Both workers working were doing an amazing job. However my issue is the 2.00$ flat fee for printing when I literally printed 3 sheets of black and white ink. This is inflation at an all time high for a few sheets of paper that literally would not harm their business at all. From a former print expert UPS should consider taxing a flat fee for larger orders or orders with color. Now I know to avoid UPS printing like the plague. read more

I purchased an item on Amazon and I need to return the item. I love going to the UPS store as an option for returns because you don't need to package it but UPS will do it for free for you. I visited this store this morning right at opening time and to my surprise it was open at 8:30 when I came in. Upon entry I was greeted by a young gentleman and he worked quickly and efficiently. He asked if I wanted a receipt for my return and grab my item for the return. I will definitely be coming here a lot more often if I need to do any Amazon returns in the near future. read more

Although I just rarely use shipping service, I like this place. The last time I came there I was welcomed by an old lady that is very nice so I came back again today. And I m very sorry to leave a 1 star review for a nice store. Today November 8th, 2019 at 4:1pm I came to send a package about 9 lbs from California zip code 92683 to Shepherdville KY 40165. I used the box from the seller. A young guy took my box in, he measured the height and width of the box without telling me anything. After that he told me I had to pay $31.48 with the cheapest way of transportation. I was surprise but actually I have not shipped back anything for almost a year so I thought the price may go up. After I went home, my friend told me I was charged for oversize shipment due to the big box that I brought there. I was very upset. Yes even though it is oversize, the guy there should have told me something about it instead of quietly charged me $31.48. Please see the picture and be careful with the OVERSIZE issue. I m not experienced with those kind of shipping rules so I don't know and he did not tell me. read more

I've been to this location twice. Once to return an Apple Watch which I've never done before, and another to return an item that I didn't have a box for. Both times, I was helped by Tyler. He was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and super quick. He got me in and out both times with ease and I received my new Apple Watch in two days. This guy knows his stuff! I thought he was the manager because a few employees were asking for his help.
