Came in for a quick notary right before closing because the other ups stores nearby were closed and I was pleasantly surprised. Sagar was the one helping me out and was extremely knowledgeable. This store was busy but there's lots of people working and they are VERY efficient. I went to another ups store before to do notaries and make Amazon returns there but it took less than half the time here. Wish I found this place faster. read more

Great Customer Service Support. My husband returned an item and lost the receipt. The store emailed him they have not received it. I came to the store with the return information and request for a copy of the send receipt. A customer service staff name Chase helped me retrieve the information. He cannot printing the receipt because it shown delivered but he kindly printed out the screenshot of all information of the progress of the return item. I am thankful for Chase figuring out a way to help me with kind and calm attitudes. Was told that this UPS store is now run by "very nice people" so old cranky rude woman that I wrote about (previous owner) is no longer there. Went to check it out myself and have been back many times. Not only that I get my receipt w/o having to ask for it, I even get greeted every time I walk in. WOOHOO! Fast, efficient, easy, and professional service! This UPS is conveniently located in the Target & Vons plaza next to DAISO. I often come here to return items and never had an issue with waiting too long for service. They're really nice, you just tell them you're dropping off an item and they'll ask if you need a receipt (I usually get it just so I can track the item) and you're good to go! read more

Shame on you store manager named Sawder!!! You allow your UPS irresponsible driver in your store without a face mask!!!!!! This ups guy is coming in and out of this ups store unmasked and talking and laughing all the while all the customers are responsibly masked. I asked the driver to please stop talking and spreading his germs. The manager rudely sided with the driver saying it's not a requirement. Stopped by this UPS Store to drop off my rented textbooks to ship back to Amazon - the older woman was very friendly and courteous. She offered a return receipt for both packages and we made polite talk in the meanwhile. It's a good-sized store and good location in the Target Shopping Center (it's on the Pavilions side facing towards Beach). I didn't notice any customer service issues from any of the clerks here like the other reviewers pointed out. I was the only customer at the time and was treated nicely. read more
