This UPS Store location is my favorite one around. I never have any sort of issues dropping off a package and getting a drop-off receipt or doing any sort of shipping here. The guys here are all super nice and friendly and greet you the moment you enter. They are located in a busy plaza with customer traffic coming in and out yet manage to maintain positive customer service every single visit. I've had terrible experiences just for dropping off at several other locations on multiple occasion. Although this location is completely out of the way from where I live and work- I drive here to drop off and utilize other shipping services instead of the one literally 5 minutes away from me. I can't stand rude customer service and have yet to experience that here so will continue to come here for all my future UPS shipping needs. Thanks for being awesome guys! read more

I have a small custom jewelry service and I often send out to my customers 2 and 3 times a week. And I have been using the services of this particular store for about a year now without fail. They are always welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They even looked me up and called to let me know that I had forgotten my greeting cards I had purchased. And held them with my name until I could retrieve them. I have never had one failed delivery and my customers like them as well . I only wish they didn't turn over employees as often as they do . All in all it's a great store no matter how busy ! I live in HB but I do business at this one bcz of the customer service. Thanx UPS at the Westminster store , you're the best ! read more

I called to find out how much it would cost to laminate my Covid card so I could keep it safe and a Medicare card for a friend. I was told the Medicare card would not be an issue but they would not do the Covid card as was their policy. When I inquired why, the response I got was "you may need to make changes to it". Thinking this may have been a one-time knucklehead event, I had a friend call a couple of hours later and they gave him the same story. I DID NOT ASK FOR YOUR OPINION!!! Your job is to do lamination, not be the lamination POLICE and tell me what I can and cannot laminate. Needless to say I was not happy and to my chagrin I got really testy on the phone with both the girl and manager about it. I will apologize for getting loud and rank but not for getting mad about being policed. I took it to another UPS and they happily took care of it for me. They also agreed that it was not their place to police what I was laminating. You will NEVER get any of my business! read more
