I've come here twice for a quick replacement. They are reasonably and quick. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a replacement tire and doesn't want to pay outrageous prices. If you go anywhere else you are waiting 2-4 hours sometimes if you don't have an appointment but these guys get you out of here quick. Also on an unrelated note if you come here in the morning there's a great breakfast place right next door well with in walking distance that serves great food. read more

These guys are great. I've had 2 experiences with them in the last 5 months. My tires have less than 18,000 miles on them, but I seem to be lucky when it comes to picking up screws with them! The first time, (before I knew about this place), I took it to a Discount Tire down the street, and they told me I had to buy 2 new tires. Total bull. So I decided to try this place, and they fixed it for $15 bucks in 15 minutes, and I was ecstatic. Well, I picked up another screw, and obviously went to see them again. They fixed my tire, and didn't charge me for it. That's twice now - both great experiences. Definitely recommend them. read more

What a great place. People were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I needed two newer tires for the front to match the back. Being a Subaru you can't get tires that don't match. Messes with something inside and will make an expensive fix. I knew this already as my dad is an mechanic. To have them say this to me just made me trust them more. He said he wouldn't sell it to me if they don't match BEFORE he checked his inventory. He had what we needed. Gave a wonderful price and now I get free rotation. What more could I want?!?! read more

Impossible to get a hold of them on the phone or to get a message returned, BUT, once you get there? Hard to beat the prices and service! These gentlemen found the right tires, installed them, gave us a great price, reset the tire pressure sensor and did it all with a smile and upmost consideration. These guys are great - called this afternoon and spoke to Doug who promptly looked to see if they had the tire I needed. He told me they had a couple of nice ones (these were 255/60/19 on a GMC Acadia) He told me to come on down and they would take care of me. I went there at 5:15 on a Tuesday evening and there was one person ahead of me. They told me it would be about 15 minutes before they could get me in. They got me in within that time frame and had it done fairly quickly. There was a small issue with balancing and they had to reseal the tire because they didn't like the way it sealed on the rim the first time. I appreciate the attention to detail - they wanted to make sure it was done correctly. When all was said and done, I walked out with a good replacement tire for $80 - including mounting and balancing. I was happy considering I would have had to replace all four tires at the dealership (it is an all-wheel drive and there was enough wear on the tires that only replacing one tire would have made it unbalanced). Unfortunately a screw had been lodged in the tire in the tread, but close to the inner wall. I had plugged it with one of those $9 plug kits from the local auto parts store but due to the location and position of where the screw was, I tried twice and it still leaked about 1 psi/day. I am happy to be able to be back on the road with a tire of similar wear as the other three for only $80 vs over $900 for new tires. They had the exact same tire - Good Year Eagle RS-A 255/60/19 - with about 5-6/32 of tread left (manufactured 20 weeks newer than the original tire according to date code on sidewall) I have about 14k miles on the other three tires and I expect to at least triple that before having to replace all the tires. I recommend going there if you are in a similar situation. read more

I would definitely recommend this place! I had to replace all 4 of my tires, and they were in BAD shape. Tread showing and bumps forming. I called ahead and talked to Paul and he found tires that would work for my vehicle and gave me a price quote. I told him I was planning on trading In, so whatever the cheapest they could do would make me happy... I got 4 good looking used tires and install for $200. Can't beat that!! On top of that, the guys at the shop were super friendly and funny! Great environment and I will definitely be back! read more

Really great service and prices at this shop. I looked around elsewhere to get a flat replaced and other places were definitely more expensive and not as nice. The guys who work there are very transparent and really care about the service they're providing. We got tires from here for our 2001 Subaru Forester over a month ago. A couple of weeks later, we had to take it back because of a slow flat we were refilling regularly. Fine. That happens. Recently, the wheels started making a horrid sound, so we took it to our mechanic. He said whoever put on the tires didn't tighten them, and we are lucky we didn't lose a wheel, especially on the freeway! The Used Tire Store put my family's lives in danger. Risking a catastrophic wreck, or even just major car damage, is NOT worth a little money in savings. read more

bad customer service and prices are high. They wont work with you. One guy kept telling me the tread was higher than it actually was and I asked to check the tread gauge and saw the actual difference. They were also openly ridiculing another customer for leaving a bad review. Pay the little difference and get new tires. read more

