Soooo glad I found this place!!! Thanks to Amazon's new efficiently upgraded return process, I needed the UPS Store to make my return happen. I was able to walk right in and show the gentleman at the counter my QR vice that Amazon emailed for the return. Skeptical that it would go smoothly, boy was I surprised. He scanned that bad boy like champ, printed the return label, in sticker form and stuck it right on the package. Though it was a very long process I can say the manager and staff of this UPS store in Woodbridge was very concerned and helpful with this entire process. They called to give me updates throughout every step. I was also given an apology. The process of filing a claim can be a bit stressful and confusing. But when I called the customer service line at UPS the representative was very helpful as well. I will say please please get insurance on all items shipped because you never know and accidents do happen. If you are returning Amazon items be sure to have your packages ready to go. I attempted to reuse the bag in which the items were shipped; the bag was torn irregularly and required three pieces of tape...I was told they would only provide one piece of tape. I'd have to purchase a shipping container. Yes, I know they are a Packing and Shipping business and tape is part of overhead. However to relegate a new customer to one piece of tape who planned to return at some point (who can avoid using UPS?) to spend money actually shipping items begs the question: do they really want to base future patronage on allowing 2 additional pieces of tape?? Why not charge a small fee for tape if cost is a concern? Instead this UPS store basically refused to assist preferring a purchase thus turning away unsuspecting customers returning Amazon items who may need a piece of tape. Renegotiate the terms with Jeff Bezos if you'd rather not deal with Amazon returns. I'm sure UPS corporate really wants to lose new customers over 2 pieces of tape. I came into this location because I needed to return some items that I purchased from Amazon. Thankfully, they were one of the few locations that are open on a Sunday. It was good because I could take care of my return today, rather than during the busy work week. I happened to be in the area anyway, which made things even easier. The whole process required literally no work on my end. I only presented them with a code from Amazon, and they took the items, packaged them up, labeled them, and sent them on their way. Probably one of the worst UPS stores we have ever encountered! Situation: Paid for 2nd day delivery for an important documentation to LA which got lost in transit. Yes, things happen and that is fine but how the assistant manager & manager handled the process were both horrendous & unprofessional. We went to the store and was told the "due to COVID we can not guarantee the delivery of the document within 2 days" excuse me what type of BS excuse is this? Asked where this is stated and to our surprise the assistant manager said "someone would have told you this when you paid for 2nd day delivery". Really? Again another BS LIE and lame excuse. If I was told this why on earth would I pay $40+ Regardless of this, the reason you mentioned it got delayed was because you clearly said it got LOST so it HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH COVID - AKA quit the BS! The moral of the story is, we wanted to get our refund or pay a standard fee since the document never made it on time and was later found and delivered after more than 10 days after "investigation". What's shocking was, there was no apologies, no acknowledgement of their mistake, no owning up to the circumstance, and no refund. The worst part of this encounter was not even getting our document delivered on time Via the 2nd day delivery option or the amount..... it was the disrespect from the assistant manager and manager (who was also useless / careless over the phone). Just your typical UPS store. Clean & quiet. I went in to drop off a package that I didn't need to pay for. There were two employees assisting customers who took a long time (about 10+ minutes). This is the first time I've been denied to email a label to print! In three separate occasions they direct me to use the computers there and EVERY TIME I'm charged for the time I used the computer without being able to print. (No refund) then they say 'well you can email it to us and we can print!' So I've always been able to do that. Today I tried to do the email label directly to what they said 'we don't do that here.' Well I'm not going to try and use your computers again to get charged AGAIN and not be able to print AGAIN!!! They just said, 'well... WE can't do that.' Horrible service! Maybe I caught Cody on a bad day. My first time there today. I entered from the Uncle Julio's side of the building. Convenient 10 minute parking right up front. Reached for the door and the Left entrance door is locked and doesn't open from the outside. Major negative when walking into a business carrying two boxes. Cody doesn't look up, doesn't say hello. I say hello and he says do you want a receipt? I asked him he was having a bad day as he refused to say hello or look up from the POS. He still says nothing. He hands me the receipt, says "good to go". I said goodbye and wished him a good day. He said nothing. I'm big on customer service and where I spend my money.
