Terrible service. I called before coming to ask if they could print a shipping label for me. They said if I had the Amazon barcode and shipping label on my phone, they could do it for me. Once I arrived, I found out I would be charged $2.15 for ONE PIECE OF PAPER. They refused to print, blaming me for having the wrong barcode. I told them previously, I have the UPS return label. I was able to email the store with the document and have a shipping label printed before. If they told me about the fee beforehand, I would've printed at Kinko's for $0.10 and save myself the drive of coming to this location. I had a mailbox up for renewal with this store as well. After this frustrating and unfair service, I will never do business with them again. Reply to owner's comment: First of all, my UPS account information or full name isn't listed anywhere on yelp. How did you obtain any corresponding UPS account information? That is a huge concern that you are publicly disclosing account information in this manner. Secondly, I paid for ONE month, and I have confirmation of the end date. I was not on auto pay. If your store is saying I'm past due or delinquent, that means you are continuously billing me without authorization. Thirdly, if this was a bank account, and you publicly disclosed my financial status without my consent, stating that I am past due and delinquent, then you would be in violation of privacy laws. Your representative said all I needed was a barcode on my phone, even in the store. She didn't specify QR code, and she tried blaming it on me saying I don't know how to return an Amazon package. Over the phone, she never disclosed any fees for printing yet was forcing me to pay after giving conflicting information. Absolute terrible service, and this situation just got much more serious with your reply. I have taken screenshots of this conversation, and I will be seeking legal action for potential violation of my privacy. read more

This is the closest UPS store to me and have decided to find a different one. Ive been to this store 3 times now and each time, I have a bad experience. They are very rude when it comes to shipping big boxes. They seem to rather not take it or give me a hard time. The worst thing you can do is bring a prepaid label. I dropped off a package and I asked for a receipt. The elderly lady asked, "why do you need a receipt?" I was shocked because out of the dozens of UPS stores I've been to, they usually ask ME if I want a receipt when dropping off a package! I'm not expecting this UPS store to go and beyond for me. This is for my visit a few weeks ago. The older couple was so sweet, courteous, and willing to help with my annoying return shipment requests. I was stressed out enough about these type of errands that day and she was just super kind and helpful about everything. I can understand why this place has 3 stars from when I did business with them. The place was quite slow the team consist of one lady and one man, I'm assuming a retired couple. Nothing against retired people but sometimes when you retire you are meant to retire and enjoy life for what it is, these two were just too old for this kind of business. My package was 37lbs, I can pick it up easily. The man complained, I don't think I can pick this box up with a bit of an attitude. "Wow" really he didn't just say that to me. I offered to pick up the package, but by this time he was annoyed with me because I asked him for a receipt. The lady responded yes print a receipt. The older man was quite grumpy and wasn't a people person (this is a people person business). Get with the program already, or retire and put someone else friendly in his place! I came here one cold sunday morning to deliver my late grandfather's heirloom. It was a vintage brass trumpet from his time in the war, that needed to be shipped to my mother's house in Florida. Avoid this UPS Store at all costs. Naresh the employee there literally ripped me off. I paid over $260 to have a packaged shipped and insured, then the next day they call me to inform me another $150 would be needed because they had to make it a bigger box... I declined to pay over $400 for this package to be shipped and they still charged me $70 because they packaged it before giving me the right cost. RIP OFF. Just be aware mailing off a package here that they are crooks. There was air in my package, and the clerk tried to charge me an extra $30 for it. When I REFUSED to pay $68 to ship a used watch back to AL and $6 worth of Xtra hot Cheetos, he took the air out of the bag folded the bag down and immediately said, "how is $30, plus he cost of the bag?" Really? I was prepared to just pay for the bag and leave and go else where. But I had a job interview, and reluctantly gave in bc he was slightly argumentative. My friend is moving out of the apartment by the 20th hence why I bit the bullet and it needed to be there by Wednesday. Otherwise this wouldn't have happened. I shipped it 5 days prior, on a Thursday, the 20th landing on a Wednesday, and Mail doesn't ship Saturday or Sunday in AL so I had priority mail it. Side story: the watch was a Christmas present I gave them a year ago, (Michael Kors) which they left in my car when they were helping me pack it up, and I found it after I moved back to CA. They have no qualms unethically taking your money, and will try to bargain with you. Come with your time and your brain. read more

I felt bad because it was almost closing and I only had a few minutes but Cynthia was very understanding and took care of me anyway. Ithis is the store closesr to my house... but everytime i went there..its aalways a problem.. 1st they dont let you have the receipt when drop off the return to amazon... 2nd i return stuff to amazon . the box from amazon is bigger than the item so i put lot of popcorn foam in there they forced us to buy the smaller one for 8 dollars.. 3rd time... the return shipping lable from amazon when i printed out got lines from dirty printer... they couldnt scan, so they manually enter the info into the computer and they forced me to pay 3 dollars for the typing service... i said i dont have to pay... i will reprint it and ship it again.. thwy didnt let me get the packages back... stay away from this indian ups store read more

Not the same friendly helpful place I went to last Christmas to ship packages. Evidently changed hands this year. Young guy was not very friendly. I asked for the cheapest rate to get there before Christmas. He gave me 2 day rate instead, when I didn't want to pay the $45 UPS fee he huffed, I asked for Postal rate...funny that rate was $23 for same time frame. Every other word after that while I was paying was "it's not guaranteed". Ok I accept that, only need to tell me once. And with a pleasant attitude when you ask me what is in my package I might feel better about telling you. NOT coming back. ..... Reply to store response ....
