Regardless, Sara, Nikki, and Aracadio all helped me with a smile on their face. They went above and beyond, they were extremely patient, and I couldn't be more appreciative. Angelina was literally an angel! I had about 50 headbands I had to return and she was so sweet and very helpful with the whole thing I'm so thankful she was there to help with it all! We need more customer service workers like this. I will definitely be coming back here just because of how wonderful she was!! I can't get…read moreAmazon packages sent home because I'm never home (work) in time to get my stuff before package thieves claim them, so I've been utilizing Amazon lockers lately, especially with the nearby Amazon Fresh store in FV closed now. My usual Amazon locker was full, and AIM Mail Center popped up as a Amazon Counter. Cool! Once I received my package-ready-for-pickup email from Amazon, I made my way over the following morning to get my package. The store opens at 8am sharp - and the guy was on-time. He was friendly, prompt, scanned my email barcode and started to sort through the pile of packages behind the counter. No lines. No wait. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. In addition to Amazon package pickup services, there's a few walls of PMB (private mailboxes) - which are sorta like PO Boxes, except they can prob accept Fedex/UPS packages for you in that the USPS can't. Assortment of greeting cards, display signs, mailing supplies, copy machine services - you can even get your keys cut here. Not sure about the prices, but I imagine the value is that you can avoid the crowd at the post office if you ship here. Plenty of parking upfront depending on time and day - it's in the busy Albertson's shopping center with like 7 Kei Concepts restaurants.

I went here because Amazon gave me a sticker printout for USPS to deliver for an order that I…read moredidn't want. The order in question was Papermate Elite mechanical pencils. They were quietly discontinued between 2020-2022. But there's a couple on the internet, such as Amazon. I was told to go to this store to have the sticker printed out. The minute I walked in, it was cold and it almost smelled like a freshly painted house. It reminded me of the time I moved into my new home with my family. The female employee was kind and straightforward with me as I explained to her why I need to return this. Then she told me how to get a QR code but because it was a return replacement order. There wasn't a QR code. So she told me to call customer service. But I insisted on just paying this whole thing and get it over with. There was another family walking in, and the woman was holding some papers for Notary reasons. The female employee told me that she had to handle the customers with notary and that her male colleague would help me. Her male colleague got everything printed out and put my pencils into a blue bag to be shipped out to Amazon. The price was $6.49. $2 for the bag and $4 for the return sticker label. Good thing it wasn't expensive. I told him my story and he was incredibly understanding.

I used their bilingual interpreting and notary services to help a friend sign important legal government documents, and the experience was outstanding. They took the time to carefully go through every page, made sure everything was clearly explained to my friend in Vietnamese, and patiently answered all questions so my friend fully understood what was being signed. What I thought would take about 20 minutes turned into over an hour and a half of thorough, unhurried assistance -- and they never once rushed the process. I wish I could give 5 stars but I cannot. The owner is amazing and super nice. Their employee Jeffrey tried to charge me $8 for a box to return Amazon items, even though I had a label and the box my stuff came in was unopened. Then when I tried to return a hairdryer, he also tried to charge me until his coworker had to correct him. I get things are tight nowadays however it's not a good look to charge for every tiny little thing (when he was wrong, and didn't apologize). Since the store changed owners the environment turned into a cold, unfriendly and some hostile service. Not sure if the employees there are underpaid or what. They do not manage the mail correctly, I have found letters that do not belong to my box several times. When you get in there nobody greets you or even acknowledge you. I changed my mail box to a more pleasant place and I am glad I did even if I have to drive a bit more. I do not recommend this place. read more

Not someone who does reviews but I was astonished at the great service. I did an amazon return for the first time here and Angelina was quick to greet me with a smile and hello. Everything was so quick and simple and a plus was I didn't have to walk up to the third floor like I would at Kohl's in the Bella Terra mall. They give coupons too. I stopped by this location to get a notary done last minute and Sugar took care of me. I came in last minute right at closing time but I was still greeted with a smile and helped right away. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out of the store. The notary was $15 which I believe is the standard price in California. Great experience and I'll be back! read more

I live deep into Huntington Beach and still make the drive to this UPS Store in Westminster because of the great customer service they offer every time! I usually come in for notary service and they always have a notary on staff! Plenty of parking and I am able to get my stamps here as well. Keep up the great work team! read more