We needed to replace only one tire so found this place by looking online. The guys there were great. Found a tire to match and they balanced and mounted...the whole process only took about 20 minutes! And the cost was absolutely reasonable. Everyone there was very helpful and seemed to genuinely care about helping. I plan on going back for 4 used tires as I have to replace worn out tires before my lease turn in. Next time we need new tires we will definitely check here too. read more

I had my winter tires mounted on my WRX for a few seasons at this place, and my studs were cross threaded by techs on multiple occasions. The last time I had my summer tires mounted this past May, upon having difficulty taking the wheel off due to cross threading, the tech broke multiple studs and didn't bother to check with me in advance. The manager offered no compensation for the broken studs. The tech also scratched up the wheels while he broke off the studs. It is nice that they use the no touch mounting system, but the inconvenience of having to also go to my mechanic to have my studs replaced each season is not worth the hassle of this place. read more

I brought my 26 inch rims in there so I can get my new tires installed, first the guy breaks the plastic center part of my rim , he said it was like that but I don't think he understands that the other side would have fallen off, Second they cracked my rim, I only had my wheels on for one week then I took them off and moved out of state , then when putting my rims back on I saw a cracking the side . I know my rims and I know that wasn't there . I will never refer people here anymore. read more

I visited this store today for a very specific purpose - to purchase one tire only for a Subaru Outback. The man behind the counter went into this long explanation about the manufacturer requiring all the tires to be the same, etc. When I reiterated exactly what I wanted he became upset and said things like, "I'm not finished talking to you...and "don't interrupt me"..."you're a woman and I don't want someone to take advantage of you" etc. He refused to sell me 1 tire - wanted to sell me 4 but would agree to sell me 2 if I listened to his rant - full quotes over $200. Interestingly, I own a car (the one I had today was my daughter's) and I've been negotiating successfully for tires, service, insurance, etc for years. My response was to request they put the tire back in the car and I drove away. I am giving them 2 stars because Jeremiah the young man who would have done the work on the car was very nice. I suggest if you decide to do business here you request him by name to get honest service. End result: I went somewhere else and got 1 tire for $35 all inclusive. read more

These guys do good work, BUT they are incredibly rude! How hard is it to answer simple questions about a vehicle or service without acting like I am completely wasting your time? Called to inquire about getting my tires rotated and the guy was just an arrogant jerk with an attitude problem. Apparently customer service is a concept lost on these guys. On a budget, and bought tires from a friend. Called around for getting them installed and $120 was best quote for the chain stores. A friend recommended The Used Tire Store to me saying the people there are principled and do a wonderful job, so I called @ 4pm and was quoted estimate of $76 & told they could do today. Got there around 5:15 and was out by 6pm. Had conversations with employees & customers, and felt I would definitely return when I needed tires again. They sell used and new and great selection of wheels too. Even open on Sundays! I highly recommend supporting this company and the good people who work there. read more

Go here if you want Excellent service and a very good set of used tires. Yes they do everything for tires. They have a good waiting area and whoever speaks you speak to, explains what you would need and YOU decide what you want. If they don't have the size you are looking for, they request you to check in with them as they keep getting used tires multiple times a week. Also there is water, soda and donuts which the owner serves to all his customers. There is a wait since many people are hearing about this shop and please plan to get their with some time to spare. They show you the tire before they do the work, only after you say yes they put the tires on your car. The tire installer is very knowledgable as well. He was smiling and courteous, so were the owners, who were both working. There is a Kurig coffee machine there, if you want to get your caffeine fix, otherwise there are a few coffee shops just across the road. Just for the service provided, i would go back there and they take care of you. read more
