There's nothing anyone could say bad about this place. I've been going there for so many years....since around 2007 or 2008. They have never disappointed me and most times I get the same exact thing; western fries and hot and honey wings. They are the absolute best. I went to Victor's Pub yesterday before the Rob Zombie / Alice Cooper show at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion. Parking for those concerts can be expensive -- or free, depending on where you're parking. I liked what I'd heard about Victor's allowing customers to leave their cars in the pub's parking lot, so went that route. We got to Victor's just before one pm, and the waitress (who was super friendly) let us know that there was a $75 food and beverage purchase required to leave the car in their lot). We ate and drank for about three hours, then went outside and put the receipt in our windshield. The lot attendant was not at all friendly and didn't like that we were leaving our receipt on the car at 3:57, when the earliest they allow this is 4. Got that straightened out, no big deal; the waitress and management are very nice. Left the car, came back for it seven hours later, and easily pulled out of Camden and got back on the highway. As far as food and drinks, we had beers on draft (good selection for my tastes), some salad, grilled cheese (with tomato) french fries, and I think my friend had something with chicken; I didn't look too closely at what he was eating. I would definitely go back here again before a concert. It's a good place to get food and drinks, and their parking situation is very helpful. The walk from the pub to Freedom Mortgage Pavilion is under ten minutes. read more

Stopped by right after the aquarium. Parking right across the street which was convenient. My family of 3 was seated right away on a Thursday around 2pm. Kid friendly. Huge space. Huge bar. Server was great. Wings hit the spot here. The hot honey were spot on! My wrap was great--but the wings were the highlight. Plenty of drafts. My kid didn't really like the spaghetti & meatballs--but it's a pub lol--husband enjoyed his Cuban and shared fries with our daughter. Wings were the best part. read more

I ordered the sweet chili wings cooked well done for take out. When I arrived there were at least 4 employees at the door and at least two of the them told me where to go for to go orders. I went up to that area I watched several employees come and go from the back going out their way to not make eye contact. One young lady was playing slots on her phone and went in and put the kitchen looking down at her phone the whole time. About 10 minutes later one of the four men at the door came over and asked if I was being help yet and I said no. He asked me my name and reached over and handed me my food with the receipt to sign. My wings were not worth the aggravation at all! I asked for them to be well done and they were soggy. The wings were breaded poorly. I've had wings that were fried with breading on them with sauce and they were still crispy. These wings were a soggy mess and weren't well done. read more

I have been to many concerts around the corner. I have never been charged a cover to stop back at this place after the concert to order food! I was here last week and went in and didn't get charged an entrance fee! Tonight I was told that I had to pay a cover of $5 to just enter the restaurant!! I've been to victors pub two times now and both have been good visits well prepared tasty food good beer options welcoming hostess and servers. First time out I had a turkey wrap sandwich and second time out I had a Greek salad and added grilled salmon can tasty fresh ingredients. Also kind of cool being in the old Victor building where a 1903 Victor Victrola that I own was manufactured. read more

Just a basic sports bar type atmosphere. A lot of choices on the menu. Apps, sandwiches, burgers, seafood, wings, salads and soup. I went on a Sunday afternoon. It was pretty empty. Pulled up to the bar. Was greeted right away by the bartender. She was giving equal attention to all her customers. I went with three food items. The potato soup, buffalo egg rolls and chicken cordon bleu wrap. All were good. No wow factors, but also not terrible. A little on the bland side for all 3. But, again, it wasn't terrible. The lot for patrons had a guy who said lot closed and full even though there was plenty of open spots left. Once we got inside it took 20-30 min for a server to take our order. Then it was another 20 min to actually get our food. We ordered normal sandwiches. The food came out but only 3 of us got our food. The waitress said my food would be right out. I literally waited 15 minites for it. When it finally came thry plated it wrong. It was supposed to be a sandwiche & they just put it on a plate. My friends sandwiche had very little chicken on it at all. The restaurant wasn't very busy at all. We even asked if the food was going to take long. To which she replied no not at all. The Victor was our college bar back in my years attending Rutgers Camden. It's been since 2017 since I've been but was in town for a university event so decided to swing by. We stopped at an odd time (between dinner and lunch) and sat at a table. The service was a bit slow but there was only 1 server for what it seemed to be all of the tables in the bar so I can't say the service was bad, maybe just understaffed. The beer list was impressive and unexpected. I tried a few beers on tap that I've never had or heard of and enjoyed them. I ordered a burger, which tasted better than it looked, and fries. My burger had pickled jalapeños and frizzled onions which moth added good flavor and texture. The quesadilla was always one of our favorites and was very good as we remembered from years ago. This place will always hold a special place in my heart and it's always nice coming back. read more

The service was okay, not super attentive but she came around mid meal. The restaurant was big and would be a good spot for a game, and was pretty clean over all. Victor's Pub had a brief shaky start when concert season began, but they have drastically improved management and risen like a Phoenix. We have concert season passes and eat there often. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. Service is always good. It is best to go early on concert nights. The parking lot is random. They fill up quickly and need to reserve some empty spaces for staff. Street parking at the meters is less than $10. for a concert so it's not a big deal either way. read more

Tried to stop in after a Thursday night concert and the so called "security" guys stopped us and said there was a $5 cover. Gave him a $50 bill and he turned us away because he didn't have change and was completely rude for no reason. Dad & friend got fancier meals and they had a nice presentation. They were out of chili but no big deal. We stopped in here after reading Yelp reviews saying you can park for free, as long as you get $40 in food/drinks. We arrived at around 2:15 for a show and didn't have to wait at all for a table. We ordered our drinks and they were out in a relatively short amount of time. Our drinks were very good and strong! Next we both ordered burgers with fries. Both of our burgers were amazing and their fries are very good too. I ordered the blue cheese burger and it was one of the top five burgers I've ever ordered. I didn't eat most of my bun, but that was only due to not wanting to be stuffed for our concert. We also ordered beers before leaving and spent about two hours here. Our server was super attentive and we had no issues at all with service. Our food came out super fast and super fresh, so no complaints at all there. The bar was getting a little busy as it got closer to show time, so our drinks took a little more time but I'm okay with that because they were very tasty. We also were never pressured to leave, even though we still had drinks. With the ease of parking (literally no issues and super quick to get out at the end of the show), we will be back the next time a decent show is in Camden. read more

I go here because it's the only place in town but honestly it's the worst service ever. The bar tenders will walk away from you when you give them an order... then you will wait 10 minutes for them to come back. Then for food, if u want take out they charge extra.... even if you sit at the bar first for a couple drinks.... They will make mistakes at the register so read your receipts carefully. If you ask them about a mistake they will say sorry and lower the price by a dollar even if they overcharged you more than that. Then they will blame it on the "extra " sauce you wanted that normally comes with your meal... If you confront them about the bill again they will say oh, did you really need that (the extra 50 cents they charged you extra for)... It's not about the money... it's the principle... read more
