I always forget that there's a UPS store in this area. It's located in a giant shopping plaza that has a Target and a bunch of other restaurants. It's closer to the Daiso side, next to this awesome cupcake shop (Smallcakes). There's tons of parking and close to random shops you might need to go to so it makes it convenient to get things done. Stopped by a little bit after they opened on a Saturday (02/03/24) and no other customers were in, but I was literally immediately greeted by someone and he helped me process my return. I forgot to get his name, but I've been helped by him before in the past (tall, skinny, brown hair with a beard) and he's always been super helpful and nice. Luckily I beat the rush because as I'm waiting for Kohl's to open, I can see how many more people are coming and going. Been a while since I reviewed this place. Thankfully masks are a thing of the past here. But the good service is not. They never have more than 2 or 3 people waiting, but by the amount of boxes stacked up they clearly are doing business. Amazing how fast it can be to ship things when people know what they're doing. Anywho, if you need to ship something or drop off an Amazon return, I recommend coming here. Parking can be a bit tight but there's always an open space close by. read more

Amazing. The one word i would use for my experience at this location. The staff here is super friendly and greeted people whenever they walk in even when they were busy during my 6 minutes here. I came into this ups store to drop off my amazon return and they made it super easy for me. I don't have a printer at home so one of the staff members here, Jesus, told me they do printing here and for a small fee. He helped me print out my return label and taped(for free!) The label onto my box for me! I asked about their print wall because they have such a cool display of various printing they can do! I would 100% recommend this location even if it is out of your way! Ever since Amazon no longer use UPS for returns, this place makes it so hard to return things with their lable! They didnt like how it's in a box, wrapped and wanted it to be in a freaking box--usually those boxes are huge comparing to the product it self. The UPS store is really conveniently located in the Target shopping center. I have had a mailbox here for a few years and the staff is always very kind and helpful. I recently started using their printing services (brochures and flyers) and was very surprised that they were cheaper than Staples. The quality was great as well. Came to UPS on a time crunch because I heard they provide notary services. The guys here were great! Way more knowledgeable than the notary at the bank that turned me away and directed me to UPS. Went to the UPS Store on Beach today to get some prints, we needed 40 copies of a document, customer service was on point. While we were waiting for the copies we told the associates that we were going next door for lunch, and would comeback in 30-40 minutes, as we finished our meal one of their associates Sagar came into the restaurant we were at, brought us our copies and let us know that they accidentally had overcharged us, he proceeded to let us know that he refunded the difference and then PAID for our lunch at the restaurant we were dining at as an apology! I had been renting a mailbox at this UPS store for over 3 years due to increased package theft in my area. This is much more convenient then renting a mailbox from USPS. In addition to receiving text/email notification whenever a package arrived, I also have the added comfort of knowing my packages will be safely stored for pick-up at my convenience. All the staffs at this store had always been polite and helpful but Tyler is exceptional. The last few times I came in, he recognized me and greeted me by name as I walked in.
